I’m not a member but my wife is. This South Beach Soho outpost is not my favourite, the indoor/outdoor space reminds me of a nineteen sixties Student Union bar. The pool is configured with dormitory style Cabanas, lacking all privacy or discretion. The beach and outdoor bar are grim. Cecconi’s is never great but the combination of super dense tables and the usual over priced Pizza Hut food finds a new low. Service everywhere is perfunctory. If you are a twenty-something you might think this place is cool, but any adult will wonder why they are here. Really, really terrible.

Canceled membership after 1 year, it was so bad. The service at this location is the worst of every “house” this isn’t a “house” and is a low budget club for people without taste. They made my guests sit in folding chairs on the beach, refused to let them sit on lounge chairs. Even tho there were plenty of empty ones. The food program is awful, and the pool seats are just one big cushion. You have to sit directly next to a stranger. If you are ok with all this, good for you, but if you like nice things or good service this isn’t the place for you.

I had a wonderful, relaxing Sunday afternoon as a guest of Soho Beach House. The manager Ramon was hospitable and helped make our visit very pleasant. We lounged on the beach all day, ordered food and drinks and every part of our day was a 5-star experience. Ricky was our host on the beach and our food and drinks always came in a timely manner. With the sun beaming on him, he was still pleasant and willing to accommodate. I cannot wait to visit again. I have stayed at several SoBe hotels, and Soho Beach House is my absolute favorite.

Came to the restaurant and I wasn’t impressed at all The food was a little bit above Olive Garden. The service would’ve been better at Olive Garden. I gave two stars because the pasta sauce was good. But not worth the price. Also the waiter was so worry about the tip he was really trying for me not to realized that the service charges was already included. And trying so hard for me to give him more tip on top of what was already on the bill. That his actions were so discussed that you could really tell it was about the money not even the service. It was a real bad experience

Spent a beautiful few days here. We had a medium room which was spacious and had the best rainfall shower I think I’ve ever had. Great water pressure. The staff are extremely attentive, the pool is big and well looked after. If you prefer the beach there are plenty of beds and staff also are very attentive. I would recommend to anyone looking for a few days of pampering.

We had got an a acquabed on the beach and Alex from the beach came over and had told us the bed wasn't for us and had us removed from it. After he received a phone call from his boss the bed was offered back to us. It was such A big issue with Alex on the beach he threatened to call security on us as well me my wife. Harmless as me and my wife are we felt it was best to leave even tho we were in the wright and it was our bed for the day. So we packed up stuff up and left to a different hotel. Even after they tried setting us back up after we were told to leave we just felt like we didn't belong there felt like we weren't good enough. Valet was very nice and understanding. Also when we sat down by the pool bar a server came over to me and said no cell phones. I have kids at home and was making sure they were ok so I thought for them to tell me to get off my phone was very rude.

Stayed as a guest at the hotel and didn’t really leave the resort. Poolside menu is pretty short and boring and overpriced. They charge $13 for 4-5 small slices of watermelon and a side of bacon is $9 for 3 pieces. Service poolside is abysmal with the exception of Nicola, who is a fantastic and attentive server. It’s likely they’re short staffed like many other hospitality establishments but you can really feel it here. They tend to take away your drinks before you’re finished - if you’re in the pool and leave the drinks unattended at your space. Also note that there’s a lot of children at the pool, at all hours of the day. Unless you’re here to spend time with others for the social aspect I think there is many better hotels to stay at. Google shows that this is a 5 star property. I would say it’s a reach for it to be a 4 star property, but with the amenities, toiletries, bedding and bath, it has 4 star property vibes.

It’s like a party 24/7 with constant music playing. You can’t escape the bass. You can hear the music everywhere in the resort and onto the beach. This place is packed. It’s more like a night club than a nice resort.

