Where
do
I
even
begin?
After
the
tour,
Claudia
was
very
rude
and
unprofessional.
Since
the
day
we
moved
it
was
already
such
a
unpleasant
experience.
When
I
was
given
keys
and
taken
to
my
unit,
there
was
a
huge
religious
cross
on
my
door
that
had
dripping
stains
on
it.
How
could
they
ever
allow
someone
to
move
in
with
this
on
the
door.
This
offended
me
and
disrespected
my
religion.
Not
too
long
after
moving
in
my
dryer
was
broken.
After
placing
a
maintenance
request
on
January
15th
and
still
having
a
dysfunctional
dryer,
I
placed
yet
ANOTHER
request
on
July
10th,
and
again,
still
no
resolution.
Everyone
knows
that
a
key
appliance
is
your
dryer.
I
finally
decided
to
call
Emergency
maintenance
on
July
23nd
because
my
whole
apartment
smelled
like
burning
smoke
because
of
the
broken
dryer,
the
call
was
answered
by
the
rudest
and
most
unprofessional
maintenance
technician
that
I
have
ever
met.
He
continued
to
say
that
he
will
not
be
going
to
my
unit
on
a
Sunday
afternoon
and
that
my
husband
"must
be
Cuban
because
we
are
idiots."
After
this
incident,
management
never
reached
out
to
either
myself
nor
my
husband
to
apologize
or
acknowledge
what
happened.
Every
time
you
complain,
the
manager
Leonardo,
gets
extremely
defensive
and
refuses
to
help.
The
day
right
after,
they
brought
me
a
new
dryer.
They
knew
it
was
broken
the
whole
time
and
REFUSED
to
give
me
a
new
one
until
10
months
after
I
moved!!
Also,
on
July
8th,
I
placed
a
request
in
regards
to
mold
that
I
have
in
my
master
closet.
Someone
came
out
and
painted
over
the
mold.
The
mold
ate
through
the
paint
immediately.
I
then
placed
another
request
on
August
29th,
someone
came
out
to
my
apartment
again
and
told
me
to
remove
everything
from
my
closet,
I
did,
and
they
just
sprayed
Kills
and
painted
over
it
again.
Obviously,
the
mold
came
back
again
so
we
reached
out
to
Alberto,
a
Maintenance
technician
who
had
given
us
his
personal
cell
phone,
and
asked
him
to
pass
by
our
unit
again
to
check
the
roof.
We
have
been
dealing
with
this
since
July
8th,
it
was
not
until
I
sent
a
massive
email
about
a
week
ago
that
they
decided
to
finally
call
a
vendor
out
to
fix
the
damages.
Or
so
we
thought,
My
husband
took
the
day
off
from
work
to
be
present
for
this
and
what
took
place
was
absolutely
absurd.
I
was
specifically
told
that
I
had
to
“remove
all
personal
items
from
the
closet
where
the
maintenance
team
will
be
working.”
This
was
a
complete
lie
and
waste
of
time.
I
was
instructed
to
empty
out
my
entire
closet
for
a
second
time
to
get
a
photo
taken
of
the
roof.
This
has
been
an
unpleasant
and
recurring
issue
with
management.
I
cannot
wait
to
leave
this
community
that
is
so
poorly
managed.
Do
not
expect
a
follow
up
email
or
call
from
the
staff
if
you
have
an
issue.
I
would
not
recommend
this
community
to
my
worst
enemy.
Absolutely
horrible!
I
am
attaching
all
the
pictures
of
all
the
problems
in
my
unit,
you
can
see
how
the
mold
continues
to
darken
and
grow.
This
is
unacceptable!
