Parked at this facility 11/11-11/13 and came back to find the roof of my very new car (>5000mi) damaged. Took photos and talked to the manager on site who gave me the email of the general manager Stephen Beard to send my claim information to. After emailing Stephen explaining my situation and asking if a resolution could be reached he simply replied with a snippet of a disclaimer stating that they are willing to assume no liability whatsoever for the damage caused to my car while it was on their property and under their supervision. So not only am out the money I paid to park at the facility, but also hundreds of dollars to fix the damages caused to my car which was under their supervision. I hope that those who are looking for parking in the future don't make the same mistake I did in trusting this business and instead choose to leave their vehicle in better hands. Thanks Stephen.

(Be aware! Catalytic converter stolen) I parked my car there for 3 nights, paid $50, when i came back to pick the car, started the car and the car was running like a tractor. Took a look under the car, found out that the catalytic converter was stolen. Immediately, i told to the office, thay said is not our responsibility, it is park on your own risk. I told them what is the reason that we pay you than?? I called the police than and filed a report. They dont have a security and security cameras, it is the same thing like parking in the street.. It cost me more than $1000 to fix the car. Never again! Shame on them!

ATTENTION SELFPARK FLL USERS DON’T YOU USE THIS PARKING LOT. LEFT MY CAR HERE AND UPON RETURNING MY CATALYC CONVERTER GOT STOLE, MUFFLER STOLE BY USING SAW BLADE. ALL I WAS TOLD FROM MAIN OFFICE- SORRY AND CALL THE POLICE TO REPORTS.

One suggestion, when staff says, drivers name and he will be out in 5 minutes, which never happens, just tell people the time. "its gonna be about 15-20 minutes, we are going to wait for some other people." This would be a much better company if they planned the exits and pick ups better. I’m standing here again watching 6 people stand in the parking lot waiting for Pete the driver to come out. He was supposed to be here five minutes. It’s been 15. Also it takes them about 30 minutes to come and get you. Aside from that the staff is very nice and very friendly. I may have to find other arrangements however I am traveling for work and if you are please keep this in mind.

One of my best experiences period!!! From the moment we pulled in we were greeted than to checking in the office with manager Mr.Negron who explained everything. The Drivers were fast, friendly and kind! We had to trouble them to come back to pick us up to get our ID out car and the whole team worked together to get us to airport on time. We were extremely grateful but more amazed by the service that was provided! Talk about 5 star service and effectiveness! I recommend to everyone!

Great place for airport parking. Been using this place for years....always considerate of time and the staff is super friendly. They make everything clear and understandable when using their services. Once in the marked area for shuttle pick up, you are picked up within 10 min. The valet service is the way to go. Your car is ready to pull out and go home. No hassles EVER.

We love the service, but we think this needs to be addressed. We have used this service several times. It is our go to for travel to and from Ft. Lauderdale airport. Service is quick and very professional. My wife and I tell everyone we know about it. It saves us time and money. My only complaint and this is not to the company but the other customers that I have ridden on the shuttles with. These drivers work really hard. They always take our bags from us and load them up, safely get us to the airport and then unload our bags with a smile and the same on the way back but I rarely see them getting tipped. Can they receive tips? We tip all the time but feel so bad for these guys and girls. So if you're reading this, please TIP THE DRIVERS!! They earn it. To the owners, thanks for such a great service UPDATE: I'm sorry that I put one star in my first review. Being in the service industry all of my life I failed to properly review the company and instead reviewed the passengers. As stated above this service is top notch and I highly recommend.

