you pull up and there are like 10 sharks waiting outside the doors to pounce on their victims....right from the start it felt like a huge pressurized sales experience. Took 4 days to get the price i wanted and they halved their quote from the original quote. Had i agreed their initial predatory pricing my payment would be double what it is now. Finally agree price and give them all docs on the phone so i can just come and sign. They then put me in the office with a finance manager. He kept me in the room for an hour selling me extras i didnt want. He would not take no for an answer and i had to tell him if he didnt shut up im walking from the deal. Had my son in the office and it was just a horrible buying experience. There has to be a market to sell cars where the first price is the right price and these used car sales guys can leave you alone - the whole process is tedious, time consuming and draining ! On a positive note the bathrooms are very clean there - recommend them if you ever pass by

What a dealership, the best experience I have had in more than a decade buying a car. My salesman was Omar Ulacia, I can say hands down the best and most knowledgeable sales person I have dealt with. First he found the car I wanted and got the deal I wanted. it is a specialty car and hard to find. I had been looking for several months and I had become use to other dealerships not being honest with me about having the car or honoring the deal. Omar and Miami Lakes DCJR were up front and honest the entire time. My car was being built, Omar kept me up to date on the status of the build every few days and even reached out to me late Friday night with photos of the car when it arrived on the lot, THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Julio Bardina, the finance Director was awesome, he offered me upgrades and services, but wasn't crazy pushy, finding services that I wanted and that offered value to me. He also did a great job on finding financing for me at the rate I wanted, and was very respectful of my time. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

My faith has been restored. There are always hiccups but how they are handled is extremely important. Julio Bardina in Finance did a great job of addressing my concerns and assisting me resolve what I thought was a problem. Thank you for providing such great customer service.

The guy from the service department, Alex is the best!! He was very professional, efficient and welcoming. Checked my car in very fast, he was honest about the turnaround wait time so he offered a call back once they were done with my car in case i wanted to leave. Extremely nice guy, very knowledgable, had an upbeat/cheerful attitude about his job and i appreciated his honesty and level of caring! Always nice to find people that seem to care not only about their job but also the customer service was A1.
