Seriously: best massage I’ve ever had. I’m not kidding. I got a 1-hour couples massage, and it was amazing. My technician was named Eric, I believe, and let me tell you, he was a complete pro. Two hours later, and I still feel great. The tightness I’m used to feeling in my upper back is gone. My spine feels almost…wiggly. The technique my masseuse used was unlike others I’ve experienced; he targeted really tricky spots that you don’t really think to target, covered large areas in waves of really phenomenal pressure, and positioned me in ways that released tension I didn’t even know I had. My teenage son who plays a lot of sports also got a massage, and says the whole thing felt amazing beginning to end. One thing to note is that I would’ve liked more attention to my feet, but that’s not on them: I booked a full body massage so there’s a lot to cover in an hour. Therefore, I bring this up only to say that if you book a body massage and want more attention to your feet, then I suggest you also book a foot massage. Unfortunately, I am only visiting, but if I lived in the area, I promise I would be a regular. This place may not have the contemporary aesthetics of other spas, but for quality and price, Sakura wins. The receptionist was also very sweet and extremely accommodating, with a kind disposition and a really calm, soothing voice. 🙂 10/10

I visited for the 1st time and Kiki was very accommodating and immediately took care of me. I found Sakura Spa after searching for infrared sauna places via Google. I just have to say that this is a hidden gem located inside the Grand DoubleTree. Intimate environment, zen music, not crowded, clean, and provided water, robes + clean towels for your sauna. I ended up booking a combo: 1hr sauna + 1hr massage, so glad I did! Sauna was clean, spacious and they have 2 saunas with chromotherapy. The sauna room has a lot of space and gives you enough privacy to change, no one else will interfere with your session. The Temperature of the sauna raises gradually and can go to 150 F. Next to the sauna they have the massage room so you can just go straight to your session. Cindy gave me the most relaxing massage and was very caring about how I felt the entire time. After the sauna + massage my body felt so good.

I had my first prenatal massage with Linda and I can tell you, it was amazing!! They have this special pregnant pillow where you can lay down on your stomach (it has holes for your breast and belly, and it has an elevation) it was the first time I could lay on my stomach in 7 months and it felt amazing. The prices are very competitive vs many other massage spas I called in Miami and Miami Beach ($90 for 60 min and $130 for 90 min). Best thing is they validate the Grand Hotel Valet Parking ($5 for 4 hours). I love it!

Excellent excellent excellent.. this is the most detailed and thorough spa experience my husband and I have ever gotten so far. We booked the couple massage, mani pedi and hair, we really enjoyed every minute of it and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting or living in Miami. We hope to be back very soon!

Loved my massage here. I got the 60 min deep tissue and it was so relaxing. I feel like she got a lot of my tight spots worked out and my neck and shoulders feel so much better now. I especially loved the face and scalp massage at the end, and the hot stones were a nice surprise! I would definitely come back here.

I would give this spa 10 stars if I could! I got a Korean facial and had the most amazing experience. Ana was very kind and accommodating. My esthetician Cindy was so gentle but detailed with the facial I could 100% tell that she was doing quality work. It was my first ever Korean facial and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who has never gotten one before because it was like no other facial I've gotten before! I will definitely be coming back! :)

I really like this place because I can book a massage in a very convenient time for me and their schedule is very flexible, no stress with choosing appointment time at all and they open till 10 pm which is fantastic! I came here the 2nd time today 1) first they were 25 mins late 2) the front desk person had bo idea what all the treatment included. She wanted to charge me for infra red sauna which is included in their cavitation service mentioned on their website. She flatly said- i haven’t read the whole service offering on their own website. 3) most imp- the person Cindy who was my masseur in middle of massage opened the door and started talking to male Masseur with door open and without covering me. When I complained about it she refused to serve me. The manager did come and offer a free massage but after waiting for 40 mins and with this attitude of no offering a service and just excuses i was done! Very very terrible service, no respect for clients and apart from manager and new front person no one speaks English. If you have respect for yourself- don’t go here

I had an awesome deep tissue and a head scalp with Lily. I would definitely recommend you book your treatments with her. I will be back for more. On a side note Lucia didn’t honor my request to have a blow dry with her, but another hairdresser did just fine. Am happy with all my services.

I looked everywhere for a head spa in Miami and finally was referred here by my friend gabby who I ran I to right after here treatment. I went finally today and let me tell you it was life changing, the place Is so cute inside the grand the girls were so sweet and greeted me kindly, Fiona took care of me and she was the sweetest happiest person, she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I got the 1hr package and Fiona recommended a hair mask that was 15$ more. The massage, the hair treatment and the face mask were all so good. I will be coming back. Ask for Fiona.

My massage with Jack was amazing! And the customer service from my nail technician was amazing, unfortunately, the nail technician does not follow hygiene ethicate. The tools were dirty, he used the same pumice stone on everyone to the point it was breaking apart. It hurt me to write this review because he was super nice to me but to be a paying customer and get a fungus it's not fair.

The services we got were great but we were there for so much more and we felt they were disingenuous on the phone in hopes to get us to come. The instructions and communication was broken as well so we had to figure some things out on our own. Definitely worth the money for the actual services. Just the customer service didn’t hit the mark.

Very good establishment. I love that they have long hours, making it so convenient to schedule between work and life. Everyone here works hard and makes sure you are happy with their work. Fantastic place- highly recommend!

Best massage of my entire life, and I am an avid massage goer. I booked the 45 minute deep tissue massage and the ASMR head spa Massage. Fiona was my masseuse and did a beyond wonderful job with getting rid of all my knots and leaving me feeling relaxed in every way. She was super kind as well and always made sure the pressure was good. I highlyyyyyy recommend!!
