Love the people who make the least but provide the very best service. I can respect that. I couldn't do it so I appreciate the people who do. You get what's advertised!

I am quite upset and dissatisfied with my order, they gave me 2 broken glasses, I lost the drinks without mentioning the disaster that caused, they did not put bacon on the hamburgers, they did not put the straws or sauces either. It's unfortunate that the same thing always happens when we order through the drive thru. The quality of service has deteriorated.

This Chick-fil-A staff has horrible customer service and don’t care to fulfill orders correctly. I ordered regular chicken nuggets with fries and the person who took my order rushed me through it and still got my order wrong! Something as simple as chicken nuggets! He didn’t have a problem calling out quickly how my card declined (due to his mobile machine not working properly, which after the 3rd attempt went through) but couldn’t get my order correct!

Great location. The drive thru can get really long. It's best to park and walk inside. You'll get your food faster.

The staff at this location is amazing! They’re always extremely kind. The lines are always long but you can tell they try to make it go as fast as possible. If there’s an issue with your order they’ll quickly fix it without any problems. Amazing customer service and great food make this location one of our favorites

I went to grab some food really quick it turned into 30 minutes and I never got my food. I placed a mobile drive-through pick up order. Like I always do once I got there it was in the line for 30 minutes waiting on my food they told me to cancel it placed the order again and then get back in line. The service is horrible no one spoke English that made things worst. This my last time going there but it may not matter.

The chick fill a at this location has bad customer service. I never have problems at other locations when I ask for my chicken to be warmed. Nobody likes to eat cold chicken but today I had to since they refuse to make me one with warmed chicken .. other locations even ask how I want my chicken .. they stated the wraps are pre made in the morning that’s why they keep them cold .. they refused to make me a fresh wrap with warmed chicken after kindly asking.

I have come to this Chic fil a for many years. The service continues to decline as it seems they've gotten too big for their name. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH CHIC FIL A DELIVERY! Unless you're prepared to wait for over an hour to receive your food after being charged more for the food in addition to delivery. Clearly this is a service they've taken on and offer but do a horrible job on doing so. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED.

Consistency is why we love Chick-fil-A and this location does not disappoint. Employees are friendly, food is always hot. They might make a mistake once in a while, but I blow it off because the staff is so nice and they’re main goal is to keep the line moving no matter what time of day.

The Chick-fil-A atmosphere and service is usually friendly and helpful. They are also known for expeditious service. I experienced none of these at this branch. Highly disappointing. The food was great as usual though.

This is the time ever since I've been going to chick fila that I have ever encountered such subpar services. They messed up my order (never knew this was possible) that is how much trust I've had in this place. When I pointed it out they were telling me no. That's not what you ordered. Uhm yes I would know what I ordered n paid for and wat they gave me wasn't it. Not even the cups have the logos on them. No sauce for the nuggets. Nothing. Could prepare me for the unconcerned behavior of the server. Yea I'll never be back here again. From a very disappointed and sad patron.

This review is for Esther. Thank you for having knowledge of what is on the menu for us gluten free folks. As I mentioned to you we had just come from another Chick-fil-A and the manager couldn’t even tell me what is offered so we ended up leaving because I didn’t feel safe. Customers with specific dietary restrictions need to have some sort of comfort when ordering their food and you definitely did make me feel at ease. 😊

Always a pleasure going to this location. You get in a funk when you start to see the long line but honestly it moves pretty quickly! The staff and service is always a delight. 😊

This is my favorite restaurant. The chicken and fries are cooked in a high grade peanut oil. It makes noth the chicken and fries taste fantastic. There Garden market salad is very healthy and thee combo of fruits and vegetables is unbelievable.

Did catering and everyone loved it. They did an excellent job getting everything done in a timely manner. Will do it again!

This location originally started out great. Now I have went to this location for breakfast & dinner & on 2 consecutive occasions my order was wrong. They were minor, like, salads with no salad dressing & instead of the yogurt parfait I was given hash browns. Super annoying but outside of that the food is usually good & the service is always friendly.

Very nice and clean, food was very good coffee was cool but they were able to make a hot one, price are ok and costumer service very professional.

I have been going to this chickfila for years but recently they changed the interior. Before it was a perfect size and now it feels claustrophobic and like u can’t breathe. I wish the kept the regular interior.

I was first GIVEN the incorrect order. Now i get home and my salad is literally FROZEN a spicy westernsalad. I Will go to the miramar location from now on. This is not the first time i have a bad experience at this NEW location was giving it another chance.