Good spot for chilling. V pricey but has great access to beach and pool is very nice. Spent some time in the steam room which is small but crazy steamy. Didn’t eat here but heard it’s good from other guests

Excellent bar and great restaurant with the authentic Miami Beach crowd. You’ll find anybody and everybody here. If you want a steak, you can get an appetizer version, served in smoke, for a few hundred dollars, or a main course steak for almost a grand. The steaks are served quite spectacularly with the waiting staff all arriving at your table cheering and applauding. We tried the appetizer steak as we had already eaten elsewhere, and it was very good. Not sure the experience warrants the price though, but… this is Miami. The bar staff is phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly. Given the clientele in this place we were amazed at how down to earth the bar staff was. Simply top notch. We will come back to the bar… we had a great time there, and won’t need to try the steak again. There are other steak restaurants in Miami Beach with equally good steak at a fraction of the price.

Soho House lost its high exclusivity level a while ago. It’s super crowded at every portion of the hotel. Service is great. The staff is absolutely amazing.

Step into an extraordinary realm where excellence meets extravagance at this remarkable establishment, seamlessly blending the allure of a top-tier bar with the culinary delights of a premier restaurant, all amidst the vibrant pulse of Miami Beach's eclectic crowd. Here, the ambiance pulsates with the energy of the city's diverse inhabitants, creating an atmosphere where anyone and everyone is welcomed with open arms. Prepare to embark on a culinary journey like no other, where even the simplest appetizer transcends into a symphony of flavors and presentation. Indulge in the opulent experience of savoring a steak served in a veil of smoke, a tantalizing prelude to the main course, priced at a level befitting its grandeur. As the steak is unveiled, the anticipation reaches its zenith, accompanied by the resounding cheers and applause of the attentive waiting staff, adding an extra layer of spectacle to the dining experience. While the price may give pause for consideration, the lavishness of the setting reminds us that this is none other than the illustrious enclave of Miami Beach. Yet, amidst the extravagance, it is the unparalleled warmth and expertise of the bar staff that truly captivates. With a depth of knowledge that rivals the most seasoned connoisseurs and a genuine friendliness that transcends expectation, they elevate every interaction to an unforgettable encounter. Surrounded by such refined clientele, their down-to-earth demeanor is a breath of fresh air, a testament to their unwavering commitment to excellence. As we reluctantly bid adieu to this oasis of luxury, we do so with the promise of a triumphant return. For in the midst of the bustling nightlife, it is here, in this extraordinary bar, that we found solace and delight, forging memories to be cherished for a lifetime.

Great location. Walk'n distance from shops, clubs & all the good eats. The best thing I experienced @ Soho Beach House?... The entire staff's attention to details. They are ALL, all about the guests wants & needs. Kudos to their whole crew!👍🙏

I’m an aesthetic medicine doctor in Miami and NYC and love soho house to relax and unwind as well as network. They have a great gym, steam room, pool and restaurant. Can’t wait to explore the other houses worldwide.

I love Soho House! Cecconi’s inside is so good. The atmosphere is super cute. Great place to hangout. Rooms are gorgeous and adorable. Hidden away in a cute spot. Love this place.

Had a great time! The only problem we had was no service the two times we went to the adult pool on the roof and I broke my toe on the rug in the room. Otherwise the food Was so good!!!! Amenities in the rooms are awesome!

Wife is a member here. I was her guest. Food, drinks, service were great. Overall beach experience is great. Get there early as beach chairs fill up on weekends.

The atmosphere is wonderful, everyone there is beautiful and friendly. I recommend trying the beef pasta with a Piña Colada. Also, don't forget to request a table on the 8th floor.

What sets Soho House Miami apart is its unique blend of artistic vibes and the preservation of an old building's charm. This combination creates an ambiance that is both captivating and inviting. From the moment you hand over your keys to the valet to the assistance you receive from the beach attendants, professionalism, attentiveness, and friendliness shine through. You must be a member to enjoy this club or guests of members, and sorry I can not post pictures becouse there is a no photography policy, but furtunate we discover a photo booth and had some fun.

