Probably one if the worst BJs I have been to. Carts are on the middle of the parking lot with signs to pick up and return carts only visible for someone who has been here before or someone who thought to help the people getting carts and picked up one from the return bin. Additionally, the light are almost off in the front of the store where the cash registers are and the store just seems like whoever is running it doesn’t really care about how it looks or how their customers feel inside. If you are from the area and you don’t want to drive 6.8miles to Hialeah Gardens for the other BJs, Sam’s Club is 4.4miles north and that store looks way cleaner than this one.

It's nice that they sell in bulk & also I saw toys 🧸 🔫 & games from the past that I haven't seen lately 😬 anywhere else...

Worst customer service ever! Deli service ufff, they always tired, they need a Customer Service training ASAP please! And if you make a mistake in the Self Check Out cash register they treat like you are in Kindergarten! Jajajaja! 12/02/2023 The girl in the customer service area is very rude and disrespectful, I went to return a Pastrami that had a bad taste and she didn't even want to touch it, why do you work in a place making returns and you don't want to touch the products that are going to be returned, how does this work? Why the Deli staff does not have enough gloves to work with, they are cleaning, the customers arrive, they want to continue working with the same gloves after it is not known what chemicals they contaminated those gloves with. My question is do they pay for the gloves? 🙄🙄 Do I have to ask them to change their gloves? 🤔

I’m normally a happy go lucky person and today I was literally so upset that I got back in my car and shed a tear. I don’t like racism or discrimination at all. I love everyone regardless of color. There was a lady in front of me and the guy at the door didn’t ask her for her membership id. I walked in and politely said hello and he didn’t speak back. All he said “where’s your membership card?” I showed it to him and walked away but I quickly turned around and he allowed 4 other people to come in behind me without asking them for their membership id. Of course I felt singled out. I just wish everyone was treated the same and unfortunately today I wasn’t. I won’t be shopping here anymore and I actually loves this store.

It's incredible and extremelly annoying!! 12 croquettes missing in this box (just 28 from 40), and the box was seal. I don't gonna buy it never again!!

Gas Station nothing but problems. New version credit or atm card dont work at any Bj gas station. Its been over a year they haven’t fixed any of the problems. Customer service gas gone to the dump at Bjs !

Deals are good but there's a very rude young lady at the customer service desk that needs to be retrained!

I was so disappointed with this membership club. Nothing creative, nothing different & shelves are almost bare looking. Staff hard to find if you need something, not enough shopping carts, and I observed 3 different disabled people ask for the sit-down electric carts & were told they were either broken or somewhere in the parking lot. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Will not return.

I really enjoy shopping at this location. I will say though that certain items like the Arnold's keto bread and the keto pancake mix and saigon cinnamon have been out of stock for months. It seems that there is new management. Is not what it used to be. I gave it five stars because the staff is hard working , very nice and I am able to order for pick up in the club which saves me a lot of time due to my busy work schedule.

As much as my family and I, enjoy shopping at BJ’s due to the coupons we can use with some of our favorite items. But on my last trip to the store, I was left very concerned when I tripped and almost fell to the ground due to this sharp item being on the floor (image attached). Luckily, I didn’t fall or harm myself with the item but a little kid could be seriously hurt if they were to fall on it. It is in a very exposed area where shoppers and kids could be. Not very happy with this!

The service is horrible!! The staff is very unhelpful and don’t want to work! I was looking for an item and I asked a couple of staff members and all they said was “I don’t know where it is”. You guys should get better staff members that actually want to to work.
