If I could rate this facility I would rate it in the negative. The staff in the morning as well as the evening are very disrespectful. It’s extremely hard to get in contact with your loved one. I have no clue who’s running this facility but it must be a clown. I called they transfer me to a voicemail that is full. I called back to be hung up on. I called back to ask if I could speak to the manager on duty the gentleman got hostile and in his voice& his words & asked me “ do you know what kind of place you were calling “ which I answered yes a psychiatric treatment center … I was able to leave my name and number but he was in a rush to not even want to write it down. This place seems like hell. I haven’t been able to contact my loved one. I’m scared for whoever has to be in there I’m scared for the family members that have loved ones in there. This company should be ashamed of themselves and it was reported to the Better Business Bureau. Disgusted.

I went here for 3 month and they have a lot of things to do like free air breaks basketball gym classes for people who are incompetent and good food. I like the room that separate the classes names crounch key island morada and just to name a few they have key largo.

Question: when is a Psych Eval Center turn from a hospital into a jail? Answer: "When the employees call in because they dislike working here. The good ones are underpaid for what they are forced to do. Absolutely lovely place if you like a "prison" type environment. If your FAITH is different from the staff....you will suffer. I suffered quietly and prayed alot and God intervened. I escaped an horror of horrors. Communication to the outside world is almost impossible

Excellent facility and excellent patient care!

Rude staff, asked to speak with a loved one. And was rudely greeted. Argued with and spoken over. When I asked for the “lady’s” name I was told I didn’t need her name. For working with mental health patients, it’s quite shameful. Have a better attitude ma’am.

If I can rate this place a zero I would. At this facility, I was brutalize and also tortured. When I told them I was sick they told me I was crazy. They locked me in a room for days. Do not send anybody you love here unless you want them to die.

Bad service was trying to call to get info of my mom and they just hanged up on me so disrespectful

When you come to this treatment center be prepared to stay because they will NOT pay for your flight back home, where ever you live.
