Dr. Torre Is probably one of the best Doctors I’ve ever seen. I had Severe Sleep Apnea to the point I was afraid for my life. After suffering for many many years. Dr. Torre’s cousin Dr. Molina referred me to him. After meeting Dr. Torre he almost immediately knew how to fix my problem. He fixed my deviated septum via surgery and prescribed the correct medication to help with my nasal congestion in order to finally be to tolerate my CPAP machine along with the nasal pillows also prescribed by him. That combination I can truly say has saved my life. I owe the Torre a million thanks. I highly recommend him as he is the best ENT I have seen out the 5 others I’ve tried in the past.

I have been having trouble hearing with my left ear for some time, I have allergies and felt that was the culprit, At times my left ear will open and I am able to hear for a few minutes, Later it clogs again, It has been a nuisance for my hearing and my friends has noticed it, I felt it was time to seek a ENT MD. I checked the internet and found decent write ups on Dr Carlos Torre, I made an appointment to see him, He checked over my ears and listen to my concerns, He is very professional and a kind man to speak with. He informed me that I needed an Eustachian Tube Dilation, He showed me that my sinus has clogged up my Eustachian Tube and that is the root of my issues, I made an appointment to have it done, He worked on both ears and it took almost 50 minutes, I am now able to breathe better and my sinus is draining down my throat and my ears are open, My hearing is so much better, Dr, Torre is so kind and a nice person to speak with. I also have praise for his receptionist Maria, She is very decent and very concern for patients, She is also educated in marketing. I cannot praise this Dr. Torre enough, He also speaks Spanish as he was raised in Puerto Rico,

Dr. Torre was awesome. He listens which is key, then after checking you out, he gives recommendations.

Everyone in the office are very friendly and knowledgeable down to Dr Torre He also explains the course of action that he will take and why. Very good doctor.RickP

Always a pleasure seeing the Dr Torre and his staff. They treat you like family and there is never a long wait.

Be careful dealing with Doctor Carlos A Torre. This doctor charged me $4500.00 for a surgery that he was supposed to correct a slip up he did, and TRIED, to charge my medical insurance as well for the surgery he was going to do. The hospital caught the issue on the day of surgery and stopped that surgery. I am still suffering from where a screw went up through my nasil passage.

Updated review: I received a sincere email apologizing for the mix up. I will give them one more try and update my review as needed. I made the appointment through a link to zocdoc on their website. The office on that day was closed. I never received a call, voicemail, or email regarding my appointment. I took the day off only to be met with closed office doors. I emailed the office and they never replied to my email.

Excellent service and the Doctor and all his personnel are very friendly and helpful. Also very important is that all of them speaks English and Spanish. All my surgery process was as they explain me and the coordination with the Hospital was also excellently. Thanks all of you for and excellent and kindly services.

Recently had an ear infection and had to find an ENT asap! I called Dr. Torre’s office and they were able to get me in the next day. Great surgeon, great guy, can’t say enough good things about him. His staff on the other hand are the most incompetent medical staff I have ever dealt with. I have never in my life struggled so hard to get in touch or on the phone with another medical office. It’s honestly unacceptable.

He always takes his time to explain and assist with all my questions and concerns. He collaborates with my other doctors for my care. With covid, he took my calls and assisted me with protocol.
