I absolutely loved this studio and the instructor! I’ve been wanting to try reformer Pilates for a while, and I’m glad I came across this studio. Michelle was very patient, gave modifications if needed, and had a great energy. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, bright, super clean, new studio with a great vibe! It’s easily accessible and easy to find. All the instructors are very professional and helpful, and make you feel absolutely comfortable. Instructions are very clear so no worries for newbies! There’s a great variety of classes, each of them is fun and challenging. I’m really glad I have found Michelle’s amazing studio. Pilates is now my new obsession!

Amazing studio!! Michael is very friendly and knowledgeable about the right way to do the postures so you don’t be rude with your body, she really cares you. The classes are challenging and funny, I love it!

I have been going to this Pilates studio for a month now and I love it! Michelle is the best!! super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. She always make sure that I am doing the exercises correctly and safely. The classes are challenging but fun, and I always feel refreshed and energized after each session. Pilates has helped me to strengthen my core, improve my posture, and reduce my back pain. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants to try Pilates or take their practice to the next level. This studio is beyond adorable and stylish, very bright yet intimate during the day and super vibe-y at night… dark with cool neon lights on, in proper Miami style 😉 But this review is truly to give a (very loud) shout out to the heart & soul of this business: Michelle. Really good studio the place is very nice and clean. The instructor Michelle is very nice and helpful. She will make sure to help everyone with each exercise move and have good form. The classes are fun and challenging. I would Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to do Pilates.
