I have been taking my dog here for about 3 years and have found Dr. Morales to be excellent. She remembers my dog between visits and is always happy to answer questions. She is genuinely concerned with the well-being of my dog. I recommend her to all my friends. The whole staff is super nice, plus it is super easy to make appointments.

I cannot say enough good things about Seiler and their staff. I’ve brought my pets here multiple times, both for routine checkups, emergency visits, and testing. Each time my pets have been handled with love and care, and you genuinely feel that they want to help you and your fur baby. Everyone from the reception, to the techs, to the vets provide exceptional care. Their pricing is very fair and they are transparent and honest about testing- whether it’s recommended or necessary and really help you map about different methods of treatment for your pet (if there are any). The vets have also been so kind to give phone and/or email consultations before coming in to be sure a visit is necessary or if the issue can be handled with home care. Again, I can’t say enough! They are so wonderful and although I’m moving much farther away in a few weeks, I will continue to bring my pets here always.

The level of caring for our dog CC is really outstanding. Dr. Highley has taken a personal interest in her well-being without any limits. We have never experienced this level of interest with our previous vet clinic. All the staff is so caring and tender with all pets. I am so grateful to have come to this clinic.

Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. We got our new puppy during the pandemic and she is now over a year old. It was great to actually come inside and meet the staff and Dr. Werner. I had an incredible experience with Dr. Highley! He was very kind, patient, and did a wonderful job, explaining everything regarding my dogs, health, and that things to watch out for. I never once felt like he was pushing unnecessary procedures. He, along with the staff, definitely all care about your pet’s wellbeing!

I asked brought my young Weim in for an eye issue. While I was there I asked if they could trim his nails since he will not let me near them. He gets super strength and whelps like you cannot believe when he sees mail trimmers. God bless the techs that tried their best. Thank you for getting the rear nails done and also for the idea of giving the wry guy some sedatives before his next visit when they’ll try again. Also good tip of working on using treats to train positive association to the mail trimmers. I really appreciate someone who is solution oriented.

I did not know what to expect, and ended up being completely blown away by the attention. The vet gave my dog seven and how encouraging he was to My experience from start to finish was phenomenal… I can’t remember my doctors name but he was a young, blonde haired guy and because he and the technician were amazing and so sweet to my dog and are working with me to maintain an ongoing situation with him with an affordable rate… I love my dog more than life itself so this means more than I can ever say… Thank you very much

All staff is knowledgeable, kind, caring & professional. I knew my dog was receiving the best possible care and attention. The staff communicated every step of the way, followed up with us, including on the next day when she had already been released and was home. The genuine concern and support by all staff, from our vet to the front desk, made a terrifying situation manageable. I cannot say enough good things, Thank you

For many years I have been visiting this clinic and I always get the same friendly and professional service. Dr. Maureen has been the vet for all my dogs and I can not praise her enough about her professionalism and compassion to my dogs. I do not know what they did to my dog Nikko but he is always happy when I bring him to their office for appointments or boarding. I highly recommend the clinic.

Great office! They are truly caring and attentive to our 4 legged friends. I have been using their services for 7 years now, and have always been very well taken care of. We had a pet emergency on Sunday morning. I called our vet and was able to get an appointment. We have only been the office few times twice for check ups. Everyone is always so friendly and caring. The Docotrs always explain everything and I and my dog DO NOT feel like a number. I appreciate every one's hard work. Everyone always wants to point out the bad. I just want to state this is an incredible office and would recommend it to anyone.

The entire staff was awesome even before I had my actual visit because they answered all my questions. Then when I arrived they were very prompt and when I met the assistant she was very nice and concern as I was which also meant so much to me. The doctor was superb as she listened and gave me great advice and I was totally appreciated. Lastly, as I was checking out the ladies are all so very helpful and scheduled accordingly my next visit. I'm even going to try out their grooming facility. I also have referred my sister with her fury babies since my experiencing was the best I have ever had. Seiler is a fantastic vet and I wish I had gone to them under better circumstances. My golden retriever's usual vet was not able to get her in for two days when it seemed like she had an obstruction. Seiler got me in at the end of the day with no problems. We discovered my big girl had cancer, and they were extremely compassionate and supportive in the short time I was with them. My next dog will be coming to Seiler from the start.

