This was hands down the best medical experience I've ever had. I walked into the office and the lobby is filled with natural light due to the floor to ceiling windows. The lobby is open and the receptionist greeted me with such a welcoming smile I felt like I was coming home! Lol. Since I completed my application when I set my appointment the week before, I was seen by the nurse almost immediately after walking in. The pre-diagnostic was quick and efficient. Since it is a new medical center they have all the latest technology. The nurse or nurse assistant, I don't know her exact certification, guided me to the medical room. Did I mention this place is new?? They were extremely thoughtful with the interior design! It has an exquisitely modern feel. I was impressed at the elegance of the facility. The doctor came to the room promptly and was a wealth of knowledge. You can tell without a doubt he knew his stuff. AND he did it with such a welcoming spirit. I LOVED going to this Doctor! That's a huge statement from me. I despiseD (now lol) going to the doctor. I can't wait until the pharmacy is open. I won't have to go anywhere else. Hats off to the couple who established this medical center right off the highway. Its convenient and welcoming!

I love my doctor's office! I've been coming here for about 3 years and they take really good care of me. Shanya, Mattie and all of them are really good to me. The whole staff is professional! 5 stars!!

I love Optimal Health Center . They really care about their patients they have saved my life on numerous occasions. Their staff goes above and beyond . I love the smiling faces in the front Ms Jackie always makes sure I make it to my appointment on time Nurse Shawna and Nurse Mattie always makes sure my medications are correct and help me withy diabetic care . Nancy always Makes sure I have my specialist appointment and Chantal is the best she helps me with my care coordination and psych appointments. Thank you Optimal Health for everything you do for the community!!!!

Outstanding physicians. Took me in swiftly! The convenience of having a pharmacy in house was a blessing since I had flu like systems and needed relief. Staff is patient yet professional. I'd recommend this health center to anyone in the South Florida area and definitely consider Optimal Health as my primary care physician center.

The service is outstanding, the facility is extremely clean, the staff are exceptional!!! No language barriers.... love this place!!!

Optimal Health Medical Center had an awesome Mother’s Day luncheon! The center is very professional and the staff is lovely! They have a great set up for all medical needs all in one center! I love it!

I love this place and the medical attention that I receive. Everyone is so nice a day, lovely . I switched from another office. I was with them for a year and a half, I just came here for the last 6 month and have gotten all my medical attention needs A.S.A.P. The staff is great they have great attitudes they are very helpful and Mrs. Matilda is awesome and makes you feel welcome. The front staff always have a smiles on their face and make you feel welcome. I also wanted to add that the referral department is extremely helpful and all your referrals need. The office atmosphere is very clean and pleasant.

I really enjoy the warmth and attentiveness of each person Jackie, Dr.Moon,Nancy ,Nurse Shawna , Mattie and Office Manager Mrs.Grey. They are always accommodating and courteous. I have been to MANY Health Centers/Facilities in my 68years. There is no comparison…

As a new patient I am blessed to find a medical office that has multiple services available. Optimal has a great welcoming staff from the front desk to the end to see the primary Doctor to the lab department. Mrs.Paul is amazing she is very knowledgeable and attentive. They also offer a in house pharmacy where you can get your vitamins. Overall great health service and environment.

As a new patient the staff is very Welcoming. Everyone was soo sweet, they have alot of patience.Dr.Moon is very knowledgeable and very patient in explaining everything in the visit. The environment is nice and clean up to oar and the bathrooms are very clean. As I walked out I felt care. The medical assistant was very kind and the referral department assist you in every way. I have been coming here for a while now. The staff here is amazing. The service here is very quick. No long wait at all. The faculty is very clean there’s in house pharmacy and social services! The staff from the front desk Mrs. Jackie and Labs Mrs.Matilda to the Provider Mrs.Moon are very helpful. The medical assistant Mrs.Shanika is knowledgeable and over all live coming here.

Every appointment with Magdala Paul goes smoothly and in a timely manner. She’s very understanding and detailed in providing all information relating to my overall health. I feel welcomed and I’m always treated with respect and kindness by the staff.

This is the best medical office ever ! Every time I call the office the staff always makes me a priority. My office visits are quick and the staff is beyond efficient. Nancy in the referral department is good, Jackie is always so nice, Mati is great with drawing my labs and Shanika is great with getting me in to see the doctor. Britany the Operations Manager always greets me in the office lobby with a warm welcome. Optimal Health is home !

I had a wonderful experience as a first time patient at this office. I am beyond happy with Dr.Moon!! I drive 45 min to an hour just to see her !! The medical assistant ms.shanika curry (I’m sorry if it’s spelled wrong) is amazing and made me feel very comfortable .. she is fast and accurate and I was pleased with her actions !!!!

Optimal Health is more than a medical office. They are truly family. They care about you from the inside and out, from head to toe. I trust them with all my medical needs. Everyone is so warm and bubbly and know you by name. They're consistent and on top of their game. The Director of Operations Britany is out of this world. She assisted with insurance, appointments and more and does it very professionally. Jackie and Nancy always engage with good conversations and great laughter, Mati is the sweetest and takes my blood without feeling a thing. Shanya is awesome and nurse Shawna too. My medication pick ups are a breeze thanks to the in house pharmacy. Love you guys!
