am
a
RedCard
customer,
but
I
did
not
have
the
card
physically
with
me
since
I
registered
my
card
electronically
in
the
Target
APP
on
my
phone.
For
whatever
reason,
there
was
an
issue
with
payment
by
RedCard
via
APP
(maybe
due
to
switching
to
a
new
phone),
the
payment
can
not
go
thru,
and
I
have
used
a
separate
credit
card
to
pay.
It
was
a
purchase
of
about
$400
obviously
I
would
like
to
enjoy
the
discount,
so
I
explained
this
to
the
clerk
and
hoped
she
can
still
get
me
the
5%
discount
as
of
using
a
RedCard.
The
clerk
was
quite
nice
but
she
didn’t
have
the
authority
to
grant
the
discount,
so
she
asked
a
supervisor
to
help.
The
supervisor
was
not
interested
at
all
in
hearing
what
happened
and
extremely
rude
to
me,
she
even
humiliated
me
in
front
of
the
check
out
line
(of
other
customers),
as
of
I
was
trying
to
scam
for
the
discount.
I
was
very
disappointed
and
furious,
but
in
order
to
avoid
further
humiliation
as
other
customers
were
waiting,
I
kept
my
calm
and
stopped
arguing
with
her,
and
I
just
paid
the
full
amount
via
different
credit
and
walked
away.
I’ve
been
a
loyal
customer
of
Target
for
my
whole
life,
and
my
family
always
enjoyed
shopping
at
Target.
But
today’s
experience
changed
my
perception.
This
supervisor
who
humiliated
me
represents
Target,
and
I
can’t
believe
the
company
put
this
type
of
person
in
charge.
