Of
all
the
buildings
I
have
rented
in,
in
Miami,
Grand
Station
is
my
favorite.
I've
lived
in
various
neighborhoods,
bigger
buildings
and
smaller
ones.
And
I
have
scoured
the
reviews
of
almost
every
building
in
Miami
over
the
years,
so
I
know
that
you're
not
going
to
ever
find
a
building
that
doesn't
have
people
complaining.
What
it
comes
down
to
is,
how
is
the
day-to-day
actually
like,
and
how
are
issues
dealt
with
by
management.
As
far
as
the
building
and
lifestyle,
I
love
where
this
building
is
situated.
Close
to
everything,
walkable
neighborhood
if
you
know
which
streets
to
walk
and
where
to
go.
Close
to
metro
mover.
Close
to
the
highway.
So
it's
much
better
to
drive
around
here
vs.
Brickell,
BY
FAR.
If
you
care
about
aesthetics,
this
building
has
some
of
the
best
design
choices
that
I've
seen
in
Miami
in
this
price
range.
As
far
as
management,
Jocelyn
is
a
super
sweet
person,
she's
always
kind,
always
smiling,
and
willing
to
help.
I
believe
management
has
listened
to
the
voices
of
the
residents
and
become
increasingly
better
at
how
they
navigate
and
communicate
when
issues
arise.
It's
important
that
there
is
a
good
exchange
between
residents
and
management,
I
get
the
sense
that
they
have
and
willingness
to
listen
here
and
improve.
Reality
is,
you're
not
going
to
find
a
building
and
community
that
is
perfect,
that's
just
not
how
life
works,
especially
in
major
cities.
Search
reviews
of
any
building,
in
any
major
city
across
the
US.
You
clump
tons
of
people
under
one
roof,
things
happen.
As
long
as
residents
can
make
suggestions,
and
feel
heard,
and
see
the
management
takes
action,
we're
golden.
