absolutely
horrible
customer
service.
I
went
inside
to
grab
a
coffee
and
a
bagel,
and
they
took
a
long
time
to
acknowledge
me,
once
they
did,
I
clearly
stated
what
I
wanted,
ordered
it,
and
I
asked
before
I
ordered
if
there
was
a
specific
bagel
available.
The
young
female
at
the
counter
stated
yes,
we
have
the
bagel
you’re
choosing
to
buy.
I
also,
asked
for
an
iced
coffee,
with
no
to
little
ice,
and
they
provided
me
with
a
cup
full
of
ice.
THEY
PRIORITIZE
THE
DRIVE
THRU,
save
yourself
time
and
maybe
if
you
order,
do
it
at
the
drive
thru.
They
don’t
care
about
taking
care
and
paying
attention
to
your
order
when
you’re
ordering
inside
to
sit
down.
What
a
shame,
another
franchise
that
cares
only
about
productivity
and
forget
customer
service.
My
last
time
going
to
Dunkin’
Donuts.
