I am very disappointed in Andrea- I went in there for the special they are running on Semaglutide- in person after spending more than an hour with her- I ended up buying one month of the Semaglutide plus B12 injections with MIC- paid everything in cash $390- Andrea specifically told me that for next 2 months it was going to be $250 and that I could pay it in cash as I go- I was not interested in paying upfront which would give me 3 fat freezing sessions- so basically if I paid 3 months upfront of the Semaglutide I would get those sessions for FREE BUT if I paid it monthly than I would not get the freezing sessions free. I sent my husband to do the same thing I was doing and he also was going to pay cash but when he got there ANDREA completely changed everything she had originally told me in person so they lost a client in my husband- one thing about me, I HATE being told one thing and than being told something else when you realized you screwed up if that was the case here with her. If you told me from beginning for next 2 months I would pay the same price as of today than that’s what you should do as a business- Advise, get everything in writhing before leaving there or spending your money at the place- it does not show credibility on the company or the employees representing you - promotions are being run constantly on these injections so I will finish off here and than go somewhere else if they cannot honor the promotion for me for next 2 months

Make yourself a favor, don’t spend your money in this place. Don’t pay for bad service, rudeness and insensitive attitude, they are only for the money. When you ask to many questions their answers are 🙈unbelievable” I got really scare with the symptoms of their treatment and as they don’t have a Dr there’s nobody to ask and they truly don’t care, they brush you off. When I asked to cancel my membership, return the money they had charged me in advance and request a full statement of account. They gave me this bunch of receipts and a card to call that lady. When I call her and start asking questions she hang up on me four times, she told me there was nothing to talk to me or explain to me and then, she went ahead and threatened that if If I ever call or step into the spa again they will have direct instructions to call the police on me “ Please 🙏 don’t spend feed this behavior. Do better for yourself and your money. Go somewhere else 🫶 In respond to your comment about my review… Answering has no meaning when you are still defending your wrong practice and personal behavior. I express to the nurse my concern with regards to the swelling and pain of my muscles, I told her this was happening ever since I got the injections and ask her to pls inform your doctor in charge or to whoever follows up the weight loss treatment. Not till today that I was told that you don’t have a Doctor. * I paid in advance for the services and your personal often question me in front of other clients making me look bad and feel shame as if I wanted to take advantage of your company “ I have no interest other than obtaining my funds back so I can do my treatments someplace else and leave this sourly experience behind.

My estetician was amazing. The only complaint I have is the hydrofacial machine wasnt working properly. 😑. I feel they could have given me another appt at no charge, especially since I signed up for the 3 month package. Update....I was given a hydrofacial for the one where the machine wasn't working properly. I rate this place 10 out of 10.

What a welcoming spa! They have a great tightening and anti-aging collection for the skin. They offer a bunch of services from facials to Botox. I would highly recommend. The girls in the front are very nice and they have a beautiful place!

Rebecca is great! She had a great attitude is super knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable with the injections. This is my second Botox session with her. The results are great!

Went for fat freeze as I had a credit. Receptionist says I can give you special buy 2 get 1 free. With my credit would be a 100.00 more she says. After all this I say forget it I just want one section in middle. She tells me I would owe her 100.00 more on top of my credit for just mid section. I just gave up and walked out.

Service was abysmal. Did not get the service level paid for. Hydro facial was never applied. Aesthician was away quarter of an hour. Masseuse was too nice and courteous and that's all it is. The applied technique was nothing but a rub let along not even an hour.

I have never been to a med spa previously and I was recommended to try out a facial at this specific one by a friend. I have to say it was beautiful and the people who worked there were beyond helpful. Nikki was the main one who went out of her way to help me and give me a list of things I could possible be interested in along with special package deals they sell. I would recommend this place especially if you’re new to this kind of stuff. She explained everything I would be doing in perfect detail as well as the other questions I had about things I was interested in. 10/10 experience.

Amazing spa ! I went in for the spooky promo of a facial and massage and couldn’t have been happier with my service . Upon entering the staff welcomed me , the manager yessi was great and knowledgeable as well as Sofia who sold me on a memerbership ! My facial was the most relaxing experience as well as my massage ! David really helped with some issues I had in my lower back ! Def cannot wait to come back and enjoy

My one stop shop for all my aesthetic needs!! I originally visited for a hydrofacial promotion they had for $99 and loved it so much that I ended up becoming a member. Their membership prices are unbeatable and definitely worth it! All their providers and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. It doesn’t feel like you’re in your typical snobby Miami medspa. I highly recommend you try all services because I’ve never had a bad experience.

