PLEASE READ All!!! I brought my wife here to confirm her pregnancy. What a nightmare! The "doctor" (if he even is one) was late by 2 hours as others have stated. When he arrived he was very cold and to the point with no introduction or explanation of his findings. When I tried to talk with him about my wife's condition he was extremely rude and dismissive. He literally slammed the door in my face telling me he didn't need to be bothered. I kept my cool because this is a "medical office" right? Wrong! This place looked nasty. While they left us waiting another 20 minutes for the "paperwork" the doctor was leaving. I commented to him (obviously in a sarcastic manner) "that was very professional" and his reply was "f*ckoff"! Can you believe that?! Well when we received our letter confirming she was pregnant it didn't include his name nor anyone's else name or a signature. I swear to you this was a total nightmare and I blame myself for not checking the reviews first. But hopefully for the rest of you who are reading this, our "sacrifice" will save you from the same nightmare that we experienced! Honestly after reading the other negative reviews I can't believe this place is even open. The 2 positive reviews are probably from the office staff itself. None of the others even commented in their post. And yes, I will be making a complaint with the Health dept, Consumer affairs and any other related agencies. That I promise! Update: The day after visiting this monster my wife suffered a miscarriage! He's a hack who performs abortions.

I’m convinced the reviews are made by the staff. Let me start off by saying that I was told that it was a first come first attended. I got there at 9am, first one there, almost last to be attended. The staff is apparently terrified of the doctor because they didn’t even know when he arrived or what the hell was going on. Very rude, unprofessional and dirty. was told to take of my underwear seated in the waiting area just incase the doctor arrived and didn’t get mad that we were not ready to work like a factory. Then when I was finally attended to do the ultra sound, the doctor didn’t say a word. Just came up to me and inserted the ultra sound without even saying he was going to start or if I was going to feel any pain. Again waited more hours. Then, in group, was administered the pills and how to take them. There people do not care about you or what you are going through and I would never recommend this place to anyone. In fact I think it should be closed down. Worst experience I ever had.

My experience was very unpleasant. Doctor was super late and all of us had to wait for several hours in thin hospital robes in a very cold room. After the doctor arrived he didn't bother to introduce himself of say a couple of words about procedure. Instead he was arguing with the staff. Place is somewhat clean, and not very modern. Please avoid it

I honestly don't understand how people are giving this clinic praise. FYI the doctor is NOT at the clinic until they finish their rounds at the hospital! They also lack patient rooms and they have all the patients waiting in the same room until the doctor arrives, which made the whole process even more uncomfortable. The doctor got there and didn't even look at my face. The ultrasound was even worse when he jammed it in there like a knife in a jelly jar..unbelievable and then NO instructions to take home. They just give you a business card with the clinics number. Girls please know that this is not the norm and that other places WILL treat you better. Mind you, I had not eaten anything prior to the procedure and they make you wait hours. Not a single staff member will offer you a refreshment of any kind.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They told me it’s a one day thing over the phone drove from key west to Miami for this appointment to just be told that it’s now a 2day procedure! Would not recommend; also talked to the front lady and she bring out someone else to speak for her. I found it very unprofessional; after seeing the 2nd person she tells me I get me Prescription at my pharmacy . I don’t understand why the Prescription couldn’t be dated for the following day. Just wasted a day coming here!

The place was super nasty, the Doctor came in late. Horrible experience.

They give you an early appointment and not your are not seen until the doctor gets there 3 hours after. They tell you not to drink or eat anything after midnight for surgical procedures but they don’t tell you that first you have to wait 24 hours before the procedure meanwhile you are going to charge you, do the bloodwork and wait for the doctor until he arrives at 2:00pm to do the ultrasound. Not enough space in the waiting area. Once you go in, there is not enough space and you have to sit on the hallway. Mask is mandatory but when you call they don't tell you that you must wear it I was told to go get it at the car while other patients walked in without it and the staff gave them one inside.

The service is exceptional, we are all treated with love and make us feel like family, it is my second time there and I do not regret having chosen it. I recommend 100%

Avoid this place at all costs. I came to receive the pill for abortion and saw a lot of positive reviews but should have read them all. First they gave me a gown that had blood stains on it. Then after drawing blood said I would need to take a mandatory vaccine for my negative rh blood type to continue the procedure which came at an additional cost. Then they send you into a cold room while you wait for the doctor (no one on the staff has any clue when he’s going to show up). In the waiting room there are other patients in gowns which is very uncomfortable especially when some of the patients are having conversations about their personal experiences with abortion and pregnancy. Once I heard someone ask the nurse if she knew where the doctor was and she still didn’t have an answer after 3 hours I got up and asked to cancel the procedure and get a refund. The only positive out of this whole experience was that they were understanding and refunded me without hesitation.

Aida es lo mejor como persona y ser humano! Trata tan bien a todas , es tan comprensiva y Dios la ha llenado de paciencia y amor para tratar a sus pacientes! Agradezco mil veces toda la atención que ella me ha dado las veces q visité la clínica!

Facility is clean, people are friendly and show genuine concern for all patients in less than fortunate situations. Doctor Was friendly and answered the questions I asked.

Amazing .... moved to a new office feeling more at home .... family like service understand and love care definitely would recommend to anyone for any decision you decide sweet staff fair price ....would definitely come back ....

I accompanied a friend to this place to perform this procedure and I do not understand why people give this place bad opinions, if it is not a procedure that is performed in one day due to state laws, understand that you must go with time availability, the The staff is very friendly and they are always attentive to you and how you feel, and the robes are completely clean, we recommend it 100%

Muy buena atención

Fui hace una semana y la atención super buena las enfermeras prácticamente ocupan el lugar del familiar por lo amables que son y lo bien que te hacen sentir a pesar de la situación no tengo absolutamente ninguna queja de esa clínica incluso te llaman después de estar en casa para seguir como te has sentido para mí esa clínica es la mejor opción para la que se quiera hacer una interrupción he visto comentarios negativos y la verdad fui un poco predispuesta pero nada que ver desde que te registras el primer día son muy amables y respetuosos.

What Norys Ruiz Said was not true at all. The Experience was the best. My sister-in-law said the personal was very good and the doctor is very helpful. She also stated they helped her out a lot and she asked a lot of question and each response was very good. I advise this Womens Care inc. than all other trust me its not a waste.

I appreciate the compassion shown to me and my situation while here. They spoke both English and Spanish, the doctor upon arrival gave me mixed feeling, he was quick, easy, and painless, it happened so quick, I barely remember it until the cramps came on. He was a bit rude to the staff for a mix up, but of course I want to make sure everyone is doing a good job. Aside from that, everyone was pleasant, everything looked clean, and I am very satisfied with my experience. Thank you.

Siempre una demora entre a la 10 y sali en la tarde es una falta de respeto y el médico sentado en su oficina sin hacer nada ;el tiempo de uno vale oro y ellos hacen perder el tiempo y el personal no profesional están hay porque tienen. Q trabajar

El trato del personal es exelente ,buena limpieza, lo único que no me gustó al firmar los papeles que no tienen seguro sobre el mal procedimiento al paciente, o mala practica medica ,algo que las mujeres al encontrarse en la situación que estan, firman por salir del problema sin medir concecuencias futuras , es algo que los doctores tienen que haserce responsable de tener seguro .,porque aquí te exigen seguro para todo
