have
been
a
patron
of
this
salon
and
a
client
of
Karen’s
for
a
very
long
time.
I
was
compelled
to
comment
when
I
read
the
negative
review
from
Kim.
Not
only
does
Karen
do
a
great
job
with
coloring,
styling
and
cutting
my
hair,
I
have
seen
her
work
“magic”
on
her
other
clients
as
I
sit
and
observe
her
work
as
my
color
is
being
processed.
I
have
heard
her
consult
with
many
clients
and
at
no
time
have
I
ever
seen
her
provide
any
service
to
her
clients
which
was
not
requested…including
myself
as
well!
She
has
been
in
the
business
for
a
long
time
and
knows
what
she
is
talking
about.
On
the
contrary,
Karen
takes
her
time
to
discuss
options.
If
I
have
ever
requested
something
new
and
different
to
be
done
,
Karen
always
assures
me
that
if
I
am
not
happy
just
to
call
the
salon,
and
she
will
provide
any
correction
needed…as
I
see
Was
the
case
when
I
saw
the
management’s
reply
to
Kim’s
post
where
they
asked
her
to
call
the
salon
so
her
issues
could
be
addressed
.
On
a
personal
note,
I
am
happy
to
say
I
have
never
had
a
bad
experience!
Everyone
who
works
in
the
salon
is
friendly,
happy
and
courteous
and
I
highly
recommend
Karen
with
no
hesitation.
She
is
the
best!

you
give
Karen
a
try
you
will
walk
out
of
the
salon
feeling
beautiful!
