I have never been in this situation in my life. I seen many people in this apartment go through this and they never do anything they don’t put cameras in the parking garage or anywhere else than the hallway. They have half a light on in one of the parking lot, this is not okay I PAY RENT TO LIVE HERE and for them not doing anything I will not accept that on my situation. You come from work to your apartment and this happens literally on daylight they do this THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Don’t waste your time applying here or even considering living here . Between the worst parking situation , disgusting hallways filled with water and never cleaned . Management is disgusting and does not help in anything. They tow your car , because there is no parking and yet cannot compensate for this . Monthly rent is added much more when you have to pay towing fees . I cannot forget about the amount of times I call for service for something in the apartment and they sometimes take months or do not come at all & i have to fix it myself.

The worse office managment i ever see They don't know what they doing and how to treat people. Very despotos. You suppose to keep your resident happy not harassing them. The owner need to do something about this asap. There is not organization, no respect. No knowledge at all regarding lease processing. There is somebody calling the towing place at 3am. But they don't put security and more camaras for vandalism. The package get stolen from you door if you order food also pretent to be you and stole you food. Bad people passing by in a bike to stole the package.

Worst place to live. The people in the front office are horrible and treat you with a bad attitude I’ve gotten my car towed 4 times along with 2 tickets from the police, there is only 96 parking spots for more then 200 units. Maintenance is the worst I’ve seen if something breaks good luck they don’t come I’ve had a hole in my roof since I moved in about a year now Along with that the fire alarm goes off at random times including during the night I have a new born baby and it’s truly horrible. People are smashing car windows and are even going as far as stealing cars please safe your time and money.

I called to inquire about a lease, the women who answered the phone instantly told me "nothing available" and clicked. Great customer service!

DO NOT COME HERE. Insecure, vandalism, theft are the minimum you can find here. and the property management do not take any action. They don’t care. WORST PLACE TO LIVE.

Honestly this is the worst place to live!! The management sucks and the parking is absolutely terrible. Don’t try applying here it’s the worst thing you can do to yourself.
