It was in the airport however, they only had 1 cashier to serve a lot of folks🤔❓... it should NEVER take 15 mins. to get 1 coffee!!!!! It was tasty though... work on it Mia airport.!

Damien T… the only reason I gave a 1 star review was that was the least it would take. You should not be in a position to deal with customers. You yelled at me because of your own lack of planning. How are customers supposed to know what you have in your inventory? A simple… I’m sorry, we don’t have any more of those… would you like something else would have been great… instead you chose to verbally assault customers and were rude and condescending (you probably need to look that word up… go ahead, I’ll wait…………………………….). I hope that your boss sees this and deals with you accordingly. I’ll also be making a report to corporate headquarters. If you hate your job so much… do us all a favor and find something else. The last thing travelers need is to deal with a jerk like you during their travels. Your attitude and the way you speak to customers is completely unacceptable!!!!

Worst service I have ever experienced. Waited 20 minted for donuts sitting on the shelf, then given the wrong donut and was told the donut I paid for was sold out. The worker rushed me to choose a different flavor and while I was thinking she threw in a Carmel donut and handed me my bag. I left and was confused and then went back to her and asked if I could choose a different donut since I hate Carmel and she grabbed my bag and threw all my donuts in the trash and was extremely rude and picked out a new flavor for me without my approval. I left so upset and have lost my appetite. I want this worker to be fired. I have never wished that but she is rude and wasting the companies dime.

Great customer service, however the donuts' taste quality was much lower than normal Dunkin' donuts taste. The donut tasted bland, and chocolate had no taste at all. No nearby sitting places were available during my visit. Overall, it was an OK experience.

This Dunkin is hit or miss. I hope it is a hit for you but after so many bad experiences... It is a love, hate relationship here.... I love the coffee but their staff and management sucks. Last week my co-worker ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese Croissants, he told the manager who was also the cashier at the moment "no bacon". She replied "no bacon" is more money.... The look of confusion we both gave her must have made her think to herself about how stupid she sounded. She then said "egg and cheese croissant is more money but i do it for you anyways." My friend paid her and we continued to talk about how incredibly stupid her comment was. Now keeping in mind, we are airport employees are we are here atleast 3 times a week. Pissing off your regular clientele is not good for business. Good luck and if you dont speak spanish, i wish you even more luck.

I come to this place every (not anymore) . I even have the app .The prices on the board are wrong be careful. The manager Hannah refuses to honor her prices. Says nothing she can do.I guess I will go to Starbucks now and give them my $90 monthly. I am telling my 1500 coworkers at the airport too. Let's see how they like that.

I work at the airport and is the only place open 24 h well the food is not always the best but the service is good 👌 so it makes up for the food lol plus is a clean place and prices aren't so bad !

Got a wrap, $6.00. Was expecting a full wrap, it was about the size of half a wrap. And was overcooked. Wrap was smaller than my hand.

Los trabajadores no saben tratar a los clientes! En especial la trabajadora Rocio. Soy clienta fija ahí y por un poco de agua caliente que le pedi ahora te lo cobran. Y no se si realmente es un agua lo que realmente ella me cobro o otra cosa! PESIMO SERVICIO

The server quite didn't get my order even though I explained it as good as possible. However, they have self order screens, and the food was good.
