This hotel is nasty. This must be the worst hotel in the entire country. The staff was rude. The room was very small and smelly. Bathroom floor was sticky. There were roaches in the room. The room smelled so bad that we couldn't stay there longer than 30 mins. We spent extra money to book a room in a motel nearby to spend the night. This hotel was the only big disappointment in our pleasant Miami trip.

Staff was friendly. Hotel is ok if you just need a place to crash but don't expect much. It's in a good location near the park but the building is old and a bit run down. It did look like they were having renovations done though. It's a place to crash but not a place you would want to take your girlfriend or wife for your anaversery unless you want a divorce. Also there was no hot water in the morning. I waited for 15min for shower to warm up and it never did.

The place is a dump. Not a five star hotel. The photos you see on line looked nothing like the room I stayed in. I felt like I was staying in a place in a thired world country on the run from the law and trying to stay off the grid. No phone in your room, window ac unit, a kids desk in the room, bathroom is super small only one person can fit at a time. You will be taking back in time to 1960. Nothing has been upgraded. I severed in the military and slept in better conditions while in the filed and at war. What hotel still uses a room key?

Don’t book over here!!!! This is the Leamington Hotel but it’s CLOSED! We arrived here at 10 pm and this was our welcome. We were not informed by the hotel. So after 15 hrs of traveling we still had to find a new hotel

Not the prettiest hotel, but staff has been helpful and friendly. We had a clogged toilet and maintenance was already fixing it before we even got back to our room from the front desk. Room lacks basic amenities like power outlets (one per room, none in bathroom), single trash can, but for the price I can't complain, and no signs of bed bugs!

The hotel was so dirty. The shower was so dingy, there’s no way you could walk out of it clean. Toilet clogged after every single flush. We were transferred to a new room, and found bugs crawling in it and the toilet paper. There was no breakfast despite it being advertised online. The location is excellent. I was helped numerous times by a gentleman behind the front desk, Frank. He was polite, courteous, and pleasant; a definite bright spot in our trip.

It was quiet and pleasant. The hotel did loose power for a few. But respectively told us and did their best to restore it as soon as possible. Rooms are tiny but enough room to feel comfortable and enjoyable. Staff was friendly and helpful. And for breakfast cinnamon rolls and a Danish are made available. To get u going on your day. It's close to transportation and restaurants. I recommend this place.

This hotel is a disaster. They cancelled my booking days before the stay and did not even include a reason. After checking the website they are still offering the same rooms, so I concluded that it was a matter of increasing prices for the week. This should probably be illegal. I have also read online and in other reviews that allegedly they have not refunded customers for cancelled trips during the start of the COVID pandemic and that the managers of the hotel were involved in lawsuits.

AVOID THIS “HOTEL” AT ALL COST Should be condemned, most filthy rooms I have ever seen. No hot water, no AC, but yes disgusting dead bugs everywhere. The door had a 3” gap under it and no knob, just a lock like a shed or closet. There were doors open to other rooms from the hall, their regular clientele seems shady at best. I had to get out of there as the bugs were too much, got nothing but attitude from the front desk and still charged for the entire stay even though I was there for maybe 20 minutes. All of the booking sites seem to be filled with fake reviews, biggest regret was not checking here first. I hope you don’t make the same mistake.

This was the WOST hotel I have stayed my entire life. My husband and I went for our anniversary and by far this hotel was horrible. It had an extremely pungent smell. The room was super small, bed was dirty, the bathroom smelled so bad like if it was cleaned with old cloths. The carpet was filthy, there where drunk people out side. Not to even mention that there was no parking place. It did not offer any amenities except WIFI which of course worked poorly. The “breakfast “ they supposedly offer was just coffee in a mini cup ofcourse no sugar or cream. I will never EVER stay here again and will make sure to tell my friends and family. Extremely disappointed and grossed out. Only stayed there for 4 hours not worth the price.

Okay, if you're really really low on budget and you want to stay in an excellent location downtown, then this hotel could be a good choice. But just by entering the reception you would get an idea on what you could deal with. The hotel by itself is really old and unmaintained, has bad smells, the room I've stayed had stains on the walls, pieces of hair stuck on the wall from who knows. It was a subpar experience, if you can have some more money to go to another hotel, go for it. Don't waste your time there. Oh, the receptionist were helpful and understood our disappointment, so they are going to issue a refund.

I’m sorry I don’t have pictures. My experience there was poor.. they are in remodeling process, maybe that’s why. Well first I want to say the good things: beds were clean and good condition, toilet and sink are new, also new elevator. We stayed in forth floor the WiFi was not working, the air conditioning is installed in a window and the key is a real key so get an idea how the door looks, not door with electronic card. Walking on the hall everything looks old, the closet, doors, bathroom walls are old. We couldn’t spend night there and we switch hotel. I think you should let some moths pass by and then they can finish full remodeling in order to make a pleasant stay for you.

This hotel is actually called the hotel lemington. When I was a kid, we used to get a room here and party for days in Miami. Can't beat the location. Rooms are super tiny and pretty gross but you can't beat the price.

Good thing, the hotel is near the city. That is a plus. Overall, a good experience. I was so happy seeing my family enjoyed the day. Thank you so much for accommodating us! The room was clean and new. Staffs are all friendly and accommodating. I find it very nice and good for people taking a vacation.

He is very professional and warm, and he even gave us a free late check-out because it was our anniversary! The hotel was centrally located, with ample space and extremely comfortable bedding. Our concierge, particularly the one who checked us in, was fantastic.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel for three days. They had a tidy, cozy bunk to sleep in. Customers would have a wonderful time if they came. It was a fantastic dinner. The facilities were satisfactory.

After our stay in this DUMP, I became a Super Platinum Marriott and VVS HILTON brand customer. I would have felt safer in the Poke N Beans Projects.

This hotel is awesome! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all great choices. Their lobby is immaculate, and their security system is state-of-the-art. It was also a large, well-kept room. We had a great time here. They were all friendly and accommodating, putting you at ease and assisting you with whatever you needed. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Five out of five stars! I'll never forget bragging about this incredible hotel to all of my coworkers and family. Their gracious and excellent manner in which they welcomed them made me very happy and fulfilled. When I have high hopes, they never disappoint me. The clean and refreshing environment improved their ranking significantly in my view. I wish you continued success in the future.
