Second visit in a row that something is marked on sale and then when I go to pay it's a totally different price... And they don't honor the sale price as it was marked in store. Not to mention staff acts like you bothering them! Will be going to Michael's and Hobby Lobby only from now on

How hot and uncomfortable can they keep a store? I shop 75% less since they started cooking us in stores and I can feel sweat dripping down my back. Help nowhere in sight on top of everything.

The lady with short black hair… what a disgusting customer service. I have worked in retail and I know salespeople/cashiers may have a bad day, but this crossed all the boundaries. If you are not happy to be there, it doesn’t mean you have to take it out on customers and be rude. I will never shop here again. This is the first time I see such a degrading service.

They had some great prices on sewing machines so I went in to check them out. Employees warned that they have a strict policy of no returns of opened packages and if you meet the requirements to return there is a $25 restock fee. So they in otherwords despite the discounted prices talked me into getting the machine somewhere else that was a bit more expensive due to their return policy. Good job Joan Fabrics. -5 stars as they have good selections and models you can see and touch along with SALE pricing. -1 star return policy and employees (2 of them) pretty much telling you go elsewhere.

This is an arts and crafts person's heaven given the enormous variety of products to cover all craft hobbies. The store was clean, well maintained and nicely lit and labeled so easy browsing. The staff were very helpful in assisting customers to find whatever they needed.

An exceptional employee named Gretchen went above and beyond to help me when no one else would. She was extremely helpful and she did it all with a smile. I am so grateful to her!!! Please acknowledge this magnificent employee!!! Thank you Gretchen 💕

Very well equipped store for any sewing or craft projects. Prices are very reasonable. Store was clean with helpful associates.

What you expect they have lots of fabric and craft supplies and staff is always friendly when I go

Super convenient online pickup process. Just let them know you’re in one of the pickup parking spots and they’ll bring your order directly to you. My kid hates getting in and out of the car seat, so that’s a huge plus for me. Staff was very friendly too.

I recently shopped at this location and was thrilled with the outstanding customer service I received from the employee named Sammy, she was smart, very friendly and extremely helpful as I was shopping for some items for my granddaughter for Christmas which I knew nothing about. She is definitely management material. I am retired now but if I was still working I would be trying to recruit her for one of the many great companies that I recruited employees for. Great Job Sammy. Keep doing what you are doing, you are very much appreciated!!!

They helped and we looked at everything thread 🧵 in the store. We did not find what I was looking for. What stood out to me was outside of the great service they recommended a different location 📍 so I could get my steering wheel upgrade finished that day. Thanks a bunch.

Loved Joann's! I have been stuck on Michael's for years, but after my awesome experience here, I think I will be frequenting Joann's. They have beautiful arts and crafts and it's very organized.

Gretchen has the best combination of talent, skills and attitude. She found the ribbon I was looking for more than 10 minutes in no time with a big smile on her face (you can see it even with the mask on) Because of people like her, I will keep going to this store. Thank you 🙏🏻💗

I would like to mention a few comments that are important for people to know of the bad experience I had at this location. To make the long story short. A week ago I went to this location to buy a few things. 5mn into the store I couldn't find something that I needed and I asked for help. I spoke to an employee and advisor what I need and even showed her a picture of it and she responded that she doesn't know and to ask an employee in that department. I searched for some one in that department and nobody was available. I continued to search for another product that I needed in the sewing section and an employee kept looking at me up and down didn't bother to help me at all until I went to her and asked for help. Again I was told she didn't know and to buy it online. Lastly went to look for another product and couldn't find it so I decided to leave. As I'm leaving from the store, the employee I originally asked for help had the dacity to tell me "if I found everything I was looking for" and I said no. She responded to me and said "then you shouldn't be arriving at the store late asking for help when we are trying so hard to close the store". She even implied stating that "all you Hispanics are all the same asking for help coming to this country. I was outraged on their behavior and I left. I could believe that so many years of shopping at JoAnn fabrics this happened to me. Thought I'd let you readers know.

This day I came to pick up my order I placed online. My usual store to go on pines Blvd. But they did not have item I was looking for. Pick up was very quick. Thank you

This is a great location. Easy to get in and out. Next to HOMEGOODS so that’s convenient. Nice sewing machine section. Great for wedding fabric and accessories.

They have finally opened up for beginning SEWING & CRICUT CLASSES. It is frustrating to buy a machine and afraid to use it for the first time because you want to make sure you are using it correctly..I wanted to recognize the associates that helped me tremendously yesterday. Gail, Julie, and Brenda. Gail greeted me as I walked in the door even though it was quite busy today. I actually saw many associates working the registers and they looked like they needed more, it was that busy. Julie was quite patient at the register when you're alooking for the coupons on your which can be frustrating for both customer and associate when there's quite a few people in line waiting to finalize their purchases. Brenda was helpful with looking for items and working with multiple customers in locating items for them and putting items in their appropriate spots as she finds them along the way. It was refreshing to actually get assistance without attitudes during the holidays.

Selection - A Service - A Adding a “star” … stopped in today for their big “Doorbuster Sale” inc’l “Buy One, Get 2 Free Sale” on ornaments. Had a question about confusing signage & manager actually took confusing sign down! 👍 Selection was good & staff has been very nice lately. 💕⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️…consistently a good place to shop for craft items, baking items (especially with the coupons on Wilton products in the winter for sprinkles & colored, decorative sugars as well as fondant). They have a very good selection of affordable Halloween decor & Halloween bakeware and carry meringue powder for cookie decorating not found in local supermarkets. Additionally, I always stock up for Christmas baking early as the supply dwindles quickly. Overall very good lately, seen a big improvement over last year!

My first time ever in the store and I loved it!!!! They had many different variations. I was looking at floral you could look for hours. Even my 12 year old loved it. Also shockingly inexpensive.
