I went here to return an item that I purchased online and due to the fact that I used PayPal I was unable to return it. But this isn't the reason for my review. My issue is that the manager Troy that was on shift at the time did not extend the courtesy to help me resolve the issue without me having to pry it out of him. He told me he would be putting the money on a gift card and when I told him I didn't want that and wanted it returned to my card, he grabbed the item and said well here you can keep it. It actually irritated me a lot that as a customer he didn't extend the customer service skills that I would expect fr a manager working with the public. A better approach would have been "ma'am I'm sorry we cannot return for third parties but here is the resolution. Contact customer service so they can guide you in the right direction to get this returned." He didn't do that until I asked for it, and handing me back an item I purchased that I wasn't satisfied with and telling me to "oh well here keep it then" as the only alternative is less than stellar customer service. To leave a bad review is a good indicator of how unhappy I was walking out of the store and the wise attitude was definitely not mature for manager. My advice Troy, be a little more considerate, ASK if I would like a gift card, and brush up in the problem solving skills. Thanks

Fabrics are beautiful and I made many new pillows and crafts with them! I love them! Everything I used to make these were bought in the Joans store. (thread, sewing machine, zippers, fabric, ironed decorations, etc...)

You guys really need to send one of your employees out to clean up all the shopping carts and the trash immediately around your store

I asked my food without black pepper but it came with it. Then when they changed the order the "sirloin" that they brought was a piece of meat bad cut with a fibrous band in the middle. I think it was by retaliation. My sister-in-law asked for a sirloin with ribs and they brought it with shrimps. It was a horrible experience. I'll try to avoid Outback in the future. This review obviously don't was made for Joan fabric, this was for OUTBACK Restaurant. It is a shame that GOOGLE made this mistake.

What’s was baffling was, wireless reception Sucks in majority of the stores and the cashiers or managers do not have a coupon to swipe for customers if they’re unable to get to their coupons and this is why I love Michaels

After standing in line for 30 minutes. I watch 3 people walk out and a big dude says only one person can come in so like a gentleman I let the lady behind us go since I am with my wife. Again 2 people walk out and they only let my wife in but I have to wait. Then while waiting outside a Lady pulls up in the street and talks to a blonde lady from the store. The blonde lady helps her out on the road. The girl parks and passes the entire line and goes right in the door. How do I get the VIP TREATMENT?
