I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I have waited 3 months for my appointment to get a cleaning. I arrived for my 1:30 appointment, after waiting 1 hour I asked how much longer it would take and that’s when the staff decided to inform me that the hygienist was not there and only the doctor was going to see me that day to evaluate which cleaning I need and then reschedule the appt for 3 weeks from now. That is something they should have called me about to let me know they could not do my cleaning as scheduled or at the very least told me when I arrived that the plan changed so I can decide if I want to wait or reschedule all together. UPDATE: When the dentist saw me I told her what happened and she offered to do the cleaning herself. She was very kind but she said that isn’t her main office she is only there on Fridays. The lady at the front however was completely incompetent, unapologetic and saw no issue whatsoever with them wanting to absolutely waste my time.

Honestly speaking this place is torn down very tight and out of date. The dental hygienist are all super nice but the lady who gives you the appointment at the end is very rude and religiously prejudiced. My son had an appt the dc said there were no cavities and she insisted on an appt for a cavity she had to call the hygienist who confirmed what I said. I will not be going back here specifically because of her not even because the chairs are broken and the rooms are full of dust. I don’t recommend.

I always have an experience every 6 months! Staff is very friendly and always treat patients like at home. The office has been remodeled and everything looks clean. Only suggestion I would have is to also upgrade the furniture since it looks extremely dirty and outdated and I have a really hard time avoiding my children from touching it.

Amazing place, the people who are working for the orthodontist and the orthodontist herself are super nice and always remind you of appointments! Just finished 4 years of getting my braces with them and no complaints whatsoever

Had an appointment at 2PM and I got there at 1:53 to be exact. I was not see until 4:10. The wait was insanely long.

The worst dentist Office they dont fix your tooth like it's needed or send u medication when u need it when ur in pain bcuz they did not do the job right!! They suck don't waste ur time going there

I’ve been coming to family dental plus kendall location for about a year now with my son and honestly the staff are very welcoming , nice , & understanding . I’m very comfortable and welcomed there and any problems are questions I have they make sure to get it resolved . Best location and dentist I’ve been too . My son doesn’t like dentist and he is 3 but when I took him here they welcomed him and made sure his was comfortable and now every time he goes he loves to get any work needed done there .

Costs of services were different from what I was originally told. They also charged $7 in a credit card usage fee and didn't disclose that to me either. When I brought it to the cashiers attention, her response was "IF you don't agree with it, go somewhere else." I've never been treated so rudely. I believe they are also charging extra to my insurance, but I will be taking that issue up with my insurance.