I can’t believe this place is rated so highly. There is not one single positive thing to say. The price is the best thing and even then neutralized by “fees” and “surcharges” that make it comparable to parking at the airport. There are signs all over the gate stating to check in with the office when arriving. However the office was tucked behind a tree and there was nobody to ask. As a single woman traveling alone I’m not going to go wandering around looking for a strange office. So I had parked in the lot and doubled back to see if I could find the shuttle. When I walked back down the aisle there were a line of cars and an attendant waiting at the gate. I was informed that I was to check in at the office. After doing so I was told to get my car and move it all the way across the parking lot. When I requested to just leave it there I was told I was not allowed. As I pulled around the shuttle driver was complaining loudly about people having to move our cars back to the right area (because, surprise! I wasn’t the only one confused!). When I attempted to explain that there was nobody around to ask he then loudly complained “oh sure you’re the only one who did it wrong! (I wasn’t.) everyone else did what they were supposed to do!” As I was walking back to my car I noticed several rusty nails on the ground. I only hope I don’t come home to a flat tire. The pickup location is outside, so if you’re planning on flying to Florida anytime outside of October - April, be prepared to sweat!! It took 20+ minutes for the shuttle to get there. I live in Florida- I’m not afraid of a little sweat. But I definitely would have rather paid for better parking to just avoid rude employees and a complicated parking system.

We love this parking service. We've been using them for years every time we fly out of FLL and the quality of service has been consistently high quality. Efficient, friendly and reliable, they make it easy to drop the car, catch a ride in a clean shuttle and get dropped off right at our airline entrance. I'd 100% recommend to anyone and will be using them again soon.

Absolutely amazing! We were worried about leaving our car when we traveled, but let me tell you this company is fantastic! Friendly drivers that took you & picked up from the airport. Good secured parking at reasonable prices. Check in staff was friendly and got us going to the airport in no time. The driver however dropped us off at the arrivals level (and the wrong terminal at that) and when we asked why he was letting us off at this stop he said it was to make it easier for us. It was not. Had to haul all our luggage to the departure level and to the correct terminal. Would’ve been 5 stars had it not been for that experience. The pickup was pretty straight forward - there was a bit of a wait for the shuttle but not terrible and it was expected.

Very close to the airport, we waited about 15 minutes to park when we got there, but the bus is right there with you when you park and the driver helps you with your bags. When we got back, we waited less than 10 minutes at the terminal for the shuttle. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that it's a little pricey. It was about 50% more than parking at the airport. For Thanksgiving week it was well worth it, but I don't know about all year round.

We used Self Park FLL for leaving and picking up our car when we went on vacation last month. The parking location was not easy to find, but when we located it, the people working there were very friendly and customer-focused. We had no issues with leaving the car and being taken to the airport on their shuttle. We were extremely disappointed with our pickup, however. Our flight landed on a hot, 90-degree July day and we immediately called for pickup. We were told to wait outdoors in the canopied pickup area. We were told that we would be picked up as soon as some passengers were dropped off. We understood that Self Park FLL had a guaranteed maximum wait of 30 minutes. We felt that this was a long time to wait, and we called two more times to ask when the shuttle would pick us up. Each time we were told that it would be just a few minutes. This was very difficult in the 90-degree heat. While we waited for our Self Park FLL shuttle, the Park N Go shuttle stopped 4 different times at our pickup location. Finally, after 40 minutes of waiting, the Self Park FLL shuttle picked us up. The driver was very apologetic, but we were still disappointed with having to wait for pickup for such a long time in the summer heat.

I cannot say enough good things about this service. From start to finish it was a 10/10. All of the employees were so friendly and helpful. I was nervous leaving my car somewhere and they made it worry free! I paid for the valet covered parking and would recommend. I got back after many delayed flights, tired and frustrated, when I got back to the parking lot they had my car ready and waiting for me. Would 100% use again. Thanks again for your great service, you guys are great!

This company was great to deal with. The staff if friendly and accommodating. We parked out RV there for the day and they provided transport to and from the airport.

We recently parked here for 5 days. Just prior to leaving the lot, the driver reminded everyone to make sure they had everything needed for their flights. As we're about to enter the security line at the terminal, I realized I left my suit hanging in my car. Quick call to the lot and a driver picked me up within 5 minutes, took me back to the lot, then brought me back to the terminal with plenty of time to spare to make our flight. Needless to say, it saved our trip to our son's wedding ! On our return, after calling for a pick up, a van arrived within 10 minutes. Every employee we came in contact with was friendly, polite, and customer service focused. Highly recommended !

