I
had
an
amazing
dining
experience
at
Old
Havana
Restaurant
on
Calle
8
in
Miami.
The
food
was
truly
exceptional,
and
I
was
recommended
a
mouthwatering
dish:
chilindrón
de
cordero
I
paired
it
with
yuca
con
mojo
and
arroz
Moro
and
the
flavors
were
outstanding.
While
the
wait
for
my
food
was
slightly
over
25
minutes,
it
was
absolutely
worth
it.
The
restaurant
was
bustling,
with
long
lines
and
large
parties
eagerly
waiting
to
be
seated.
I
was
fortunate
to
secure
an
immediate
seat
at
the
bar
since
I
was
dining
solo,
providing
me
with
a
great
view
of
the
action
behind
the
bar.
Watching
the
drinks
being
prepared
was
a
delightful
sight
in
itself.
The
location
of
the
restaurant
was
beautiful,
offering
a
lively
and
entertaining
atmosphere
with
live
music.
The
two
artists
performing
had
incredible
voices
and
played
wonderful
music.
The
only
minor
drawback
was
the
limited
restroom
facilities,
with
separate
facilities
for
males
and
females,
which
led
to
a
bit
of
a
crowd
in
the
women's
restroom.
Despite
this,
the
restaurant
had
a
considerable
number
of
employees
who
were
all
actively
engaged
in
ensuring
a
smooth
dining
experience.
Overall,
I
would
rate
my
experience
a
solid
10
out
of
10
and
highly
recommend
Old
Havana
to
everyone.
I
also
tried
a
non-alcoholic
piña
colada,
which
was
delicious,
though
it
was
missing
the
pineapple
and
cherry
garnish.
This
made
me
wonder
if
it's
a
Miami
thing
not
to
include
the
cherry
because
this
is
the
second
establishment
that
did
not
provide
a
cherry.
Regardless,
I'm
looking
forward
to
returning
on
my
next
visit
to
Miami
to
explore
more
delectable
items
on
their
menu.
Muchas
gracias
por
su
atención,
y
que
siempre
les
rinda
el
negocio.
Y
una
bulla
para
los
cocineros,
que
hicieron
un
trabajo
sensacional
con
la
comida.
