started
with
a
phone
consultation
since
doctor
only
does
phone
consultations.
It
was
for
around
10-15
minutos
tops.
He
was
the
rudest
doctor
I
have
spoken
with.
Every
time
I
asked
him
a
questions
he
responded
me
with
that
information
you
can
find
on
Google,
look
in
Google
there
is
plenty
of
information
about
that
there.
I
know
I
can
find
it
on
Google
but
the
whole
point
of
a
consultation
with
a
specialist
doctor
is
to
let
me
know
the
right
information
moreover
when
this
is
such
a
delicate
topic.
He
also
keeps
pushing
me
to
go
into
his
office
for
testing
but
didn’t
want
to
answer
any
questions!
How
can
I
trust
a
doctor
to
run
tests
on
me
if
he
can’t
even
spend
the
time
to
explain
me
how
the
process
works
or
any
simple
question
I
have.
He
had
attitude
the
whole
time
and
didn’t
make
me
feel
like
he
care
about
his
patients.
No
empathy
or
welcome
feeling
at
all.
The
whole
call
I
just
wanted
yo
hang
up.
Plus
he
was
doing
other
job
and
speaking
with
someone
next
to
him
the
whole
time
so
his
attention
wasn’t
completely
in
our
call.
The
worst
part
is
that
I
tried
many
months
ago
to
do
this
consultation
and
the
accounting
department
never
called
me
to
confirm
if
the
consultation
was
covered
under
my
insurance
so
I
cancelled.
Months
after
I
tried
again
and
4
different
accounting
people
called
me
to
confirm
it
was
just
going
to
be
$10
copay
and
to
not
worry
since
it
was
just
a
phone
consultation
my
insurance
will
cover
it
as
a
specialist
-
that
they
confirmed
with
my
insurance.
Even
the
day
before
the
consultation
one
called
me
and
I
asked
again
and
told
her
if
I
will
get
a
bill
afterwards
and
we
aren’t
100%
that
it
will
be
covered
please
let
me
know
so
I
can
cancelled
and
she
said
that
they
have
confirmed
many
times
with
the
insurance
to
not
worry.
A
month
after
the
terrible
phone
conversation
I
get
a
bill
over
the
mail
for
$400
I
called
them
and
no
one
answered
me
and
left
a
message
saying
I
believe
it
was
a
mistake
and
I
explained
what
I
have
spoken
before
consultation
and
what
the
4
accounting
people
told
me.
No
one’s
called
me
back.
Another
month,
another
bill
in
the
mail.
Someone
finally
called
me
and
I
explained
them
it
should
be
a
mistake
because
there
is
a
really
mad
miscommunication
in
their
office.
This
person
said
yes
do
not
worry
probably
it
was
the
code
that
was
sent
wrong.
Another
month
passed
I
just
got
another
called
and
I
had
to
explain
all
over
again
and
she
tells
me
I’m
the
only
one
in
accounting
and
I
never
confirmed
it
was
100%
covered
not
sure
who
you
spoke
with
but
now
your
bill
is
overdue.
THEY
LIE
TO
CUSTOMERS
ABOUT
COVERAGE
WHEN
THEY
ARENT
even
sure
and
they
tell
you
yes
is
100%
covered
by
your
insurance
we
already
confirmed
4
different
times
you
are
good
to
go!
Imagine
if
I
had
gone
to
their
office
to
run
tests
thinking
they
did
their
job
confirming
and
then
started
receiving
bills
and
bills?
It’s
really
unfortunately.
I
was
going
to
travel
overseas
to
see
this
doctor
but
after
this
there
is
no
way.
Bad
communication
and
no
empathy
with
Dr
Barrionuevo
and
the
worst
communication
with
their
internal
nurses
and
accounting
department.
