I came for my blood work this location does have the most attentive service and the personnel well qualified! Vilma the receptionist was really kind and helpful, Niurka who took my samples was nice and even though I don’t like needles she did a great job!

All personal is attentive, kind and friendly. They asked me how was visit. Nurse Practitioner Dayaline Urrutia super nice. Shows concern for patients and was very through in her diagnosis. Went over exam and prescribed proper treatment.

Best Sanitas I’ve been to in the area. Everyone here is very nice, efficient, and precise. They were able to get me in and out within 30 minutes top while also answering all my questions and setting up future appointments I needed.

Sanitas is extremely clean and well taken care of. Staff from the moment you walk in, is extremely attentive and kind. Nurses are patient and professional and kind, along with Dr. Alonso, she’s amazing and seems to love her job and making her patient feel welcomed! Would recommend!

On October 6,2023 I had a very bad experience with the callcenter I had 4 different representative that I spoke to and none of them resolved my issue.and understand English. And they didn't know the process. That I was trying to tell them they were not interested in helping me with my issue which was trying to get my Is prescription filled. Had to come in person to the west kendall center to resloved my issue which i did without any problems.

My husband is a patient at this location and recently I went with him to his appointment and it caught my attention a situation that I witnessed between the employees at the front desk and the manager. This situation made me feel really uncomfortable and I believe this to be such a disrespectful thing to do especially in front of patients. The manager speaks to the employees in such a disrespectful, hostile, and even with so much attitude. I am unaware of why this might happened and whether or not the employees were actually doing something bad, but regardless, I believe that this situation should not happen again because at the end of the day, we are human and we all deserve to be treated with respect before anything else. I have been very lucky because the ladies at the front desk have always been kind to me and my husband and they seem like they do what they are supposed to do. For this reason, I believe the manager’s treatment towards them is unfair and disrespectful. Hopefully, this review will be seen by someone who can do something about this.

Convient location. Registration admin. Daniela and Emily are very pleasant with great and professional attitudes, always smiling. It makes Dr visits that much more pleasant. The Dr. was also on point. She took her time to listen and was thorough.

Very pleasant experience today at the clinic, Dr Urrutia was very thorough kind and attentive, Valeria at the front desk was kind and did her best to accommodate my needs by booking appointments for me and explaining procedures, Sabrina who does the sonogram (had one done with her 2 days ago)stopped by the front desk as I was checking out, she remembered who I was and asked how I was feeling and if she can help in anyway, because of this excellent service I felt calm and in good hands, thank you to all of them

I have never had a negative experience at Sanitas, but this time I’m very disappointed. I have been calling and leaving messages about my prescription that was prescribed for me on 9/29/23, that I’m yet to receive. The call center people doesn’t seem to understand or pretend they don’t understand what you’re saying. I’m tired of calling and leaving messages to no avail. And when your doctor tells you during your visit what they’re going to do for you, and when message sent to request a phone call back about the situation, then act like they don’t have a clue as to what you’re talking about, that’s sad. So, I called Walgreens and asked them to see if they can resolve the issue about my prescription with you all, so I get the medication that I need. Neither situation has been resolved! I’m saddened, because I loved Sanitas!!!

Amazing doctor, nurses, and phlebotomist. Best Sanitas I’ve been to! Dr. Jamie Bolduc is absolutely wonderful. It is so refreshing to go to a doctor who actually listens to your concerns and cares about what you have to say. I highly recommend getting an appointment with her if you can. The nurse was super kind and helpful. The front desk staff were very welcoming and nice unlike the ones at other Sanitas I’ve been to. The phlebotomist was absolutely amazing, she made sure I was okay and even made me laugh. I will definitely be returning and I recommend coming here. It’s a great clinic and I’m glad I came here today.

Went this morning for my annual labs and the nurse who help me was amazing, excellent hand 😁. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Happy to have this new location closer to my house providing an excellent service.

First time here, my expectations were not high. I expecting a store front office. They say first impressions mean a lot. I pulled up and found a large stand alone office. I walked in and immediately found an inviting clean facility. The receptionist was friendly and checked me in quickly. I wasn't there 5 minute and they were bringing into a room. The friendly nurse got all my initial info. Then the assistant came in and did a more thorough analysis. They did an ekg and blood work all in the office. I was impressed with everyone and lime that I can get labs done there rather than running around to another place. I would recommend this Dr. Office. Sorry not good with names or I would of stated them.

I usually go to the Doral office, but my PCP moved to this West Kendall location and i am in love! The facilities are beautiful and new. The staff in the front desk super friendly and welcoming. Zero crowd on waiting area. A true dream come true. Dr Cespedes is the best, and Niurka R the phlebotomist super sweet and helpful. Will definitely coming back for all my non-emergencies.

Sanitas was a option given by my insurance. And after always being a Baptist client I decided to try it and by far I can say it has being a great experience. The staff is super nice and efficient as well as the doctor. I think I will keep coming to Sanitas.
