We
have
lived
at
Atrium
for
almost
a
year.
Initially
there
was
sub
par
management
and
a
few
issues
most
notably
lack
of
a
roof
deck,
however
around
4
months
ago
Henry
became
the
new
manager
was
put
in
charge
and
has
been
regularly
refurbishing
the
building
along
with
the
roof
deck.
There
have
been
new
tile
floorings
put
in
that
are
nice
along
with
an
assortment
of
decorations
including
the
roof
deck
that
is
now
finished
and
great
to
use.
Henry
has
been
responsive
and
has
some
cool
ideas
to
continue
to
improve
Atrium
and
it's
roof
deck.
A
great
feature
of
Atrium
is
that
most
rooms
have
a
decent
size
and
workable
layout
unlike
some
other
luxury
buildings
in
the
area
that
don't
have
the
best
layout
for
their
room
sizes.
There
is
no
built
in
parking
but
there
are
two
great
options
on
the
same
block
or
across
the
street
for
both
less
than
$175
per
month
as
I
write
this.
There
is
now
a
working
front
door
lock
that
requires
key
fob
to
access,
along
with
a
new
key
fob
access
package
room.
Most
notably
the
location
a
block
from
Whole
Foods
is
great.
Right
now
there
are
some
growing
pains
as
various
features
and
amenities
are
added,
tested,
and
improved,
but
I
think
if
things
continue
Atrium
can
become
a
5
star
for
what
it's
worth.
Update:
since
review
there
is
now
a
vending
machine
on
top
floor
roof
deck,
plants
on
the
roof
deck,
and
wi-fi
on
the
roof
deck,
all
nice
little
touches.
Importantly
nothing
seems
to
be
getting
worse,
only
better
over
time,
along
with
the
renovations
on
new
leases
and
the
holiday
themed
decorations
I'd
say
its
worth
a
5
now
for
its
value
proposition,
cant
really
complain
for
our
use
case.
It
feels
nice
to
experience
having
a
manager
like
Henry
who
improves
the
experience
over
time
:)
