    This place is always packed. Not enough cashiers and overflow of people. Inventory is bad some times specifically poultry. They should place more self check out, the old school cashiers style is not working. Sometimes the store smells like rotten animal. The money order system is always down, had to goe to Publix and got great customer service. If you buy alcohol beverages underage cashiers can't pass your item and will send you to another cashier and a second transaction will be charge. They have good prices but prepare yourself for battle if you go there and if you go with kids or babies get your snacks and bottles ready! Good luck!

    It's sad to say that this Walmart has the worst customer service. The customer service department always lies to their customers. I've already had several issues which a manger has been called. This " Manger " (which I don't believe she is) always has excuses and lies. I love the makeover that Walmart has. What really needs to change is the training that they are giving the customer service department. They definitely need better training, especially the so-called " managers ". By the way her name is Jennifer.

    Go big or go home. You can spend the entire day in WM Super Center. The size of the store is almost too much, and you run the risk of getting lost while shopping. I prefer something smaller...

    You guys REALLY suck. You closed all the self checkout lines and only let people use them if they diekonkiad the Walmart app. You idiots have long lines and a ton of open self check out registers that we are told me can’t use. Stupid, bad customer experience, but what do I expect from Walmart anyway?

    Unpleasant First Visit I recently moved to this area and decided to visit the new Walmart with my son. I was excited to explore the store and make some purchases for our new home. However, my experience was marred by an unfortunate incident that left me feeling profiled and unwelcome. As I was shopping with a cart full of items, I couldn't help but sense that I was being watched suspiciously, as if I might be up to something. Let me make it clear that I have no intention of stealing anything and have never encountered such an uncomfortable situation before. To my surprise, an error occurred at the self-checkout machine, and a staff member approached me. Instead of assisting with the issue, I was informed that I had to move to the first lane to complete my transaction. This abrupt change in procedure left me bewildered and frustrated. It felt like a clear case of profiling, and it deeply disappointed me. I understand the importance of security measures, but there must be a way to implement them without making customers feel uncomfortable and targeted. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, especially considering it's a new Walmart in the area. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and works on creating a more welcoming and inclusive shopping environment for everyone. It's crucial to ensure that all customers, regardless of their background, feel respected and valued.     Depending on the day. The people who work there can be nice, really nice. They just don't allow them to work smarter not harder. They never have enough lanes open. They make people with full cart loads go through the tiny self checkouts, because that makes stupid sense to the fools at cooperate which then makes angry customers, which then feeds into the employees not wanting to be at work. It all comes down to management in South Florida that treats the area like left overs.

    This wallmart has gotten bad. Vegetables look horrible, alot of bins empty and alot of bad vegies. Juice frig almost empty, hardly any eggs available. Only 2 cashiers available and a very long self check out line. I have seen supermarkets in third world countries that looked much better. What has happened to the management of this store?

    They have a racist and unprofessional manager ( black woman ) . She mistreats Latinos and doesn't help them. I asked her a question and she left me talking to myself, she also made a gesture of contempt. Me and my family will not go to that garbage store anymore. Send that woman to a school to educate herself.

    I love shopping at this supermarket! The prices are reasonable and they always have a great selection of fresh produce and meat. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean and well-organized. Highly recommend!

    This particular Walmart is one of my favorite store locations. Though out of the way from my home, it's worth the drive. Items are organized and easy to find, while typically always in stock. The workers are helpful and quite friendly at this location, which is a plus. Adequate cashiers makes the check out experience a great one as well. They also tend to have items I don't see at the location local to me. Will continue to shop at this location without a doubt.

    They are abusing the system committing lot of arbitrariness forcing less than 20 items customer to make the regular line with cashiers allegedly because that's only for "members". That doesn't happen in other Walmarts. When asked for an explanation an employee just told me "no pick inglich". Cubans employees in the food section talking out loud like yelling inappropriately. The food section is chaotic and put stock obstructing the main hall where you are supposedly to walk freely like other Walmarts. They put repeated items in different isles so you have revisit every single isle to find your items.

    do not come if you are getting 20 items or less the self check is for members only and they don't tell you till you get to the front of the line then they make you go get in another line. the 20 items or less sign is clearly marked. this is a clear violation of Sam Waltons vision and his principles. there will be more to fallow

    Easy access to the parking lot. I needed an electric cart. The employee at the entrance went through the store and found one for me. The cashier was very cordial and helped me with my purchases. I did ask an employee a question, but she didn't understand English; only Spanish.

    My first time visiting this WM. I was pleased that at first it seemed less busy than the one nearer to me although most of the workers forget to smile. When it came time to check out the front was completely full of customers, could have used about 5 more registers open. Since I only had a few items I went to self checkout and waited over 15 minutes in line. This is at 5PM on a Saturday and they decided to shut down all self checkouts to count money in registers?!?!?! What poor planning!!!! I was extremely disappointed and tempted to walk out but I needed the items in my cart. The 2 WM close to Hempstead FL are very, very poorly managed!

    I didn't actually visit in the store, I went to pick up an online order. When I arrived, there were 3 associates in the parking area. One came over to my car immediately and took my information. He returned in 3 minutes with my order and loaded it. He was very courteous and efficient - I was in my way home within 6 minutes of my arrival, the fastest and most efficient pick-up order I've had. VERY pleased! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get his name.

    Need a baby formula talk to more than 10 people including team lead,no one has the key,Terrible services went to customer services twice .50 mins waiting for someone with the key to get a formula no one with that magic key can be found.waiting for more than 30 mins for the manager is not show off either I have to leave without the infant formula and without seing the manager. Worst experience I ever had.