I had an amazing experience with Self Park FLL. I was traveling for the weekend. I made a reservation ahead of time online. The reservation process was very easy and user friendly. I arrived at the parking lot. I was assisted immediately. The woman working the desk was very friendly and explained the entire airport shuttle pickup process in detail. She also provided a card with all the same information for shuttle pickup at the airport. Once I checked in, I was guided to my parking space by a shuttle driver. After parking, the driver collected my bag and loaded it in the shuttle. From arrival at the parking lot to departure to the airport, I believe it was around 20 minutes. The airport shuttle pickup process was pretty easy as well. Once I landed, I called the number on the card and went to the stop. It was approximately 12:30 am and I was picked up by the shuttle in less than 20 minutes after my call. They even have an option to receive a text message with a link for detailed information on how to find the shuttle stop. That was extremely helpful. The fares are very reasonable, especially in comparison to airport parking. I parked from Friday afternoon until early Monday morning for only $34. I highly recommend Self Park FLL and will certainly be using their parking lot in the future.

First time using a lot like this since moving back to Florida. Awesome experience. I had Izzy as my driver both ways and he is the best. Will always use this place when I fly out. Much better alternative to Ubering back and forth.

Positives - close proximity to FLL; user-friendly website; affordable parking charges; follow up email after check-in to enable a smooth pick-up process from FLL back to the parking lot; the gentleman from Ireland- very courteous, friendly and patient. 5 stars for him! Negatives - parking lot details were lacking during check-in at the office for this 1st time customer. *It was not until the return to the parking lot that it was known that the driver going to the airport should have provided a paper to place on the dashboard & it would be collected upon return to the lot. *No mention of the importance of noting the parking area letter and # details to avoid difficulty in locating a car especially during a night time return. *The young driver to the airport made no announcement prior to stopping the van to let out two other passengers. He simply jumped out of the van to get their luggage while they were cluelessly asking - "Is this American Airlines... Is this American Airlines....?" Same thing happened with me but good thing I know FLL very well. As I didn't have any check-in luggage, Mr. "Charming" lazily sat back and watched me as I fumbled to find the nob to open the door to get out of the van. Such a "gentleman"!! 😏 Nevertheless, will use the service again because it's convenient

This is one of my favorite place to park, it's easy, the price is good and they are always sending a 15% coupon so you can take advantage of the discount. The employees are nice and it's located about 3-5 minutes from the airport.

Would not recommend. Long line to drop off car and took forever for vans. They ask for information when you buy but when show up you have to give it all again. Do at all possible park at Fort Lauderdale airport itself. 40 people at stop waiting on the van for this place n people forget PIN numbers. So we spent an extra 15 minutes looking for names to check names just to be able to get our cars from airport!

We've used Self Park FLL several times. Great proximity to the airport, shuttles run often and pickup is easy. We had to cut our last trip short and had no trouble getting our refund for the days we didn't use. Staff always friendly.

We've been parking here for several years. The service is always prompt and employees courteous and efficient. We have never waited longer than 10-15 minutes for pick up after retrieving our luggage. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because getting to lot can be somewhat tricky being off of Old Griffin Rd. Other than that I highly recommend them.

My husband and I used Self Park FLL when we took a 5-day trip out of Ft Laud Airport. It was convenient to check-in at the parking entrance, and their van followed us as we parked our car, and drove us to our airline’s terminal. After we arrived home we walked over to the offsite parking pickup area and called Self Park FLL (from the wallet card that we were given at check-in with our parking ID #). Within 30 minutes we were picked up by the van and taken to our car to drive home. Since we prepaid for our parking, we were able to pickup our car and drive home without delay. We highly recommend Self Park FLL for Ft Laud Airport parking.

Easy to use. The bus was available immediately to take me to the airport and pick me up and take me to my car! Absolutely will use them again. You need to check in at the office before going to the parking lot.

These guys saved my bacon today as I was flying out of FLL. Due to my own error I ended up not having properly planned for parking and ended up semi lost and Googled FLL airport parking last minute. These guys not only accommodated me last minute but did so quickly and helped me make my flight. The manager (did not get his name) and driver (Ryan) did a superb job. This is my new go to parking for FLL.

