don’t
recommend
this
place.
I
could
say
that
since
the
owner
never
shows
her
face
at
her
business,
customer
service
staff
runs
the
business
how
ever
they
please.
I
can
clearly
see
how
she’s
not
aware
of
so
many
things.
I
buy
a
lot
of
gold
and
always
pay
in
cash
and
since
I
always
pay
in
cash,
no
jewelry
store
has
ever
charged
me
taxes.
The
first
time
I
came
here,
I
went
to
purchase
a
hello
kitty
14k
yellow
gold
pendant
in
cash.
I
was
very
bothered,
because
I
paid
in
cash
and
they
still
charged
me
$13
of
taxes,
but
I
told
them
it
was
fine,
I
wasn’t
going
to
fight
over
$13.
That
day
there
were
other
customers
there
and
I
recommended
them
to
other
jewelry
stores
where
I
usually
buy
my
gold
at,
where
they
do
not
charge
taxes
if
you
pay
in
cash.
After
that
,
I
purchased
about
2
or
3
more
times
i
believe.
On
private
messages,
on
IG
1
of
the
customer
service
women
that
work
there
named
“
María
Fernanda
“
was
rude
and
extremely
unprofessional
and
came
very
aggressively
at
me
,
because
I
asked
her
“why
were
they
sometimes
charging
me
taxes
and
then
other
times
they
weren’t
?
“
I
told
her
that
I
wanted
to
speak
with
the
owner
about
that.
She
went
off
!
Sent
me
recordings
after
recordings
telling
me
off.
I
could
not
believe
it!
I
was
simply
trying
to
make
ANOTHER
purchase
of
$1000
of
a
ring
and
earrings
and
this
is
the
appreciation
I
get
as
a
customer
from
this
place
?
In
addition,
the
times
I
ordered
before
payment
,
they
promise
you
to
ship
your
order
asap,
after
your
order
is
placed
,
they
don’t
keep
their
word.
Not
to
mention
their
prices
are
always
more
exaggerated
than
in
other
jewelry
stores.
I’ve
literally
only
purchased
here
when
I
can’t
find
what
I
am
looking
for
in
the
stores
I
usually
shop
at.
But
,
I
honestly
will
not
recommend
a
place
like
this
to
anyone.
