Positive points: We stayed in a spacious and well-equipped studio with two queen-size beds. The hotel is close to Bal Harbour Beach. You could even catch a glimpse of manatees with a little (or even a lot) of luck. Negative points: The early front desk closing time at 5:00 PM: we had to call several times before our arrival to get the necessary information for self-entry (door access codes). + We encountered a maintenance issue in our studio. Unfortunately, no one was on-site to assist us in resolving the problem. This establishment resembles more of an aparthotel with limited on-site staff presence, which can be inconvenient. Regarding cleanliness, the room was clean upon our arrival. Still, we preferred to be informed that the daily cleaning service was an additional charge to our reservation, costing $60. Similarly, parking was an additional fee ($20). While this is common in many Florida hotels, it's important to highlight for travelers who might be surprised by these extra costs. I don't know if this is true for all rooms, but ours was poorly soundproofed. The condition of the pool was subpar, as it was poorly maintained and dirty. While it might serve as a base for one or two nights, it might not be recommended for extended family stays. The price was slightly high considering the quality of the facilities, but the Miami Beach location could partly explain this.

Recently came back from a short trip to Florida and was very satisfied with our choice to stay at Beach Haus Bal Harbour. Location was perfect, being that we rented a car, to be able to go to neighboring towns, different beaches and Miami when wanting a night out. All the staff were lovely and professional. Emily at reception was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Clean rooms and great price. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms and location are perfect. Brand new modern design. Ideal location, as it sits right up against the water (a portion of the property does at least). It's a 3 minute walk to the beach that is shared with the Ritz-Carlton. A gorgeous view of the beach that you won't get in any other part of Miami. I love that. I got to take a bike down to South Beach and explore more of the island. They have a lovely pool. It's small but it's perfect for hanging out. I will definitely be staying here again.

The receptionist was so rude and nasty. I called to ask a simple question and she immediately dismissed me and basically told me NOT to come to the hotel. When I asked for her name she actually refused to tell me! I can’t believe a business would hire people with such terrible customer service skills. Would not recommend for this sole reason.

I have stayed there twice. Both stays were great. Tucked away from all the noise of of the beach . Julian was very nice . My unit was very clean and quiet and modern. Planning on going back to try the new building.

I was placing my business colleagues for 10 days visit there and it was a great experience. At first, it was an outstanding professional and friendly support from Emily, manager at reception. She introduced us to the facility and services, recommended the best rooms and rates, and was very helpful during all our stay with them. The location is amazing, with direct access to the best exclusive beach of Ball Harbor, and beach service provided. Rooms are exceptionaly clean and spacious, perfectly equipped kitchen and even modern washer/dryer set in each room (!). Definitely would recommend this place to all who want to feel home convenience at the luxury location.

This was our second visit at Bal Harbour Beach Haus. We really like the hotel which is very well maintained and clean. The location is perfect. Bal Harbour is clean, quiet and safe. A short pleasant 15 minute walk to Bal Harbour Shops and Surfside. And only a five minute walk to the beach where as a Beach Haus guest you are provided beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Wonderful stay. We’ll be back!

Such a beautiful experience staying in this hotel this weekend! Emily on front desk was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very professional🙏🏼 The hotel overall is new and sparkling clean, quality cleaning service every day. Great mattress, pillows and towels, everything is new. Very calm and private location, 3 minutes from the beach and the pier. They also provide service on the beach with free towels, chairs and option to order food/drinks. Parking was also very convenient right near the entrance. 10/10 highly recommend!

My husband rented here for our anniversary as a surprise. The room was so beautiful and very very clean. Location was great you can walk to the beach and they also provide chairs. The pool was clean a bit small but clean and super quiet. The only thing we were disappointed with was it was 5 in the afternoon and they still hadn’t confirmed our reservation even after charging us. When we called it was almost like we were bothering them. Anyways place was super nice so that made up for that will definitely come back soon.