Over priced. Over rated. Not real artists. You pay to be “in”. You don’t have to be anything special. Just have money. Sad. Complete Miami stupidity. People stop being sheep.

We had a great time at Soho Beach House a few weekends ago. Travelling with a baby can be very stressful but from the minute we booked online the staff were very responsive and accommodating, helping us with an airport transfer with car seat hire, accepting our delivery packages at no cost and helping us get set up in the lovely room with crib and extra bedsheets etc. The bellman (didn't catch his name) was very kind. The House is beautiful but it is on the smaller side so it can feel busy but with a small family, we felt very welcomed and it was surprisingly kid-friendly in many ways. Our room was lovely, my husband enjoyed the gym, I did a nice beach yoga class with Rachel, we both had amazing massages (highly recommend Sylvia!) and we enjoyed the pool area most days. It does get busy with members so best to go down in the morning if you want a poolside cabana. The food was delicious, and like all SHs it is pricey. We felt the price was worth it for the fabulous ambience and kind staff and would highly recommend it to other young families looking for a relaxing break.

I went to grab a lunch at this location. First of all, I had one of the worst experiences ever! Service was very unwelcoming. My waitress brought me a bottle of water that I didn’t ask for. Apparently it cost 18 dollars. Which I wasn’t informed about. Not everyone is willing to spent this kind of money on a water. Regardless of financial status. If I could rate this place minus zero, I would. Stay away!

Terrible communication amongst staff and management. Went as a guest and had a terrible experience upon arriving with several staff members. Even though I had a friend who was staying there, I was told he had not checked in when he already had a room key. I was enjoying the pool, and was escorted rudely by management like a criminal because due to their lack of professionalism and organization they did not get me a wristband as they should have initially. It only took about 5 attempts of repeating ourselves and being treated poorly. My friend had to call them and tell them about 3 times that he had a guest and they still did not get it together. Such a shame for such a nice place but poorly ran. Definitely left with a bad taste of an awfully managed pretentious place. Never experienced this at any other location 👎 rude front desk and management. The pool attendants and servers were nice though

Soho Beach House , a hidden gem in the heart of South Beach, offers an exceptional dining experience. The combination of great Italian cuisine and the beach setting creates a unique and delightful atmosphere. It's a must-try for anyone looking for a taste of Italy with the added charm of South Beach surroundings.

I went to the beach house, the bottles are ridiculously priced I dont care how rich you are and I pop bottles all the time when Im out. The staff is somewhat snobby/rude. I went to upper level bar and didnt know you had to have a membership to be served but the way our group was told was very unprofessional. we came as guests and didnt know the annual pass holder had to be with us wherever we went. the music was horrible and I think suited more for couples or for people hanging out to have an extrememly calm evening. Wasnt impressed to even want to get an annual pass which happens to be priced I think accordingly with the environment. NOT FOR ME THOUGH.....

I visited Soho House Miami to celebrate my sister's birthday and had a terrible experience. My sister and I were both guests under our cousin's membership. My sister and I wanted to dine in on the 2nd floor; however, a waitress, Jailene, politely informed us that our member had to be present at the table. Our cousin was busy with an important work call and couldn't join us. So, Jailene said that my sister and I were welcome to order at the bar instead. Yet, Jailene accidentally misled us. Instantly, another employee, Kevin, rudely followed and said, "I will not take your order without your member at the bar." Kevin's delivery could have been a lot better. It was not our fault we received incorrect information from Jailene concerning guests' policies. We could not help but feel that Kevin's demeanor was racially motivated as he caused an unnecessary scene. Kevin was an absolute jerk! My sister and I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome for the remainder of our time due to Kevin's poor customer service. Jailene apologized on Kevin's behalf; however, his behavior ruined my sister's birthday. I will think twice about pursuing a membership of my own if this is how Soho House employees conduct themselves.

