Although my TMS treatment was unsuccessful, the staff at Success TMS is truly unmatched. Johanna and Lenose are amazing and so kind along with the rest of the staff at the Ponce location. They are flexible with timing and very responsive with communication. It was overall a positive experience and I would recommend it to most people struggling with treatment resistant depression.

Money hungry company, do not go with them. This company does NOT care about the patients wellbeing, only their money. This is very sad, because all other TMS providers out there would perform bilateral treatments (if you suffer from depression and anxiety) and only charge you for the depression (the anxiety is free). These people want you to pay them an extra $110 if you want to get treated for anxiety too, so they can squeeze every penny out of your suffering when all other provides would do it for free. Also, they are disorganized and late for appointments. I've ditched them for a provider who truly cares about my wellbeing more than my wallet. Never again.

Awesome staff and fantastic treatments. Very depressed and anxious when I started treatments 7 weeks ago and almost no depression or anxiety at the time of my last treatment today. My wife Vivian G was not responding to medication and Success TMS sessions with Reuben was a great experience. There's an expresso machine with creamer and snacks in the waiting room with relaxation music in the background. The staff is very friendly and respectful. Water or sodas are served upon request. Vivian's 36 day of treatment were basically get hook up on the machine while watching relaxation videos of her choice. Effective high listener Reuben prepared her for her daily doses of TMS treatment while she spoke mainly of her condition. Reuben is a guy that puts her at ease and his sympathetic demeanor allowed her to build a positive patient-therapist experience like no other. This clinic is highly recommended because God knows the struggles that I personally went thru in the care of my wife and her mental health issues. Check it out!!

I absolutely loved my experience at Success TMS. The staff was always so helpful and made me feel comfortable at all times. The treatment has changed my life for the better. I wanted to wait a month after the completion of my treatment to write a review. This is has been the best treatment I have ever received for my acute depressive disorder. After having tried 3 different types of medicine, which all gave me different side effects, I was ready for something else. The 36 sessions have been life-changing, everything in my life has improved, both personally and professionally. The ladies that work there are amazing, especially Lenose and Vanessa. They are so sweet and attentive, pay attention to detail, and most importantly, they genuinely care about you. Thank you, TMS, so much love for you!