Maria at the drive-thru 08/04/2023 3:35pm has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at chick fil a to the point of frustration. Allowed 6 cars to leave before giving us our order and then refused to give us any sauce with our orders even when we gave her back the bag so she can see for herself there was no sauce. Refused to give the runners any sauce for us as well. We had to eventually go inside for items we were missing. Completely defeating the purpose of us doing drive thru. Really would hate to use the racist card on Maria smh.

Great service at this chic fil a I get my nails done in this shopping plaza every other Saturday at 9AM and this chic fil a will serve me lunch regardless of the time. Excellent service! No is not in their employees vocabulary

WORST CHICK-FIL-A ever!!!. I ordered 1 spicy deluxe combo, 8 nuggets, 1 milkshake and 1 large soup for like $22+ . When I got home, I realized my order was incomplete; I only got the soup and a basic sandwich + the milkshake and the soda of the combo. I drove back to the store and they wanted to charge me .75 cents to pay for the difference from the basic combo to the other, I ate the chicken of the basic sandwich by then because I was hungry and they returned saying I’d have to pay the whole combo again! So I asked for my money back and they didn’t discount the milkshake nor the wrong sandwich they gave me by their mistake! They were rude and I’ve never been treated as bad as in this place. I will never come back to this location again.

Nowadays it is hard to find a fast food restaurant that offers good food, good customer service and cleanliness. The staff here always makes sure you have an excellent experience. Dining inside the restaurant or even using their drive thru. They never disappoint. I totally recommend it!

I'm assuming the staff is tired because it's towards the end of breakfast. I waited for my food for 12 minutes although there was only 1 person in front of me. I also paid for pepperjack cheese and an egg white. I didn't receive either.

Took forever to go around to then tell as our food is not payed and we have to pay again when I’m the app online it shows it was payed. Made us wait and wait in line saying the payment wasn’t made but on our bank account the money came out, raining and now late for business. Horrible business chick fillet ! No good DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION BAD SERVICE ALL EMPLOYEES!

I normally enjoy any trip to Chick-fil-A, but today the Mac and Cheese seemed like it wasn't fully cooked, the nuggets were smaller than usual, and the fries were a bit soggy. I'm noticing this at several of their locations that the food and service are not what they used to be. I hope this was just a random instance.

Just wanna share my experience today. I came in this morning to pickup inside the restaurant. I had to wait between 5 to 7 minutes. I didn’t have not even one chick-fil-a employee come & ask me if I being help. Once the chick-fil-a employee was handed me the bag she didn’t let go of the bag & told me that I also had a drink. Then it started escalating. There was a manager available & didn’t ask what happen. How is it possible to have employees talk back to customers like myself & have managers that dunno how to handle a problem. I blame all of this to management that dunno how to hire better people. What a bad experience @this restaurant. Never coming back @this restaurant.

Brenda! I'm in here every day, but I rarely order meals or drinks. & Even when I do, I just leave the drink because I don't drink their beverages. Today, Ms. Brenda noticed & went out of her way to accommodate me. That made an already pleasant experience even more memorable. Thanks guys.

The crew taking orders outside was super friendly and it is amazing how quickly you get in and out with an accurate order. Can't seem to get enough waffle fries.

Chic-fil-a is always good, this specific location is ALWAYS busy, be sure to check your meal before driving off.

Today I went to the chick fil a in Pembroke Pines and they said that there were no drinks. So I came to the one in Miami lakes and the gentleman said there are no medium sized cups and said we had to pay the difference for a large or get a small for the same price even though it’s not our fault that they didn’t have the size cups and then gave us a hard time. Eventually we asked to speak with the manager but coincidently they were able to find the cups after telling a whole lie about them not having medium size cups. Which is sad because I love chick fil a but today just made me think if I will ever go to Miami Lakes ever again.

Extremely slow service,disappointed .. such a chaos over drive through.. you need to repeat ten times for the sauce and correct ingredients… Also I am upset why they keep the employees walking in between cars and keep asking people to drive 🤯So if they don’t ask , customers will not drive and block the way ❓.. Instead they should focus on providing correct order and faster service at the pick up counter

The food is not bad. ... the only way I'll make the line in the drive thru is if they give the food for free. It's just chicken.

Love Chick-fil-A food is always nice be prepared appetizing to the eye and pleasing to the palate. However this is the first time I got sick from this location. Had my usual spicy chicken combo someone put yellow cheese on it and it was kind of looking old I should have immediately returned the sandwich and had it replaced for my daughter was in a rush and didn't want to get back in the line. Sometimes these things happen especially when kids are cooking and handling the food. We have six boys and one girl so we no that all don't remember to wash their hands.

Excellent service and communication. Food is just the best when it comes to drive thru food. Quality is top notch. Used my rewards and enjoyed a delicious meal. Thank you for all your hard work and service.