I when in for a massage and it was a great experience, David the massage therapist was really professional, and the attention from Sofia at the front desk was amazing and Yessi was helpful with all the questions that I had she just nailed it as a manager. 10/10 experience

I became a member to get facials every month but what they don’t explain is tgat what you are paying is for a less than 40 min very basic facial. They try to sell you the masks for additional costs. The basic facial doesn’t include the neck!!!! Since when facials don’t include neck?!?? This is a scam in every possible way. I can’t wait to cancel membership. When you search in groupon there are many different places offering wonderful facials for less that $75. I regret so much signingfor this. Stay away from this place

I had a facial with Viví R. She was excellent. Facial was great. Staff is nice. Seems that my credit card was compromised right after they ran it. I’ve tried three times to contact manager they tell me she’s busy and she never calls back. Girl I explained reason I wanted to speak to manager about very grudgingly said “we don’t steal cc numbers here”. I wouldn’t have posted it here but since no one responds I had no choice. Response: Not sure where you are trying to reach me at since my cell does not reflect any calls from your business. Furthermore, I never said it was a double charge. I said my card was compromised. If someone actually reaches out I will explain what occurred and how/when it occurred

Fire and Ice facial with Melissa was amazing. I haven’t gotten a facial in 6-7 months and i was In dire need. After just 1 fire and ice facial my face looks brand new. Highly recommend!

If you are not a believer in Semaglutide you should take the leap of faith and try it! I have had the hardest time trying to drop the baby weight after giving birth over a year ago. I was unhappy with myself and how much my body had changed. Nothing was working not even eating healthier or working out 4-5 time per week. I was stuck no change or weight loss. Until I saw a post about this new medication on instagram, So I decided to give it a try. This was the best decision ever. I have been on it for 6 months now. I've been able to drop 35lbs and feel like a completely new person. I have energy, my clothes fit great, I feel sexy again and just overall happy with myself. I went from size 15 to size 9.

Had a wonderful experience getting my first laser session here. Vanessa was great.I never felt this comfortable and pain-free getting a full body laser hair removal.She made me feel comfortable and everyone is friendly and welcoming at this spa.

Do not sign a membership with this company. It's a bait and switch. You pay, in my case $99 per month, with the verbal promise that it includes a full facial, and then you find out that every little thing they do and all their creams are extra, and it the end you pay as if the membership did not exist. I felt cheated.

To put into simple terms .. I can't wait to go back and use their services again. Informative, gentle, service oriented, professional, attention to details, pleasant, comfortable, inviting, membership oriented, genuine, and patient. Welcomed all of my questions and concerns with real knowledge, using anatomically correct diagrams and data. Thank you very much.

Today was my first time going and I had an amazing experience. Xiomara did my hydra facial and she was great. Loved how she explained everything. And the front staff was very nice, and very knowledgeable. Loved the environment and the experience.

Spa is a word I use loosely to describe this place. I’ve had quite a few facials in my time. This facial was subpar at best. This was my second time here. I decided to give this place a try because my mother is a member. The first time was slightly better than the second time. Let me start by saying that this place feels cheap. There’s no amount of YouTube “relaxation” music that can get anyone to relax . The woman that did my facial ( I’ll spare you her name) was as dry as they come. She didn’t tell me to remove my shirt. I had to ask if it was okay. Once the facial started, I understood why. They do nothing in the décolleté. The lights remained on throughout the duration of my facial. Once she placed the jelly mask on my face , she left the room. At different locations , you usually get a little massage while the masks sets . Nothing here. Not even eye cream! All I kept wishing was that I would’ve taken $150 elsewhere. There was nothing absolutely nothing great about this. This felt like a factory.

The actual treatments are good but customer service isn’t great specially when they have a young and short brunette girl in the front. She doesn’t acknowledge you and you can be standing there waiting and she doesn’t even say i will be right with you. Iv had to leave without appointment twice

I did the semaglutide here and my results are the best thing that happened to me! Lost 32 pounds. After my treatment I got fillers and botox as a facial balancing treatment and it changed my face! I am incredibly grateful to all the injectors here! Definitely recommend.