I chose Seiler as they were recommended on Nextdoor. I’ve been seeking a new vet for my 10 year old Italian greyhound who has stomach issues. I saw Dr Morales and she was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She made recommendations for a course of action and made sure I was comfortable with it. I asked about other tests and she said they weren’t necessary at this point and they were expensive. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I will continue taking my dog there!

The staff from front desk to technician to Veterinarian, are professional, enjoy what they do and make you and your fur-baby welcomed. After countless research, I came across Seiler Animal Hospital and decided to give it a chance after reading the great reviews. We agree with them! We had an exceptional new patient visit/annual exam for our 2 fur-babies. What an amazing experience from making the appointment, pre-appointment concerns addressed by the team, the check-in with reception, to the moment we left. We were not waiting long before Kayla - Dr. Thieme's assistant entered the exam room to come in to talk about our two cats Sweet-Pea and Rudy. Sweet-Pea is vet friendly while Rudy is not. They handled Rudy with such care, respect for him and his much needed personal space and made him feel as comfortable as they were allowed to be by our little man,lol. They truly demonstrated genuine care, creating a positive and reassuring environment for both of our babies. Kayla is absolutely delightful and caring to say the least. We received top-notch service from Dr. Thieme and he immediately made my husband and I feel at ease, which is a big deal. We were impressed by Dr. Thieme and his incredible bedside manner! He was thorough and attentive, ensuring our two babies felt at ease. A positive experience overall. Another wonderful and unexpected experience we had with our visit was how clean the facility is. Which is an added bonus. We were so pleased with the exam room and how it had no smell of dog or cat or urine, had absolutely no stains on the furniture or warn out areas around the corners of the exam room. It smelled clean and was very tidy. Highly recommend Seiler Animal Hospital!

I have been going to Seiler for quite a while and I have never been more thrilled and satisfied with anywhere else as much. Dr. Werner is a wonderful vet and is so caring and compassionate. The techs are so patient and kind. I would never go anywhere else but to them.

The staff and veterinarians at Seilers are wonderful. They are so caring. We’ve been bringing our loved ones there for years and highly recommend them. I called Saturday morning for my cat who was not feeling well and even though there was a full schedule, Cosmo was able to be worked in at 11 am. When I arrived, they took us back and put us in a room right away. Dr. Amy Werner was very effective at communicating all treatment options and discharge instructions. I felt very comfortable leaving the appointment and will definitely be bringing him back in the future for his checkups and any other necessary appointments. Thank you to the Seiler Animal Hospital team for being so great. Cosmo is feeling MUCH better.

Staff and doctors are wonderful here. They are compassionate, considerate and show genuine empathy. They truly care about the pets and their humans and have never suggested any medicine or procedure unless they thought really necessary. i have been been going to Seiler with my rescue golden since she came home with me about two years ago. Angel is about 10 and has serious mobility issues due to arthritis and weak muscles in her hind quarters. Everyone at Seiler has been great, the docs, techs, and front desk. They are caring and compassionate. They are knowledgeable about current veterinary practices and protocols. They are also open to alternative therapies. I appreciate that they always call after Angel has been there to follow up and see how she’s doing.I’m happy to recommend Seiler Animal Hospital to other people with pets.

All of the vets are super kind and knowledgeable to the extent that we don’t really even have a favorite because we feel like we can trust all of them with Boss. She is extremely understanding and direct about how much everything is going to cost which makes me feel so better being that I am a recent graduate just starting my career! Love this place! Dr. Nelson really takes the time to get my girl comfortable with her care. She doesn’t like the vet and can be timid of doctors but Dr.Nelson gets on the floor with her and shows patience and compassion. Everyone is always so nice when I call in or go into the office. My little Corona LOVES all her caregivers at Seiler Animal Hospital. Their professionalism is Superior! Corona has had surgery there, goes for her shots there and also is boarded there when we go on vacation! When we get there she can't wait to get in the door and see all her friends. Dr. Douglas Thieme has gone above and beyond for my small dog , Angel. My dog is my child, so it's important for me to find people I can trust with Angel. He is thorough and kind. His daughter, Dr. Maureen Thieme is amazing as well . I have been worried about my dogs health issues, but they made me feel confident that all issues will be resolved. I give them five stars. You couldn't find a nicer group of people.

Dr. Morales has shown great empathy and genuine care while I have been on a journey to diagnose my cat's condition. The office in general is organized, clean, smells great, and the staff is fabulous in every way. Happy I found an office that I can trust with my cats. Not to mention, I find the bills generally affordable.
