Beware!! Do not look at any places for rent here, there are people that show you an apartment here just to take your deposit fee of 50$, show you an empty unit, and never call you back or contact you again, nor pick up your call. I did end up living here for 2 years. When I first moved in someone had posted flyers all over about how this place is corruptly managed. I should have taken better notice. Always a parking issue, even though they changed their parking rules and decals, still no parking. They tow cars away even though there are plenty of empty parking spaces. Constant unnecessary noise from "maintenance" which includes: loud hammering, leaf blowing, and power washing, causing many of the units to be flooded. The painted floors, which they re-paint constantly, it's a waste of money as they are always dirty because of high traffic and duck feces, and slippery when wet. When I moved out my moving men did not want to do the job because of the slippery floors. Just avoid, there are better places out there for around the same price.

Management is the worst. The word worst is not even enough to discribe it. I would not recommend anyone living here and I mean it. I wont get into details because I dont want to waste more time talking about this crappy place.

This place is discusting.... Security will call TOwing Truck at 11:00 pm on your visitors👈🏼 Don't rent HERe this will be your worst nightmare!! Electricity is super Expensive because the building is OLD!!!!!!

This place is horrible management is really bad maintenance people always making noise the parking is horrible I've been living here for a year and currently looking for another place DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

If you are thinking of moving here word of the wise.. DONT! The rules for the pool are ridiculous. The gym has 3 things that work, if you have a visitor past 11pm be prepared to pay a tow truck. You jump through the longest hoops to get approved and you think the place is the best and it's not! The best thing they have is the security is super nice and friendly!

I want to share a terrible experience with the Administrator of the Las Brisas Condominium, located at 7035 NW 186 st Miami Lakes 33015. I have just received the worst treatment from a person who, supposedly, is paid to find solutions for the tenants of the place. The common areas, especially the parking lots and green areas, are totally neglected. Rude, defamatory and scandalous. I do not recommend renting in this place, until there is a change of management. Terrible!!

Hola comparto esto porque solo llevo viviendo 5 meses y han sido los.peores de mi vida en este gran pais, es la una PENA que tengamos metido aqui un comunismo en un condominium con tantas reglas q son adsurdas, todo es un pero para la mudanza luego que estas ahi. No resuelven ningun problema. Y con esto les dejo saber que tambien. desafortunadamente me toco el peor de los dueños incluyendo al que dice ser su realtor y que tampoco se ocupan de los inquilinos llevo estos 5 meses. dandole quejas por todo el desastre. q me.entregaron y pruebas tengo el 29 de Abril de 2024 se rompio el AC y aun sigo esperando respuesta y ni las llamadas, mensaje, email y hasta por Zelle cuando le hago su pago le escribo y no responde. Podria escribir. un libro en solo este tiempo con respecto a la renta y el condominium doy una estrella para poder hacer el review porque ni ellos ni los.duenos se merecen nada. Les recomiendo que antes de mudarse piensen bien, pregunten bien e investiguen bien es el peor de los lugares.......

Everything everyone is saying over the towing situation and scamming is ALL TRUE. I don’t know how or what they’re doing but last night I had my pass on my dash and I was in my PERSONAL parking spot but still when I woke up this morning it was gone and security is saying there was no site of a paper at all in the car. They’re definitely opening your doors and removing/relocating the passes to a spot where the security “can’t see it” and where they can blame it on you.

This place is the epitome of SHADY association. Tows cars to make money. Dirty and nasty association manager. RUN. Also, closed the other exits making it harder for you to get in and out.

MRS MARGARITA IS IN CHARGE OF THE ASSOCIATION AND DIRECTOR OF THE BOARD, SHE IS A VERY RUDE MISS TO INFORM, ALL PROBLEMS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR STAFF, THEY HAVE A NUMBER OF RULES, FOR THE ASSOCIATION THEY WANT THEM TO COMPLY AND SHE DOESN'T COMPLY WITH ANY OF THEM, SHE WANTS TO DO EVERYTHING AS SHE WANTS, IT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE NORMAL RULES OF ANY ASSOCIATION SHE WANTS EVERYTHING TO BE AS SHE SAYS, SHE IS RUDE BAD EDUCATED, THE TENANTS DO NOT HAVE YOU THEY DO NOTHING IT IS LIKE LIVING IN A PRISON

Management is disrespectful and mean. Simple consideration for humans is not even a thought. Very rude when needing anything.