    This place is clean. I'm handicapped, access to their electronic wheelchair is easier than other Walmarts and the chair let's you know exactly how much battery it has so that you don't get stuck in the middle of the store. The employees are kind and helpful. It doesn't have everything I like to buy, however, I go anyway due to the good qualities of the store. Thank you.

    The worst Service here, you better speak Spanish if you're going to shop here....none of the employees I spoke with speak English, I waited 20 minutes to get baby formula which is locked in glass cabinets. Nobody helped and when I went to the customer service there was no one there.

    I travel about 15 miles to this location, because i don't like the location 3 miles from me. The cleanliness, variety and custom service is hands down the best I've experienced in any Walmart. The reason for the 2 stars is for Walmart allowing this store to force customers to download the Walmart app in order to use the self checkout. There were 8 registers unoccupied and the store lines were all backed up. If this is a corporate decision then shame on Walmart. If it is a store manager decision then it is equally shameful.

    Today I went to buy a BBQ at around 8:40am and the employees were very bad at providing service, protesting and complaining to each other and no one wanted to help me set up and take down the BBQ. I asked for help and no one helped anyone. If this continues like this I won't be coming back. And the self-service checkouts are only for members, creating long lines at the others and few checkouts open.

    Horrible Walmart. Always out of products especially The grocery section. For months now they have been out of things left and right. Like no water or no produce. Sometimes the entire isles of products are empty . This Walmarts food section is horrible. And customer service from employees on the ground is horrible too. They don't attend to you when you ask a question. They stare at you as if you interrupted their day and then tell you " What you want!!" The way I see it, you don't want to work then go home. But don't ruin it for everyone!!

    Unable to find anyone to help unable to pay for my items with Google pay and as if that wasn't enough I had a cashier argue with me when I made a comment that at other Walmart they have the Google pay and told me in front of everyone to just go to that store. I didn't call a Manger bc maybe she was having a bad and I didn't want to make it worse . I'm sure she needs her job but she was rude. So I will not be going to that Walmart anymore.

    I live in the Keys and I despise the fact that I have a to drive all the way to a Walmart like this. I have worked for several different Walmarts in different states. I know better about how Walmart should be. It is is poorly managed and if I were Cooperate, I would fire the management or better yet just close the store down all together. Probably only reason it is open because the store is always packed with people. Majority of the time the line is backed up into soft lines. Never enough cashiers and the CSM really cares less about customer service.

    In and Out in a jiffy with everything I needed. Great selection and variety. Lines were short and Customer Service staff were attentive and helpful. Parking lot(s) were clean/well kept and well marked for the various services Walmart Offers (Curbside Pharmacy & Pickup).

    I'm not a fan of the produce department not because the produce. It's always blocked by the stockers And they are not gonna move unless you get in front of them and grab your items. The check out lines are so backed up you are in another department. And lucky if the person who checks you out says Hello.

    Very disappointed, I have been on the phone trying to call the Deli department for this store and got hung up 3 times, I called the associates line to speak to any representative and again they pick up, I can hear you breathing and the hung up. What kinda of service are you providing. I get it if you are having a bad day but I the customer did not do nothing to you. I called and finally got a hold of someone in the electronics department and I asked to please transfer me to a manager. I GOT transfered and the call rings and then it hangs up. Not sure what is going on there but what a waist of Tim and will be taking my business elsewhere.

    Finally Walmart is hiring more cashiers. Good selection and prices are fair. Now let's hope they pay properly to the employees. That was a few days ago. It seems they are going back to lesser cashiers 11/28/23.

    The salmon I bought was bad even though it still had 3 days to the sell buy date. Must have been left out cause it almost made me throw up when I opened it. Food safety is now a major concern if I go back. Just cause it looks fine doesn't mean it is.

    The Auto Care Center in Homestead, Florida staff; Lou, service manager and Alejandra, assistant service manager and tire and lube employees went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! We went to get an oil change and have our brand new tires rotated on Christmas Eve after traveling 1400 miles to be made aware of a tire issue that we were oblivious, too! They were quick to find what was causing a problem of (2) of our tires being damaged beyond repair and the reason why was when we purchased the brand new tires they did not install the tire sensor correctly causing damage to the tires. Lou discussed how they were handling the issue by replacing the (2) tires. Alejandra assisted me in taking pictures of the damaged tires for us to show the Walmart Auto Service center in our hometown! We feel blessed and grateful to the Expert service and caring and thoughtful service department; Lou, service manager, Alejandra, assistant service manager, tire and lube employees! Many thanks to an excellent service department! Debbie

    Not the best walmart as far as size/selection/there's limited options and could use a serious update - Also you absolutely canNOT overnight in your RV here, and as many know it's next to impossible to find camping spots down here in between trips. It's crazy because the parking lot is huge and this walmart closes at 11, so you know its just some really unreasonable person not allowing people to overnight here. There's plenty of room for it...security is pretty serious about it so don't bother

    The associate working at customer service this morning by the name of Whitney is extremely rude and has major attitude. She’s very unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager and she refused to call one for me about a return. Now I have to go to another Walmart to process my return. Also, the associate working in electronics by the name of Sheena was extremely rude. I was looking at something and she yelled at me from across the electronic department. The associates in this store are extremely rude to their paying customers.

    Really bad experience shopping at that Walmart. At the entrance, the workers were there just at 7 in the morning, smoking at the door. It seemed like they were on their break, but when you walked by, you could smell the cigarette smoke, and the smoke touched your clothes. Then, the products in the fishing area, like the coolers, all had the wrong prices. I grabbed a cooler thinking it was one price, but when I got to the checkout, it was almost double the real price. I told the cashier to get a supervisor to fix the problem, but they refused to help me. They just wanted to sell me another product but not give me the price that was on the offer. Even though the cashier went to the aisle and saw the price herself, she did not match the price for me. Really bad experience.
