Lorena was very sweet and attentive, I really enjoyed the food and appreciated something healthy on my trip here! I am pretty sick of the abundance of fried foods in Miami. Thank you!

Overall the place is nice and food is okay. The only thing I didn’t like is that the server never showed me the receipt when I was already almost choosing the tip, options were 20% 25% 30% but the total didn’t add up,, when I asked for the receipt the tip was already included so on top of the 18% of “special event” (which it was only me, not an event at all) they were trying for me to put even more resulting in a tip of almost 40%

The food was absolutely disgusting. I had the lentils salad with salmon and the lentils weren’t cooked at all you could’ve tasted the rawness and the fresh fish wasn’t even seasoned. I asked for lemon wedges and they were none. I dont know if my order was brought in by Uber eats or them but whoever it was, he was so rude behind the phone. But the main problem is the food and not worth the 40 bucks I paid for. ABSOLUTELY A RIPOFF.

Expensive price for mediocre food, bad service, server with bad attitude. Ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie which i tried one sip of and it tasted like water, no flavor. politely asked if i could send that one back and get another instead so i ordered the mango which was better. Also ordered a tuna wrap along with other things the tuna wrap was very dry even with the sauce on the side which had bad taste as well. Only took 2 bites of the wrap told the waitress i did not like it and did not want it anymore, so she took it back. Did not ask if there was anything wrong with it or if there was anything she can do to make it better. At the end i ended up paying around $90 for things i didn’t even eat and when asked politely why i had to pay for them if i barely even touched the food and sent it back, I was met with a bad attitude from waitress and a snappy response. Payed and was leaving and what seems like the manager was outside with friends instead of inside with customers to prevent this situation, asked how the experience was i told him about the experience and he kept just asking for my name and phone number when i just wanted to leave, and for no reason might i add because the situation was never corrected although he stated that it was not right the way she treated us, he never contacted us nor was the situation fixed was just a waste of time and gave out my information for no reason .

María Paula was the best server I ever had in this restaurant I have come here several times but her attention was something else, I will come again and I hope she is my server again.

We were looking for a good vegan restaurant, and decided to tryout Sano for lunch! They have a clean and pleasant atmosphere. I was amazed how good the food was and the service the best. Thank you Maria paula for your wonderful service.

Came visit from Orlando and this place was amazing!! Lorena suggested the arepa with special cheese and it was so good! Highly recommend, make sure you try the coffee with coconut milk because is incredible!

The place impressed me with the food variety, with three menus. It is a healthy food, tasty and very satisfying. A friendly atmosphere, and Morden decorated. Misael helped us with the vast menu and he was a great host for our first time there. Certainly is a Yes 👍🏻 for more times

I had a terrible experience ordering food from this place. I received my order one hour late of the expecting delivery time the order arrived cold i ordered a small Pizza for $25 and a dessert for $10. I called the restaurant and they told me is driver fault sorry. I literally had to order Pizza hut. When i was looking for the dessert it wasn’t on the bag i called again to the restaurant to see what happened and she told me we are sold out of the flavor you get it sorry. I asked i want any other flavor her response was we don’t have driver to delivery but I’ll delivery to you when we closed the restaurant obviously it never arrived. NEVER WILL ORDER FOOD AGAIN from this place.

If I can give more stars I would. Great customer service as soon as you walk in the door. Cute spot to come and relax. It’s very clean. They also have a variety of menu es to chose from. A bit pricey, but worth it for your health. Will definitely come back and refer everyone I know! Great job!

I tried to place an order on the phone and was told that I MUST give my credit card information over the phone in order to place the order, otherwise I can’t order the food until I arrive. This is the first time any restaurant has ever demanded such condition for a take out order. The whole purpose of ordering “to go” is not to wait for the food when I arrive. Personally, I fell that this is how credit card information are stolen and I refused to place the order and went with another restaurant nearby. It’s unfortunate since my wife and I have eaten from here in the past and the food is great.

OMG!!! I didn’t know about this place in Hialeah Gardens. It’s just perfect, it has everything you need to try from Venezuelan food.
