The team at Gables 37 led by Supervisor Kevin Cabral has been incredibly professional and addressed a pre-existing issue I had with my floor to my satisfaction. Manager Jennifer Costa communicated effectively with us and personally handled the issue. New management responds to issues quickly and is very helpful.

The staff from Gables 37 Grand is incredible. The manager is always willing to help and maintain communication between the residents and providing aid in any way he can. Not to mention how the maintenance staff performs marvelously and keep the property clean at all times. The pleasure of knowing your residence area is always neat and clean are one of my favorite things about this place. They are all hard workers and always greet us with a warm smile. They make me feel happy to simply walk in the building! Not once have I experienced anything remotely negative in the residency. These five stars are truly earned and I encourage everyone who is reading this to consider residing here!

My wife, our dog, and I lived here for 3.5 years until I took a job out of state. We loved living here. The units are well built (except for the shelves and clothing racks in the closet) with good appliances and we never had an issue with noise. Great amenities. Excellent location that is walkable to Phillips Park, Giralda, and the Miracle Mile. Staff is great here, especially all of the front desk guys. We were always treated well by property management and ownership. I highly recommend living here if the rent is right.

Lived here for 5 and half years and moved only because of work 4 hours away, place is one of the best, if not the best in the area you want to have a relaxed life. Apartments are definitely not the most luxurious in the area but are compensated by the size of the apartments, amenities, concierge services and location. Not giving the 5 stars because the maintenance team has high rotation and it is a hit or miss with them, at least the crew that was there in October seemed to care about the place and residents, also, for some reason corporate has crippled the property managers decision making regarding maintenance and that doesn't make any sense as the PM is the one there day to day with the residents. Special mention to Jennifer (PM) and David (concierge). Last but not least, move-out process was more than smooth, had to change the date and they were very flexible with it and the settlement process was transparent with no junk fees or charges. Gables 37 left the bar so high we had a hard time finding a similar place in our new city. Great work guys! Best, Daniel and family

Me and my wife moved to Gables 37 Grad 1 month ago. The place is awesome! It is a very nice area and the units and the view is spactacular. I was surprised how nice and helpfull the management , the concierge and the maintnance personel is. It feels very family like and they really make this place feel like home. WE LOVE IT!!! Recomendable

I love my apartment layout and the view! I just recently moved in, and I am so happy I chose Gables 37 Grand. The move-in process was really easy and smooth, too. Plus the manager Jovanna is very pleasant, and was helpful during the process. Also, the resident parties and the amenities; even the snacks in the gym, are pretty awesome.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT OFFICE. THEY LIES TO YOU. THEY MUST CHANGE THEIR MANAGEMENT PEOPLE. THEY PLAY WITH YOU. ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE! I DOUBT ABOUT THE GOOD ONES. DONT RENT IN THIS BUILDING
