LuVonney was absolutely amazing! She was God sent. Her customer service is on point, she made us feel extremely welcome and we were able to get the unit we desire. The location is very clean with an outside restroom and the office is very welcoming. Great location you won’t regret it!

We spoke to someone immediately about renting a storage space. They gave us the options and a promotion to make it more affordable. They were very professional and organized. It was very seamless and easy. The storage space was clean and the facility in great condition. One of the staff live on sight which makes it feel very secure. We would highly recommend them if you need more storage.

This Extra Space Storeage is centrally located, clean, safe, and closed to everything and prices are great. The Manager On-Duty LuVonney was professional and courteous and even laughed at my stupid jokes. She explained everything quick and knowledgeable and if she is not already a shareholder at this location, she should be. She made our rental fun.

When the moving men got there we realized they were closed it was a Thursday. With one phone call Miss Rodriguez on her day off took the time to go to our storage. Unit and let the moving Men in. This extra space storage facility was perfect, I called and spoke to the Manager Lyvonne, she was super helpful.. she navigated me through it all quickly, sent me my codes the day of move in. Even came by when we were unloading to make sure we were ok. Upon arrival she personally walked me to my unit, it’s kinda a maze in there I give it two thumbs up, thank you Lyvonne

Good location and easy access. Items stayed safe during the previous hurricane. No issues. Just going into a bigger space so storage is no longer needed for certain items.

Awesome experience!!! I made a last minute move and needed five (5) different units for all of my things. Not only were they able to get me the units, I was also provided locks and passcodes to get into the gate. I have since downsized to just a single unit and receive messages about possible money saving options. LuVonney has been and will be the person I contact in the future. You should do the same. Had scheduled for inside we are air conditioning; went in and smelled urine had one of the managers open up for units and could tell there was infestation of rats! The movers and I were rushing to get things in as we were exhausted and a full day of moving. Another lady had to drag out three storage units wipe stuff down and told me the same thing infested with rats and still renting units! As I was rushing to sign evidently I didn’t sign for insurance therefore, they would do nothing as I put my items outside in one of the storage with no air. Had not found another one and again we were exhausted from a days move. I spoke to a new manager and she said there’s nothing that can be done because my stuff had not been damaged! I hope it is not damaged due to being in the hot climate and they wouldn’t even pay to move me to another facility and charging $200 for one month! Plus the new manager said why did he take three months in advance he’s not supposed to do that. I said I have no idea again I was rushing people were behind me movers were ready to get my items into storage. I would never recommend this company to anyone! I ran into the other lady and she said even though she had insurance she had to fight tooth and nail just to get things taken care of which took Quite some time. Go somewhere else!

I have been at this location for two plus years now and received a pretty hefty rate increase. After discussing my situation and my loyalty to the facility the store manager a I we're able to come up with much better agreement that worked for both of us. The store manager (Luvonney) was a pleasure to work with and very understanding. I am hoping for no more rate increases and I will be happy to stay with extra space.

The cypress lake location was a excellent experience. We have stored with them on 3 occasions and each time it was a pleasure. The staff is always accommodating and the ease of reserving a unit using the on line reservation is a pleasure to deal with. On all occasions our unit was ready and waiting for us. I would highly recommend this location for all your inside or outside storage needs.

Almost a year ago due my transfer to Fort Myers FL, I did find myself in a need of a storage space. Due a very close distance to my new place I picked this store location. I have never had a storage before so I didn't know what to expect. My concerns and questions got answered by LuVonney R. the store manager with an amazing costumer service skill. Since then, whenever I had any requests, they have been taken care of rapidly by her. I would never go anywhere else even if I moved to further location. She knows the business.

From locating the website, to speaking with the national operator to receiving a call back from the local manager the reservation process was quick and simple. I was met by the courteous and knowledgeable local manager, LuVonny and shown my unit, processed registration and shown all around the facility in less that 30 minutes. Had a great experience at this location while storing a few things during a move. The unit was clean, very affordable, and centrally located. LuVonney was a great help when I first arrived and had a passcode issue. Having been in Ft. Myers for awhile now I've seen a few storage units and this location is among the best!

The store manager LuVonney was amazing. I reserved my space and drove over to the facility right away. She called me within minutes! The location is clean, spacious to drive in and very easy access. I was surprised this location has been here for over 10yrs because it looks new. LuVonney showed us our unit, we signed the paperwork and finished everything in about 30 minutes! We had a great chat too so I’m sure we could have been in and out in half the time. Great location and excellent manager.

LuVonney was extremely helpful. I unfortunately lost my keys to my storage unit and she explained to me over the phone the process that would be taken. I went directly to the store and she helped me right out. Now I have a combination lock no need for the key! 😊

After shopping around for a while, I found extra space storage. I was trying to focus on Mom and Pop shops because I thought they would be cheaper. Not the case. One of their closest competitors prices was much more per month, they were in a shady area, and didn't have cameras or anyone on site. Someone had to meet me there. No way I was leaving my stuff there. Extra space storage was almost $100 cheaper per month and a much much nicer facility. Upon arrival, I knew I was leaving my stuff in a better place. Cameras everywhere and completely fenced in. The girl who helped me made my rental easy. Highly recommended.

I was very very pleased at the BEST Customer Service I have received in a long time. Mrs. LaVonney was very resourceful and had the most positive guidance as to what we needed. The perfect solution to what I needed for a storage complex! Gated climate controlled very clean and I feel safe keeping my belongings here the customer service from the minute I walked in was top notch and I highly recommend this place ! They make you feel at home
