SLOW, OVERPRICED, & TERRIBLE WORK!!! Multiple hours (even days) after what you were originally told, your jewelry will finally be returned to you, but so much worse than when you gave it to them... and possibly destroyed. The brand new ring I brought in for a simple resizing (over $100) was given back to me the wrong size, with strange burns all over a bent band, topped with a loose stone. My ring is currently with a new jeweler attempting to fix the damage they’ve done. I’m very worried. If you even attempt to question their poor work, they’ll yell at you with the rudest attitude, and somehow blame you for their mistakes. And don’t even think about getting your messed up jewelry back before paying. I should’ve called the police right then. I can’t believe this company is still in business. BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES & LIARS!!!

Rip off: I went to remove 1 link. Prior to this location for the same watch I paid $10 to remove a link. This location charged $30! Triple price. I told the gentleman, he said “ it’s a special watch”….. ummmm it was just as special as the prior person that removed a link. This new location removed the link in 15 min. How complicated could the watch be? Nice staff, but highway robbery, #rip off.

Absolutely overpriced. I brought 4 watches and without even having a closer look, the price was $49.99 for the battery replacement - per watch. So I would have paid $200 in batteries that cost a few bucks. When I challenged the outrageous price, the answer was that my watches were Swiss watches and they use Swiss batteries only, hence the higher price. I have never heard such nonsense. Even Ronda produces in South China and the batteries do not cost more at all. Would not recommend. Dadeland mall has better alternatives.

I should had read the reviews before taking my watch to this place. Overpriced and terrible work. Took my watch to polish and they open the watch for no reason. Now I can see how fof comes inside the watch. I had this watch for 10 years and it has an emotional value and never ever had any problem. I don’t see the reason of breaking the seals to open the watch. I can literally buy 10 watches if I wanted but the emotional value of this is what makes it priceless now it’s ruined.

I first went to fix my fiancé’s watch there (make it smaller) and I recently went to get both my engagement and wedding ring sized down and they told me it would be ready in 2 hours, which almost seems impossible and I was shocked because other places said it’d take 3 days, and they delivered. The ring adjustments were barely noticeable and they fit right. Really do recommend.

After seeing that they charge as much as $30 to resize a band I called to see how much to resize the metal band on a Casio watch. I was quoted $18 to $24. Too much for a $50 watch! I found Fidel on Bird Road who quoted me just $10.

I went her to get my ring resized. Waited/walked around nearby from 11:45am to 1:30pm and no one ever showed up at the stand. When you called the number listed, you could hear the cell phone ringing inside one of the cupboards.

Took a pair of sun glasses there only to be disappointed. I was told if they attempt to straighten them they would break because of the material. I went into Optical world right next to them and the technician fixed and cleaned the glasses in 5 minutes, free of cost. I guess being disappointed was a blessing in disguise.

Published hours are a lie. No one here on a Monday between 11am and Noon.

If could rate zero stars would rate them with that. Took my watch to them for a quote on battery replacement. I have a Phillip Stein dual dial which means it takes two batteries. I stood by the counter for 10 minutes before they came up to me. There were two men, one of them was working on a watch, and I understand that he was working… the other man was literally playing with the gadgets they use to repair items… I had to say “hi can you help me” to get their attention. So the man said let me check with my partner - quoted me $35 per battery, $70 for complete job. I was a bit surprised since a while ago it was $50. I told them let me think about it. I was so shocked at the price that I looked up in YouTube how to replace the batteries on this specific watch and what type of work would require $70. Long story short. I bought a pack of 12 batteries from Amazon for $5. Ended up replacing them myself- it took me literally 5 minutes. It was an effortless job extremely simple to do. It is these type of people who ruin the market. I will never go to them again. On a positive note, I should thank them for leading me to learn something new. Now I can replace my watches batteries myself. Thanks guys!

👍👍 I took my engagement ring to Marilin's to have two baguettes replaced, reinforced, and the ring redipped in rhodium. They said it would take 2 days to repair and quoted me a price. 24 hours later I was called and told it was ready. My ring looks BRAND NEW!! I'm very happy with their friendly and fas...
