I
went
here
to
return
an
item
that
I
purchased
online
and
due
to
the
fact
that
I
used
PayPal
I
was
unable
to
return
it.
But
this
isn't
the
reason
for
my
review.
My
issue
is
that
the
manager
Troy
that
was
on
shift
at
the
time
did
not
extend
the
courtesy
to
help
me
resolve
the
issue
without
me
having
to
pry
it
out
of
him.
He
told
me
he
would
be
putting
the
money
on
a
gift
card
and
when
I
told
him
I
didn't
want
that
and
wanted
it
returned
to
my
card,
he
grabbed
the
item
and
said
well
here
you
can
keep
it.
It
actually
irritated
me
a
lot
that
as
a
customer
he
didn't
extend
the
customer
service
skills
that
I
would
expect
fr
a
manager
working
with
the
public.
A
better
approach
would
have
been
"ma'am
I'm
sorry
we
cannot
return
for
third
parties
but
here
is
the
resolution.
Contact
customer
service
so
they
can
guide
you
in
the
right
direction
to
get
this
returned."
He
didn't
do
that
until
I
asked
for
it,
and
handing
me
back
an
item
I
purchased
that
I
wasn't
satisfied
with
and
telling
me
to
"oh
well
here
keep
it
then"
as
the
only
alternative
is
less
than
stellar
customer
service.
To
leave
a
bad
review
is
a
good
indicator
of
how
unhappy
I
was
walking
out
of
the
store
and
the
wise
attitude
was
definitely
not
mature
for
manager.
My
advice
Troy,
be
a
little
more
considerate,
ASK
if
I
would
like
a
gift
card,
and
brush
up
in
the
problem
solving
skills.
