The food was good but the service, not so much. This was our first time eating here so we had lots of questions. Our server Ben was a bit sarcastic & condescending. In the process of taking our order he made it a point to tell us there are no refunds or exchanges on the bubble tea with mixed flavors, it was the way that he said it as if we were planning to do so. 😏 He didn't check on us during our meal, we had to call out to him if we needed anything. We actually had to ask another waitress for a spoon for our Ramen and extra ice for our tea. We still tipped 25% because I believe in tipping those who serve us. However they should be mindful of the importance of quality customer service and treat everyone with common decency & respect. We won't be going back. We ordered the Bubble Tea, the Bun with Soft Shell Crab (really good), Korean Kimchi Ramen & Bibimbap.

Wow so delicious and awesome service! The lady in the front told me within 20/30 mins in me waiting for my food that what I ordered was sold out and apologized and still helped me and accommodate me. I needed up getting the fried Oct mushroom, Thai donuts, pineapple chicken rice.. everything was delicious and for the price, they give you a big portion! Would recommend and definitely will try it out again. 👍🏼

This place was so good! The food was delicious and we went back for dessert! The attention was fantastic, the place very clean and overall would recommend for lunch and dinner. The place is so cute and anyone could have a good time without spending too much money!

Good ramen in the neighborhood. Legit broth and decent portion. The place had seating for about 50 people and it was pretty packed. Good service and casual ambience.

I went to check out their tteokbokki which was recently added to the menu and enjoyed every bite of it. It was soft but avoided being too chewy. The spice level was on point. If it’s going to be a permanent item on the menu they should consider options that adds ramen or fish cakes as both would enhance the plate very well. I also had the soft shell crab buns and it was delicious.

Wonderful Pan-Asian gem located on Main Street in Miami Lakes. Besides the delicious meal, Thai pineapple fried rice, the service was amazing. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the waiter's name, but he was quite knowledgeable and helpful and extremely polite, which is rare in South Florida. I was surprised to find unfiltered sake. I'll definitely be back to try some other items on the varied menu.

The food here is very good! I recommend the Buns!! The atmosphere is great place to hang out! Their bubble tea is really good. If you are looking to try something good I recommend!

It's delicious to the last bite! The atmosphere is very relaxing, and the service we received from Diego was truly the cherry on top of our experience. Diego really made sure we had a phenomenal time, recommended the best dishes according to our taste, and was very friendly and professional. We absolutely loved everything we had. During this visit, we had the Kimchi Ramen, the Steak Pad Thai Noodles, the Nutella Crepe Cake, and the Taro Basque Cheese Cake. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

I used UberEats services and the packaging of my ramen was beyond amazing. The broth and everything was still hot. I suggest you add the pork belly as your protein. Every bite was tasteful, spicy and delicious…

This was our first time at this location and we were pressed with the decor and the service. Our waiter was very attentive and the food was stellar!

As soon as we entered the building the great customer service was present. We were quickly seated, handed menus & got great suggestions for drinks. The ambience is lively with cute decor. The food was sooooooo goooood! Definitely stay for dessert don’t miss out on these flavors! Will be back for more!

I have to tell you how impressed I am with this cozy little restaurant. The wait staff is small and the location isn't very big either but the dishes they serve pack gargantuan flavor and are beautifully presented. The portion sizes are appropriate for the price. The spice level is very tolerable so you won't break a sweat while eating your food. This restaurant is punching above it's weight class in terms of quality and I must mention that it's very clean which is something I'm always looking out for. The interior decor is nice but nothing to brag about. The children's menu is nearly non-existent so just have your kids order from the regular menu and take your leftovers to go.

I've been here a year Ago the best Ramen I've ever had customer service was awesome just a bit far from my house so I don't frequently go but I'm going back next week.

OK food but a couple dishes were too salty and had to be replaced. The mizo soup was served with cold egg in it which we could not figure out how a cooked egg was cold in warm soup. Also they dont give you soup spoons to finish the broth, not good. The sauce for gyoza came in too small of a plastic cup to dip them in, suggest use a larger asian style dish. Be aware of an 18% tip for groups of 4 or more, that is ridiculous. When asked about this we were told that was because many teens were coming in there not tipping. So the entire customer base is now given a mandatory tip due to the restaraunt bias towards teens. The service was good but not worth a $20 tip. We should have split our group in half and the tip would have been much less more like $10 total. The only thing really asian in the place was a panda painted on the wall and possibly pink flowers imitating cherry blossoms, the cat light on the wall was not on or working, other than that it could have been any other restaraunt. I have eaten at far better rahman restaraunts across the US that don't mandate tips for salty cold food.

Loved the food, the best part was the housemade kimchi wraps, the Pork in them is so flavorful we were shocked. Definitely hope to come back and try more things!

Service was speedy and incredibly pleasant. I had the karaage, tonkotsu ramen, and strawberry boba tea, which all came out quick-ish. The karaage was absolutely delicious and savory, and the ramen was above average for sure! 4 stars is since my boba tea came out with the tea icy cold but the boba was slightly warm? I'm sure that I just got freshly prepared boba or something, but I would've liked a heads up along the lines of "we just made the boba and it's still kinda warm, is that okay?" Bottom line: Buy the Karaage, I absolutely reccomend it. But if that temp difference doesn't sound pleasant then hold off until a little while after opening I guess?

It’s been some time since I’ve visited this location. Chilly night and perfect to enjoy some Ramen. I always look for the spicy items and the Hell’s Ramen doesn’t disappoint. If you looking for a party in your mouth of Flavor and spice then this dish is a sure winner. Friday night with plenty of patrons in and out with the service team doing a great job to keep things moving. Price is fair and wait time was on point. Waitress quick and to the point. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was good, service was meh. Highly recommend the Lady Face sake as it was very good. Ordered The Hell’s Ramen and I thought it could use a little bit more salt as I eat salty sometimes. So, I asked the servers for salt and they never brought it out, they kinda just stand over at the counter talking to each other.

Best Amazing place ever!! Great Food the ramen 🍜 is out of this world and also the starters are fresh and great food will definitely be back again for more ramen trust me great place to go especially for a quick bite.

For a first time visit, this was an ok experience. The food was served hot and fast. The taste of the food was delicious. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the waiter. He was not very friendly and reminded me that I did not include his tip after charging my card to pay for the food. Granted, I prefer to pay tips in cash. Overall, not sure if I would visit again.
