This store has lost 2 different packages. After the 1st package was lost which was a return to Amazon, I gave this store another chance. I paid for priority shipping on Dec 11th for a passport renewal. It was supposed to be delivered on 12/14. Well, they let the priority envelope sit at their store for 5 days and it was just picked up on 12/16. Meanwhile, I paid for rush delivery and expedited service for a passport renewal. This was the 2nd strike for this UPS store, and I will not use this store again.

The employees are nice but store was closed 3:35PM when it was supposed to close at 4PM today. I called twice to ask what time they close on the 24th because it was important for me - first i called on the 22nd, second time to double check, 10AM today - both time they said 4PM. I would understand if they left 5 min early but 25? Also it was completely shut, lights off etc so i think they must of left way before i got there..Another customers were also there disappointed that its closed.

Walked in to get Notary service for documents and then have the uploaded to email. Jason was able to handle all my requests in a courteous and professional manner. The service and friendliness of Jason alone will have me using this UPS store in the future for all my shipping, Notary, and scanning needs. Great to have such wonderful service in a local business. I had a very good experience with this store. Ace, Brian and Toni were all helpful and a pleasure to have met. The store was clean and well-stocked with a hint of lemony goodness in the air. Ace was especially funny and made sure I left with a big ol smile. I will return for all my future mailing and comedy needs. I rate this store 5 stars, but if I could I would rate it 5 envelopes. Thank you all for doing what USPS cannot :)

I'm a regular customer in this store for everything from copying to Amazon return and always have a great experience. Very attentive, smart and kind personnel, they work super fast. Never spend at the store more than couple minutes. Thanks a lot for being such a great team, especially to Ace, you do a great job!

Sent birthday card for granddaughters birthday. Ups is clueless as to what happened and rerurned package to this store. I paid for 2nd day shipping and the store redused to refund my payment! Will never use this store or ups again. Only Fedex

BE ADVISED-On January 6, 2022 at 3:21 PM I dropped off a package to this store. My package was scanned at the back counter of the store by the associate there who was simultaneously on the phone. After he scanned the package and gave me the receipt, he left my package right on the counter, within my reach.I said to him “Are you going to take my package off the counter”- he shrugged and still on the phone said “yeah” (and having to get back to work) I said OK thank you, and left the store, slightly uncomfortable. I should have listened to my gut. To make a long story short the package disappeared. The package was addressed to Apple. It was an iPhone that I was trying to return for a $1000 credit on behalf of my son, a Retired Marine who was returning his phone to Apple for the $1000 credit that he never got. I called UPS Main on McNab the following day and they said ‘No, we never got it.’ I went back to this store the next day, receipt scanned, associate had no idea who where what happened. My son is in the Middle East, still suffering the repercussions of the loss. I WILL NEVER USE THIS UPS STORE AGAIN. FYI I had to give a star to post this review.

Alonzo is absolutely amazing, great personality , very professional and answered every question I asked Isaiah was very helpful as well Alonzo deserves a raise for sure!

Overpriced and lackluster service. Gets the job done, just barely, and you regret not going to USPS. for example, overnight service to deliver a letter is $107 with an additional $10 for aid store confirmation. You can get the same thing at USPS for $28.

Renting with them from 2000 when it was Mail Boxes ETC . Always got excellent service . Very polite staff . Recently gave up the box, but would certainly rent from them again in the future . Permanent location too, as some stores don't last long at some locations .

I think they're great. I just moved to area and have used them a ton.... I've always had helpful and quick service. Especially with the Amazon packages I've dropped off to return. Brian, the manager, was also helpful in a package that had been lost... very grateful.

Don’t write many reviews but the service I received was above and beyond. Ace was very knowledgeable and made a very busy store run so smooth you would think there were multiple people working there. He addressed my shipping needs in the best way and made my experience quick and efficient. 5 stars to this uPS store location!

I would give this place a 0 if possible. Absolute worst customer service and employees working there. I gave the exact dimensions and specifications of my e bike to the employees along with the destination and was told it would cost me $140 , i got there to ship it and the new guy behind the counter was 'too uncomfortable' to ship so he called his boss, the boss told me it would cost 380 dollars. This place is unorganized and i lost money from being out of work to do this relying on my budget that i was told originally.

It's a wonderful and enlightening experience to return my Amazon packages to The UPS store at 2805 Oakland Park boulevard. Staff is knowledgeable, the lines are fast, the air conditioning is superb. I highly recommend this place.

This is my “Go to” UPS Store. Why? Everyone there works so well together and comes across as liking to work there. They bring smiles, energy and service to a business that is well boxes! This last experience will keep me and my office from using this location ever again. From the manager Dani Frias , to the unprofessional staff, this location needs a complete overhaul. i’d give a zero fir service if i could. i will never return!

Better CX than the Sunrise store...which used to be GREAT!!

Failed twice at shipping sculptures. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried once more. They ruined two pieces of artwork and when I tried to set up the claim they kept telling me the manager was out of the office and didn’t know when he would be back. They said only the manager could handle the claim but he doesn’t return calls or communicate. I would suggest using a different ups if someone was worried about their package being delivered correctly.

Very helpful staff, my package arrived safely and on time. Friendly and efficient. 5 stars!
