i used to like this place cause of its good personnel and doctors . i went in for a walking today cause my daughter is very sick. mind you i have been calling for the past two weeks nobody answers and if they do they put you on hold and never pick up again. the girl that was in the front desk today said well youll have to take your daughter to the er cause we're not take anymore patients at this time. but i can make an appointment for you for next week .... ????? i question myself i have to go all the way over there with my sick child to get an appointment for next week ??? damn this the service is so poorly now.

Very unprofessional and under qualified staff! Patty is a nightmare, rude, ghetto, overall oblivious. She is the face of the office and gives them a bad look. The doctor is great but because of her I rather drive 15 minutes to another doctor. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Dr lopez used to be the best peditrician in miami. But a couple of months back he has changed. It feels like he doesn’t like his job anymore he’s very rude, ruff and doesn’t care anymore about his Patients . The last couple of times my daughter has been sick I would go to him and he will give me a bunch of prescriptions and not explain what’s going. When I would ask he would rush me .

I see a lot of the reviews that are being posted and I might agree to a certain extent... but, we need to also evaluate the way we sometimes don't follow office policies/insurance requirements. For example: missing Follow up appointments or physicals. Not taking child to get up to date on vaccines, and when we show up for a walk-in appointment, we demand to be seen, even if we're not being compliant in other areas. I've seen various times how the staff is treated by patients/parents, being extremely disrespectful. The office opens bright and early, and people decide to come until the office is being closed. I believe Dr. Lopez is an amazing doctor. My children AND grandchildren have been attending his office for years. Wouldn't change him for anything! He has incredible bed-side manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My experience was awful too. I wanted an appointment with dr Lopez and I waited for the first one available (2weeks). I have been told that dr. Lopez does not give first visit in the afternoon, therefore I had to ask for a personal day. I got there plenty in advance, my open line was " good morning, I have an appointment with dr. Lopez and it is a first visit". I waited 40 minutes and when I asked how long should we have to wait, I found out that dr. Lopez was not even in. Instead of apologizing the woman said that I should have specified that I wanted to see dr. Lopez, and if I really was insisting on seeing him I should have to come back in the afternoon after 4pm that he might be in. Of course I was upset and I said that was not professional... Answer: " it is not my fault!"... And this really drove me crazy because it is so unprofessional saying that, news flash lady...you are there representing a business not yourself. So I said, I should reschedule...But that I would not take another day off. The woman, thinking that I don't understand Spanish said to her co-worker to give another appointment to the STUPID lady. Of course I left. Another important note: the place was awful too, it was dirty and the waiting room was so little, sick kids were closed to the rest of the kids. Really ...I don't recommend this practice, take your kids somewhere else.

He wasn't wearing gloves when he checked my child's private area. When I confronted him , he said, "I WASHED MY HANDS ". And CONTINUED TOUCHING HIM WITHOUT GLOVES ON. They're not allowed to touch private parts bare handed. He stood there holding on to my son’s lower part feeling it ⚽️ They don’t do that. You guys need to report him, he's done this to multiple children. I did, yet nothing happened. We need to take matters into our own hands and be vigilantes instead (Street Justice). They are protecting this sick reject . He's a big monster that preys on children.

Reviews up and down horrible. How come? I’ve really never had an issue with Isidro. To most people, he seems like a calm or aggressive person? Confused. I see him as a funny person to speak about health concerns, and he seems like the person who would just tear down results and simplify things to solve your issue. If you’re not comfortable with a pediatrician touching areas, you can ask him that you don’t prefer it. He’ll likely understand.

If I could give 0 stars I would! By far the worst pediatrician office in Miami! I have spent three months trying to get my son’s medical records to his new pediatrician and we have yet to receive them at the new pediatrician. And to top it off the person in charge of processing the transfers makes promising of calling back and never does. It shouldn’t take 3 months to transfer medical records! They are simply playing with my child health! I repeat do not bring your child here it’s not a clean place and your waiting time will be hours and hours. Your better off taking your child to the urgent care!

Dr.Lopez is amazing Doctor above all he's an amazing person. Doctor Lopez knows the meaning of a family and he treats each one of he's patients as family. My kids love going to he's office, the staff is amazingly loving and caring . I highly recommend Dr.Lopez to be your children's Doctor .

been seeing dr. Lopez for 16 years for my daughter and son. he is great, he has a PERFECT bedside manner, his staff are always overwhelmed because he has sooooooo many patients that want to see him because of his good reputation. even though his office waiting area is small i will keep going because he is the best. if its crowded i just tell receptionist to call me when they get close to my kids name and i go next door to burger king or popeyes to have a bite while i wait, or i sit in my car and they always either call me or come to my car to let me know its almost time.

The best doctor my kids ever had…i been taking my kids to Dr.Lopez clinic since my kids was born…We love you Dr.Lopez hope everything is well with you and can wait to see you again the kids are big❤️❤️❤️❤️

Don’t expect to be seen at your appointment time. My child’s appointment was scheduled for 9:45 and it’s 11:55 and I’m still waiting but aside from that the service is great

He’s an amazing doctor that cares for his patients and treats them and his staff like family . If I can put 20 stars I would . He has been my doctor since I was a new born and I am currently 26yrs old .

I love this clinic I have been going here my 20 years of living. The doctors and nurses here are truly amazing and will take care of not only the child but parent as well. You will not find a better doctor for you’re children they will be taken care of and treated with respect.
