Best gym in town. Nice people great team.

Great little gym, the owner and assistant are very helpful and accommodating. I don’t speak any Spanish but it was never an issue. Lots of help and advice whenever it’s needed. Highly recommend.

The best local gym in Country Walk area. The classes are great, the facility is good and everyone treats you like family!

My experience at Ladies Fitness has been great… wonderful people, nice environment, and challenging classes. It helps me to be a better person everyday, to love myself more, and my community. I have met other powerful women that have shown me that being a mom is not a barrier to take care of myself and look nice. I highly recommend this place. 😊

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.my wife was basically alienated and laughed out of this location by members and I assume staff. Any place that would condone this type of behavior to a prospective customer should be laughed out of business. I think gyms are supposed to be places that help people better themselves apparently this gym doesn’t share my opinion. I normally don’t post google reviews but seeing how bad my wife feels over this I feel inclined to share this in the hopes other women don’t share the same experience.

Eh, it a nice little gym. Wish there was more space. I am 16 years old and I think the classes there are really good but it gets so packed sometimes. Everyone there is nice, made one or two friends but it’s funny because it seems like everyone has their own clique lol.

It is the best place where you feel at home. They are very familiar with tremendous experience. The personal trainers are spectacular. I feel happy seeing how this gym has changed my body. I am happy. I recommend it with my eyes closed👍
