I
placed
an
online
order
at
the
Pizza
Hut
located
at
9672
Sunset
Drive.
I
placed
the
order
at
8:00
PM
on
Friday,
March
11,
2022.
When
I
received
the
email
confirmation,
it
stated
that
the
delivery
is
scheduled
for
9:50.
That
is
nearly
a
2
hour
wait.
I
immediately
called
the
store
to
cancel
the
order
and
it
took
me
10
tries
to
reach
someone.
During
the
first
9
tries,
someone
would
answer
the
phone
and
hang
up.
The
person
who
finally
spoke
to
me
indicated
that
he
was
unable
to
cancel
the
order
and
I
needed
to
speak
to
a
manager.
When
I
was
being
transferred
to
the
manager,
they
dropped
the
call
and
it
took
me
4
more
tries
to
reach
someone
again.
When
that
person
answered,
I
pleaded
not
to
hang
up.
That
person
was
able
to
cancel
the
order.
I
am
very
upset
with
the
fact
that
I
was
not
able
to
place
my
order.
My
children
were
excited
about
the
food
and
it
broke
my
heart
to
tell
them
that
we're
not
having
Pizza
Hut.
In
fact,
by
the
time
the
food
arrives
my
kids
would
have
been
sleeping.
This
is
very
discouraging
and
I
have
decided
to
discontinue
ordering
from
Pizza
Hut.
There
was
a
time
when
service
was
good
but
things
have
gone
down
hill.
It
is
really
a
shame
because
I
have
been
a
Pizza
Hut
fan
all
my
life
(I
am
54
year
old).
Hopefully
things
will
get
better
but
sadly
for
now
you
have
lost
a
customer
and
I
will
be
sharing
my
experience
with
others.
