I was really looking forward to my purchase and support the company on social media. Upon delivery I was very disappointed. I live out of state so I purchased the intimate bleaching cream online. Not only that, the jar was only half full. I would have reconsidered the $175 purchase if I knew that the jar was sample size. I attached photos for perspective. It would help if the company listed the weight of the product as well for future customers. The company also charged me $19 flat rate shipping but the order arrived in the regular free USPS cardboard packaging, normal shipping speed and it did not include any care instructions. I would have appreciated if the quantity of product and shipping experience matched the price that I paid.

One of the worst customer service ever, went with my girl to this place the staff in Miami were rude and not pleasant. We still ended going with them, to do the procedure and also I ask if there is anything else we needed. We also bought things that recommended to us but the people that were doing the procedure did not look trained nor had any decent customer service. Majority of the people there were on their phones to a point the owner had to yell at one of them. This place is very unprofessional, they do not make you feel welcome. I would save your money and go elsewhere. It was a bad experience overall, I would instead go to B med spa customer service was very welcoming when I went with my girlfriend. P.S Very misleading on pricing plus add a 15% surcharge for a doctor you don’t even see. Make sure to do your research when looking up them. It’s so sad that you have to delete someone’s honest post just because you don’t want people to know the truth

DO NOT GET THE HAIR RESTORATION TREATMENT. I received treatment for this service back in March 2023, and even flew out of state to Miami to receive treatment. The hair restoration treatment was steroid injections in which I received 6 full injections to my crown and to the top of my head. Since then the treatment has made my hair worse, and there are visible spots in my hair that has completed destroyed my hair cells. I even spoke to their rep who told me the nurse would reach out and that has never happened as of today. I spent over $2k for this procedure that has not only made my hair worse but has also forced me to consider a different option to get the results I desire. DO NOT GO HERE FOR HAIR RESTORATION. There are other options available and you need to consult with true professionals who can advise you of the best options available. A complete waste of money! Update to business owners response, 8/15. Ma’am, we did not speak on 3 different services and nor did we discuss hyperpigmentation as a side effect. Please do not say you said one thing when you didn’t. And yes, I did not come in for my check in because no one responded to me about my initial request to speak with the nurse about the affects I was experiencing. Also please do not assume I did anything more to my hair than what I was originally told to do by your facility reps. It’s a common thread of you responding to your review comments in this manner, so I’m honestly not surprised with your response. So yeah, let’s me honest! Please do not lie about what you told me in these review comments.

Very misleading business…I recommend that you go to their page and not look at instagram post. I was told that the treatments I had paid for would be a total of 2 hours. After 2.5 hours I advised them I had to go and I hadn’t completed my first treatment. I was okay with only paying for the first treatment but asked to be reimbursed for the others. I flew into Miami to get treatment. Original appointment time was 10 and then it was changed to 11 am. Giving me limited time before my afternoon flight. Honestly, I’m glad that I ran out of time and had a flight to catch because my intuition was right, they are only worried about making money. The customers happiness is not the first thing in mind for this business. Also note, that they charge a 15% charge for a doctor that doesn’t even see you.

Was looking into this company for lipo shots … after reviewing the reviews and the lack of professionalism I’ll pass . As a black woman they pretty much accuse all blacks of being cheap and scrunitizing blacks I’d say if you’re a black male or woman DO NOT go here they don’t like you only your dollars and think you’re cheap. Funny thing is some of the reviews aren’t even from blacks, take heed that all of us aren’t cheap nor problematic customers! And before you comment back take a customer service class because your clearly lack professionalism and people are watching and reading

After two not so great experiences with laser hair removal it is a delight to find someone so knowledgeable in her craft. she is very welcoming and willing to answer any questions you may have on your laser journey. She is so awesome at what she does!

I was super excited coming here for the first time but the receptionist ruined my chance of taking advantage of the flawless skin iv. I called to schedule my appointment to lock in the deal/special that was happening. Upon my appointment getting closer I called to confirm price which was the normal $700-800 price. I was informed I did not lock in the special because I did not pay in advance. I explained I would have paid had I known that is the proper way to lock in special and that the receptionist did not mention this despite me explaining I wanted to lock in the deal. Disappointed I missed out on this special due to the receptionist. No one else there could do anything because the promotion is over. When will the deal for flawless skin IV be back? Is there some way I can have this promotion back since I was not properly informed of directions? Looking for a resolution if possible.

I was here yesterday (Oct. 24th) and I had the Deep Pore facial and dermaplaning done. Honestly, it was such a lovely experience and so relaxing. I honestly fell asleep during the facial, that’s how relaxing it was. I still have a lot more to get done to get to where I would ideally like to be but I look forward to future services from Flawless Icon.

This was the best experience ever. I travelled over an hour to get here and planned on only one session, but I felt so great after the first session that I decided to get a second session done the same day. They have the best customer service team . Hands down . I have gotten numerous treatments at Flawless Icon such as botox, I have gotten the IV drip for anti aging. I have gotten a facial from them and ect If you are about self-care and love maintaining a beautiful appearance. This is the place you need to come too. They treat you like a queen. And the staff is friendly, and warming. Last time I was at Flawless Icon was 3 weeks ago. I make it a priority to come at least twice out the month..
