Well my experience at fedex was a momontae and that's bigger than a moment . Andres help me shipped everything packaged it and the lady in front of me knew she was going to take long and she let me go in front of her . I was in and out . I highly recommend this fedex located in the Loews hotel .

This location charges significantly more because they're located in a hotel (per the store manager, Michael Diaz). They tried to charge me more than $1300 for a large print project. I entered the EXACT specifications into the online Print on Demand service, the total came out to just over $800. They also wanted to charge me $20 to deliver it to the hotel next door. This is the worst form of capitalism. Go to a different FedEx store.

came in 8:30am for a small print job - they asked me to email the job to them, so they could quote cost and declared given the small size it could be done same day. After 5 hours they still had not responded to the email so I re-sent it. 3 hours later they still had not responded, so I tried to call. After 2 minutes of dial tones the phone disconnected. Came back 8:05am next morning to see a sign “back in 10 minutes.” 1 hour later still no one here. Whoever is running the location should be fired.

Located inside the Lowes Hotel on 16th & Collins. Go up the escalator and make a right. :) Quick and easy service. Tip- print out your label online and come ready to drop off.

You will think that because it is located inside the loews hotel they will be trained properly. Nope. Worst staff they can't respond to any questions nor help you, and they will take care of several people at the same time which makes it even more messier. At one point i had to be behind the cashier and take care of myself. I definitely do not recommend this place

If u do not have room key u can not open the door it is insane, i live here and I can not print one paper it us waste of time...

I agree this the other review! This store is pathetic. I was asked to pay a $2 dollar drop off fee, “in cash”. This was never the case before so I immediately knew my package wasn’t safe with these thieves working there. This was my experience this time. Other times the place is closed in the middle of the day. Others it’s open with no one in there.... Third world for real! They should just close!

Great customer service. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Staff were helpful and able to answer all of my questions.

I shipped there once when I was in miami for only 2 days and they held my package for over a week.

The website says they offer adobe creative cloud software, but its all outdated and isnt working correctly. Came to work on project and spent $15 to do literally nothing

Go to any other FedEx, although listed as a full FedEx location it most definitely is not. We went because it was convenient to where we were staying, we were able to print but they did not have a notary on staff, fine, we went somewhere else but when I went back the next day to drop off the FedEx letter they charged $2 just to drop off an already labeled FedEx envelope. Which is fine, it's in a hotel so they charge for everything but don't have it listed as a FedEx office and ship center, it should be listed as an expensive hotel mini FedEx that can't actually do what you need. Go somewhere else!