My last stay was wonderful. Truly like coming home as a long term Soho House member. Staff was beyond accommodating, received a lovely room upgrade and the massage therapist was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Tldr: Overpriced, low quality food with uncomfortable seating and poor service. Came here for weekend brunch with a member friend. We ate a good portion of the menu, including a pizza and numerous appetizers. I was unimpressed by all of the food we ordered. I would give three stars for the food if it hadn't also been so overpriced. Additionally, it was extremely difficult to get the waiters' attention throughout the meal. They were generally hanging out and taking to each other while we were there. Finally, the tables on the patio have very uncomfortable seating. Considering that this is meant to be an exclusive club, I would expect more attention to be paid to the environment, but I also would have expected more attention to be paid to the quality of the food, so I guess at least they're consistent.

Awesome and exclusive place to go with family, friends, co workers and couples. Great service and spaces to a variation of activities. The details selection displayed in the Interior Design and pieces have a curious combination and that’s art. The entire place invite you to disconnect to share and enjoy the moment. -Hope the menu in the pool & beach have better taste and options in the future or could be seasonal.

The Soho House in South Beach is a great place to get work done during the day and enjoy the nightlife and dining in the evening. With its stunning beachfront views, luxurious amenities, and vibrant atmosphere, it's no wonder why this spot is highly recommended. Whether you're looking for a place to be productive or just relax and have some fun, Soho House in South Beach should be at the top of your list!

I wasn’t thrilled with my stay at the Soho Beach House. I’ve stayed here once before and loved it. This time around wasn’t great. My passport went missing. I had it in a bag in my room and barely left the hotel during my stay. When I was packing to leave, it was gone. There was no hot water on my third night. They had to reset the boiler which can take a while for it to heat up. Not the end of the world but frustrating because the hotel is supposed to be high end. The lights in my room kept flickering on and off on their own. They were making loud clicking noises as well. I called the front desk and they asked if I could send them a video of it happening. I took a video and sent it to the front desk. They sent someone up to check and he offered to change the lightbulbs. It was obvious he didn’t know how to fix this. It was clearly an electrical issue. They sent someone else up and the lights had stopped going on and off when he came to check them. He didn’t offer to fix anything and accused me of turning the lights on and off myself, which was ignorant and insulting. I had to ask the front desk to change rooms, which should’ve been offered to me since nobody was able to fix the problem. They did change my room eventually. I was told I’d be given 20% off the last night only to try to remediate how bad my stay was. I still haven’t received a refund and I stayed there almost 1 month ago. I will definitely not be staying there ever again.

It’s getting too crowded and there’s always a wait list for the pool be chairs in the beach. Food menu could be better, few options and nothing special. Other than that, great vibe and well equipped.

Nice spot for anytime of the day - went for dinner & drinks one night and for breakfast on beach beds in the morning - staff here are great and would recommend a visit for sure.

Had a superb dinner with my Mum here this evening. Have been an Every House member for a long time and this is one of my favourite Houses. Cecconi’s was beautiful inside and the food and drinks were delicious.

Went to have lunch by the poolside restaurant. Pool is very Instagramable and was packed. All the poolside beds were taken. Upstairs restaurant was also busy with lot of people but it we had a large table to fit in all 8 of us including @BabyMayfair Staff are friendly but busy as the place has a bar and restaurant in one. Good food. Good looking people everywhere.

Stayed here before it was better back in 2019…back then the breakfast was amazing the best ever, came back only to be highly disappointed at the quality. Eggs that I can make it better myself. The staff aren’t nice like it was before. This soho house just anit the same anymore. How sad. :(

Sunday brunch was amazing! You don’t have to be a member to have brunch. $85+tax and one free drink! Highly recommended just not good for summer time, extremely hot!

  • 4/5 Sarah 1 year ago on Google
While the atmosphere and vibes were fabulous; along with all the food we ordered, the place was so hot and made it very uncomfortable to enjoy the fine dining. So if you’re okay with eating in a “green house like” setting, this is for you! Next time I would most likely choose to sit in the small lobby area - the vibes just aren’t unfortunately the same!
