Dura medical has been a place I have gone to for mental recovery for about a year now. I honestly don’t know what happened but recently, the care I have been receiving has been anything short of lackluster. First of all, Janice the front desk clerk, tends to always give me an attitude and never answers the phone. How can you leave feeble patients hanging for vital medication that us patients need. I haven’t had a pleasant interaction with Janice in the 1 year I’ve been at dura medical. Her being the first point of contact for a patient is absurd. Please figure a way out to cure her attitude problem.

Dr. Hart is very attentive and does what a psychiatrist should do first and foremost, LISTEN. She has never been the type to drastically alter my medications and prefers to take a wait and watch approach after incremental changes are made. And finally, before she arbitrarily changes medications and dosages she discusses in detail what can be expected and possible side effects. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hart. ********************************* Update on 12 Aug 2022 I still continue to see Dr. Hart and have built a great patient/Dr. relationship with her.

I couldn’t be happier with my Dura medical experience overall! From working with Janice at the front desk and receiving treatments with Liz and Stephen, absolutely everyone has been wonderful to work with! I’ve been going to Dura Medical for their Ketamine infusions for chronic neuropathic pain and it has changed my life in more ways than I ever imagined. It’s been incredible to get a break from pain and the mental health benefits I’ve received have been outstanding. The offices are very clean and comfortable and I’ve just felt right at home. They are very knowledgeable providers and have been happy to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I’ve had. I can’t say enough great things about my experience here and truly look forward to my upcoming visits.

Absolutely the best psychiatric nurse practitioner ever! I would recommend her to anyone. She is professional and caring and understanding. Excellent advice and opinions. She is helping me tremendously with one of the absolute hardest and most painful time of my life. If I did not have her, I truly would be lost! I am so grateful and so very blessed to have found Dr, Katie Hart! Highly recommend!!!!!

I am so happy I found Dura Medical. The staff is amazing. Caroline has truly helped me become myself again after suffering so long with major depression and anxiety. Talk therapy was very helpful, but I was too exhausted to do my part after so many years of trying. Caroline utilizes EMI (Eye Movement Integration). At first, I was skeptical, but now I am amazed how much this has helped me. Everyone around me notices a difference, too.

I’m very happy my son told me about this place. I walked in the first time and felt welcome . Janice has been very nice and polite. Jann is too and she knows wha she is doing. Luke is a very sweet and caring person. Thomas was sincerely happy that I’m doing well, they don’t come around very often, I could see in his face what a wonderful human being he is. I have no words to express my gratitude to the owner. Thank you all .

Dr Elizabeth Manchester did my intake today and is an authentic, outstanding health professional with a deep understanding of living with and managing ADHD. If you can get her as a therapist consider yourself lucky. Rare find! When you see Naples Brunch, you're in the right plaza. The front desk lady was delightful at my visit today. FYI for new patients they are going to take a picture of you for their files so be prepare accordingly. I had a screening with Thomas Skola who was amazing as well. I've had formerly bad experiences at Elite DNA that gave me a lot of anxiety in seeking treatment so I was beyond relieved to find a more progressive treatment facility like Dura Medical. My examination for adhd was thorough and well explained, Skola is responsible and unbiased. I am so relieved to find a good practitioner. It went so well I am looking forward to my next appointment here, all the staff are lovely. Thank God for places like this!!

Shelley Butler is amazing. I have been with her for I would say over a year. I followed her from one practice to another . I will continue to follow her wherever she went . She is knowledgeable and very easy to talk to which is not always easy to find . She listens to me when I talk and gives good advice on ways to manage your condition aside from medications! I would not hesitate recommending her to anyone !
