As a dog owner, this community ended up being the perfect choice for me. There’s multiple dog parks around the complex. I’ve heard rumors that people don’t pick up after their dogs, but the community has kept the parks and the grass areas spotless. I’ll definitely renew. 10/10

Fabulous event! Odette, Zack, Chantal, Martin, and Kamiyah were all phenomenal. The food was to die for and the drinks were so festive, I had too many! I am so happy to have been apart of this celebration!!! Can’t wait for the next Uptown Party!!

This has to be the most inflated reviews page on Google. Not only is Nikki’s review absolutely accurate but it goes further than just gangs of spoiled kids on bikes causing mayhem & not properly supervised by their “parents”: Management does not address ANY ISSUES. Since May ‘23 when I moved in the following issues have not been addressed: - Grills have not worked & no attempts have been made to fix - Dog receptacles are constantly without dog baggies & the bins are usually so full that community members elect to leave them on the ground - Hallways are disgusting (literally they look like a child’s room with all the marks) - It smells like a dog kennel throughout the buildings (hallways, stairways, and out to the sidewalk) - It’s so bad that it’s enough to make you gag. - Residents let their dogs urinate where ever they like with no attempts to clean it up should it just be a simple accident. - The grounds themselves are littered with trash constantly - Dog parks are covered in feces and reek of urine (I wouldn’t take my dog within 20 feet of one in fear he will catch a disease) - There is an INSANE rent-a-cop that will put an almost un-removeable sticker on your likely expensive car for the most simple violation (even if you have a private parking spot that costs $75/month!) Community you ask? More for the elderly, divorced, and/or those who can’t get their credit up enough to be approved for a mortgage. It’s likely living on a subpar, outdated Carnival Cruise-ship that’s geared for children. I do feel for the grounds staff - Jarrin & his team are great when things are brought to attention. They’re likely underpaid & without proper resources. And the only helpful leasing agent, Kamiyah, is great at what she does & genuinely looks out for those she places in units she is assigned. These people (management) are more concerned with trendy posts for their instagram by showcasing quarterly “events” & food trucks that no one goes to. They do not care about the resident experience & have no interest in investing resources in remedying these issues. They sit in their nice, cozy leasing office blind to these issues. Never have I seen them inspect the property, except when they take future suckers on tours in the unnecessarily expensive golf cart. They likely enjoy the turn over as that’s how they make their money via commission on new leases. I’ve lived at 2 Cortlands now to know how this works, and both were FAR better than Cortland Uptown Boca. $3.6k a month for a two-bedroom is ridiculous already, and I could go on about how it’s not worth the price they charge. But more to the point, they are constantly in violation of their own policies/standards they impose & likely their insurance required by property management regulations. Save yourself the headache & look elsewhere - This place is a joke & the people managing the property are so irresponsible & incompetent. It’s embarrassing to call Cortland Uptown Boca “home”, and it’s time to expose the negligence & ignorance for what it is in hopes that others looking for reasonable living accommodations in Boca Raton look elsewhere.

Cortland has been a great place to stay and the staff is very nice and accommodating. Chantell specifically is absolutely amazing. If you can, book your tour with her!

This place is amazing. The apartment is top notch and the amenities are unbelievable. The pool area and the gym make you feel you are living in a 5 star hotel Martin, Kamiyah and Chantell are part of the staff and they are excellent to work with Overall a great place to live with outstanding staff.

The entire community is great. Very clean and well managed. But Zach (the assistant community manager) in particular is an absolute delight. He’s a true professional and has made me and my family feel extremely valued as tenants.

The property is beautiful, and there are plenty of amenities surrounding it, but the best part is the staff. The community is clean, thanks to the hard-working, maintenance crew, and the management is top notch. If there is an issue, it’s addressed immediately. The staff communicates, and there are plenty of reasons why this place is worth it. Zach, the manager cares, and it reflects in this property. Highly recommend.

Definitely caught my eye walking in. Aryana was very patient and really helpful. Made the experience a lot more enjoyable and easy to understand. Was clear and concise with the directions. Me being from out of town (Michigan) she made understanding the area like I e lived here for years. Made me consider moving to uptown Boca

I’m so grateful to live at such a warm & welcoming community. Tonight we had our Halloween party- I was so impressed by the whole event- the DJ, food, drinks & even the staff rocked Halloween costumes!! I love that I live in a community where I can dance with Odette, shake it on the dance floor with Chantelle & Camailla, and laugh for hours with Stephan, Ali & Jarron. Thanks guys for such a memorable night!!!

Azyah was great. She made me feel very welcomed here and throughout the entire process, she has been very attentive to help. The team managing this building is the best administration team I've ever met.

We have lived at Uptown Boca since February as we wait for our home to be completed. The facilities are like a resort, especially the pool area. We have a large dog and the complex is very dog friendly with 3 dog parks and lots of grassy areas to walk him. The staff, especially Zach and Martin are extremely wonderful and really go out of their way. The location is outstanding with all of the restaurants right outside our door and convenient to Town Center Mall.

Great property, beautiful newer build. Took this shot during our tour from the 5th floor by the pool! Beautiful view. I worked with Vanessa E who is excellent and exhibited patience not only with my constant silly questions during the tour but overall with everyone that walked by or needed a moment of her time. How she greeted and engaged with people was contagious and I was really impressed with the level of service here. Very welcoming. Highly recommend.

Jarrin in maintenance was very helpful I was just driving by through the plaza and saw this amazing development. He directed me to the front office, however I wasn’t able to go in so he gave me a light tour of the property. what an amazing guy

the best apartment complex ever. My 4 roomates and I are in college and this is the safest,cleanest, and most beautiful apartment we’ve ever been too. So many amenities and the staff is helpful every step of the way.