I went early in the morning to park my car and the fist thing I did was passed the entrance because the area was really dark and there was no clear sign see. Because I had passed the entrance, I had to turn around to go back. I ending hitting one of the telephone pole support cable and scratched my bumper because the area is not lighted. Then I got to the parking and it seemed that it was not as organized. The driver that was going to take us to the airport wasn't clear on were he wanted us to go. I always used PNF and never had issues. After that the driver going to the airport was courteous and even offered water. Coming back to pick up my car, the shuttle arrived in a timely manner but it needed some serious cleaning. I didn't like the fact that our bags were being thrown in a pile in back of the shuttle especially since I had some items that were fragile. Luckily they weren't damage. The driver was helpful and courteous. Overall it wasn't that bad but, it definitely needs better organization and well lit sign.

It's probably the best "off site parking" experience I've ever had with a company! Convenient when flying out of FLL and open 24 hours. The staff and attendants are friendly and communicate well. They are full service with a shuttle that takes you directly from your car to the airport drop off ... and the wait is never too long! They have a great system that allows you to call in when you return and verify your attendance (and will even call if you get lost on the way to the pick-up location). I travel often, and the price point is extremely fair! I'd rather spend the money for the convenience of accessing my car, than to wait on an uber 'to and from home' ... more likely than not, I'm saving money by parking here. It's off a small road, and at first may seem sketchy (especially at night) but, look for the green buildings and you'll find it. I've used them over half a dozen times. And never had a bad experience.

I absolutely love this service, I park here every time I fly out of FLL and I usually fly at horribly early hours and there are always plenty of staff there and are very punctual with the free shuttle. I have never waited more than 10 min after I call them to be picked up when my flight arrives back. The cars are parked in a fenced area that only staff can open so you know your car is safe. Recommend to all my friends :)

I’m genuinely surprised to see so many positive reviews for this place. I was traveling alone, and had to park my car in their dark, isolated lot. It’s unclear where the office is and how you’re supposed to check-in, as there weren’t signs or employees. However, the reason for the negative review is their employee who eventually came out to the dark parking lot, and started yelling at me at 4am. He was complaining that I hadn’t gone to the office before parking causing me to miss my shuttle, and he just kept repeating that. Given that I was traveling alone as a woman, and it was the middle of the night, this obviously freaked me out. I really didn’t care that I would have to wait for another shuttle, this guy was incredibly rude and aggressive, while also being so repetitive with his complaints that he wouldn’t tell me how to fix the situation. To make matters worse, I came home a day early on my return flight and asked the office employee if I could be reimbursed for the day of parking I didn’t use. I was assured that a manager would follow up to discuss a possible reimbursement, but they never did. The only reason this place is getting 2-stars is because the drivers were incredibly friendly and helpful. There are so many off-site parking options, don’t bother with these guys.

Worst case scenario you might need to allow 15 minutes for check in and waiting on the van/bus to come back around for you.. I only use their covered Valet parking option and it works well for me. Very affordable as I think they have discounted the price right now on their website. Some of their staff don't have the "best look" but they remain Professional at all times. They almost gave me the wrong key one time; not sure how that happened. But I like the service

This place offered a safe place to park our vehicle, at a great price and with an amazing service. Our departure and arrival were in the middle of the night, and the gentleman who took us to the airport, and picked us up, in the van was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The wait to be picked up at the airport was about 15 minutes or less. I'll definitely use this place again if flying out if Fort Lauderdale.

I don’t know if you’ve noticed recently but there is absolutely NO PARKING AT FLL! Ugh!! I had a good experience here and all the process very quickly and no hassle at all.They take you to the airport as soon as you park your car and then they pick you up in very short time. If you need to park close to FLL and you expect a good service for a reasonable price this is the place.

Jermaine took GREAT care of me when the off site rental car company tried to take advantage of me. He dropped me off to get the rental and when I called to be taken back to the airport, he was there with a smile. Now I’m getting a reputable rental car.
