😠 Worst apartment complex ever ! Maintenance refuses to fix anything ! All appliances are from the 18th century it feels like. Let alone they are raising the rent over 400$ a month with a one month notice. The corporate office is the most disrespectful group of people i have ever met. Blaming renters... People often mention apartment, rent, office, year, living, Pine, Tree,

Worst apartment complex ever ! Maintenance refuses to fix anything ! All appliances are from the 18th century it feels like. Let alone they are raising the rent over 400$ a month with a one month notice. The corporate office is the most disrespectful group of people i have ever met. Blaming renters for damages caused by their faulty and old fixtures. The AC units are definitely not up to code and should be sent in for health code violations. Please save your hard earned money and save your mental health and DO NOT RENT FROM PINETREE! YOU WILL REGRET IT !

We moved here in 2016 and have just left as we were finally able to purchase our own home. The Pros: We never had issues with maintenance. They always came promptly, always fixed the issue quick. I think only a few times it took more than one visit, but that was due to them needing to get parts and such. Quiet neighbors. Our 2 + 2 apartment was quite spacious, with a few flaws. But no place is perfect. The canal was nice to live on. We enjoyed the walkway a lot. The Cons: Huge german cockroach problem. We also frequently got ants. The windows are very old and poorly sealed. Dealt with the roaches by sealing holes I found and laying out bait. The biggest issue we had, though, is the constant raising of rent. We started out at 1100. Then it was 1350. Then, this year, they hiked it all the way to 1790. That's what spurred us to look for a home, because may as well pay a mortgage. By next year we probably would have been priced out and forced to leave Florida entirely because everywhere has absurd rent. I would not recommend living here unless you are extremely wealthy. Our rent costs massively outpaced our incomes and it was not sustainable. If the rent had remained reasonable, we probably would still be there. It was a nice little apartment, but there was no reason to squeeze blood out of a stone here. The company that owns these buildings makes billions a year no doubt; they own property all up the east coast and an entire block of land where we were renting. There's about 8 different complexes in this area all owned by them. It's just plain greed.

We have been living in Pine Tree for almost 5 years. We recently just upgraded and moved into a beautiful townhouse in the same community. We have never had any issues with safety or noise. Management is very flexible and easy to work with. They treat their tenants like family. We will live here until we buy our own home. Love this place and we love Sue at front office she is amazing. Matt one of their maintenance guys always goes above and beyond. Both are always so friendly and available to help. Definitely recommend living here. Home πŸ‘πŸ‘

I have been living there for about a year - i just moved due to location of a new job/new school. Since my time living there, I have never had any issues with Pine Tree. Everyone in the office have been great and are very nice and respectful. Sue will help you with anything! She is awesome. These places are also great priced for the location, and the size of the apartments. Highly recommend. If i ever have to move again, I would defiantly return to Pine Tree Apartments!!!!!

I've been here for about 2 years so far. I've always found the staff to be helpful, courteous and friendly. The maintenance guys are very competent as well as responsive. Rents are reasonable so far. I like the exterior security door. Overall, decent place to live at a fair price. UPDATE: I moved out June 2023( as I was able to purchase a condo) The apartment was one of the best I've ever lived in. Spacious open floor plan. Good neighbors. On move out, the landlord is very fair. They don't look for ways to steal your deposit, like some other places. I cannot say enough good things about Pine Tree. Sue and the gals in the office are very nice and very professional. Loved my stay at Pine Tree Apartments!

I have been living here about 7 months and so far no issues. The women in the office have all be really nice and helpful especially Sue. Every time I've had a maintenance issue they've come out the same or next day. Area I'm in is very quiet, friendly neighbors. I live in a ground floor apartment so i do hear the woman upstairs walking and the dog next door barking occasionally but that's to be expected in an apartment. No issues with bugs. Appliances were older, i informed the office my oven temp was too high and came home the next day to a brand new stove installed. Still had the tags and owners manual.

I have lived in Pine Tree Meadows for the last 4 years and I am about to sign a lease for the fifth. The grounds are kept up beautifully, people look out for each other and the rent is very affordable. After the last big hurricane, they were out as soon as it was safe, cleaning up and repairing roofs that had been damaged. They are in the process of replacing all the roofs right now in my area. The washer-dryers being out of service is a problem, but people overload them and of course, they break down. All in all, a great place and I would recommend it to others.
