Hmmn where should I start after my second time of waiting countless hours in the waiting room and NEVER seeing the doctor did I decide to write this honest report. Walking in and seeing the other 30 patients also waiting you feel your in Disney world waiting for a ride. They schedule patients every 15m knowing the DR takes a long time with each and causes everyone to wait. I would recommend bringing a pillow and iPhone charger because your gonna be their a while. The disrespectful lady working the front desk has the intellectual capability of a raccoon. She just gives you attitude and teases you by telling you your next. While trying to get my money back the girl had the audacity to ask when I want to schedule again. HORRIBLE EXPERIECE

Horrible horrible horrible !!! Waiting for 2,5 hour to see the doctor for 5 min ! My child is sick for 2 months so we drove 3,5 hours from Key West to see the magical specialist that was supposed to give us the answer to our problem . We had an appointment at 1 pm we showed up at 12:40 and proceeded to wait 2 hours to see the doctor . The doctor look at her ears nose throw said everything looks good and that was it 😄😄😄 my daughter is still sick , the doctor give us no medicine , no answers so now we are on our 3,5 hours trip back to key west ! I feel like we could have taken my daughter to a veterinarian and would have gotten the same diagnoses . i don't dont know who is worst , my doctor in key west who sent me to the specialist in Miami or the medical specialist in Miami .!

I went to check up with the doctor, he told me it was fine, later it got worse, I called to make an appointment because I felt very bad and needed to talk to the doctor and they were never able to get in touch with him. The first time he saw me, he told me that there was nothing wrong with me. Later, I got worse and I was never able to get in touch with him. They said they would call me back and that didn't happen. My daughter had surgery May 25 and She had an after surgery follow up June 16. They never call or send message to confirm the appointment but I show up in the office. The old woman sitting in the window told me that my appointment was cancel because the Doctor needed to go at 1200pm because had surgery. I say ok! It's fine, give me other appointment. I scheduled an appointment when my son's speech was completely distorted after having Rolando Molina remove his tonsils and adenoids. Dr. Carreno was able to diagnose my son fibid uvula and a cleft soft pallate immediately, proved his diagnosis on the spot by inserting a camera up his nose, down his throat and asking him to produce sounds. He has been so thorough and has walked me through every step of the way. We are currently on speech therapy and waiting on the Craniofacial appointment where several specialists will meet with us to decide routes to consider. Through the various screenings we have also discovered my son has permanent hearing loss in one of his ears.

Doctor Carreno was very thorough and took his time in explaining the treatment plan. He answered all our questions and has great patient care.
