I had the opportunity to talk to the owner too, Mr. Ray, he is a well mannered and considerate person and a he is a very good listener too. Definitely, this is going to be my jewelry forever.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Place is super nice and I've been going there since they opened with my grand parents. Owner is super nice. I’ve been looking for a jeweler for quit some time now to repair some pieces I’ve had since I was a child, that I can actually trust. Not only did I find a jeweler to repair my jewelry to pass down to my daughters, but now I actually found a jeweler and jewelry store that has reasonable prices, very nice jewelry, and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’m very big on customer service and when I walked in I was quickly greeted and met Emily, who was so nice and sweet! She then called the actual owner of the jewelry store Ray over to take a look at the bracelet I needed to repair, (which I will add is 24 yrs old, bc I got it when I was 15 yrs old) and he was so personable, very knowledgeable about jewelry, and very nice! All and all, I went in to just repair some jewelry and came out buying some more jewelry! When I picked up the bracelet I had gotten repaired, it came back 10x’s nicer than when I originally got it and I won’t even begin to start writing about the custom necklace I had made, but I will say I LOVE IT!!! I’ve already begin telling people about Ray’s Jewelry store and my mom actually went in the following week, bc she fell in love with the necklace I had custom made and she ended up buying some pieces for my 15 yr old daughter, and she also agreed the jewelry is very nice, great prices, and once again GREAT customer service! Thanks again to Ray and Emily, for making it a great experience and I will also like to shout out Leslie for taking care of my mom as well!

This is the worst place to come to fix your jewelry, if I could put 0 I would and the owner or manager, whoever, he is the worst manager I could see. I am a manager and he does not know how to deal with a customer. He got out and started yelling, cursing and insulting us in the middle of the parking lot.

I've been going to rey for 15 years he has very reasonable prices and the staff is awesome they make you feel at home

The service was excellent and super content on quality of work. I came in to fix my toddler Chamilia bracelet which had been previously worked on about 3x before. Today its been 2 weeks from repair without a problem. I was promised super speedy service with amazing quality. I loved the shop- Good to know they are a Pandora seller especially for the last minute gifts. Would highly recommend this business to anyone!!
