Jessie was amazing! Very welcoming and friendly! Provided great recommendations for some cigar-newbies and made the entire experience wonderful. By far one of the highlights of our trip and will definitely be a recommendation for friends going to the Miami area!

Unforgettable experience. The cigars are hand crafted, you can watch the process right in the store. After it you can take a table and smoke a nice cigar and drink a cup of amazing Cuban coffee. Authentic ambiance. Unfortunately, I forgot a name of a girl, that helped us to choose from a various cigar selection, but she was super friendly and super helpful. She made the best iced coffee I've ever had (I usually don't like iced coffee at all). Thank you!

My husband and I were visiting Miami and I wanted to introduce him to Cuban culture, as I had experienced it and fell in love when I travelled there 10 years ago. We were so lucky to find this beautiful and authentic cigar shop. Not only were there cigars available for purchase and a place to sit as you would expect, but there was also an opportunity to see them being rolled in real time and a place to get coffee and/or a snack. The shop is absolutely beautiful and so well done. We also had the chance to talk with the owner and her ladies about their home country and how being in the USA had affected them and their families. What an honor and humbling experience. If you are looking to support a local, authentic, non-commercialized cigar shop in Little Havana, please visit Havana Classic Cigars... and plan to stay a while. ❤️

Great experience to watch the process of cuban cigar making. They sell cigars and a good variety of cuban coffee. The place is filled with interesting art collection and has an art exhibit corner.

While we were strolling down Little Havana in Miami, we saw many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Since we were here in “Little Havana”, we thought that we could add a little “Cuban” vibe to our visit – despite having been to Cuba a couple of years back. Since we do not smoke, we decided to try out Cuban coffee. As one of the “pure” Cuba coffee cafe was rather full, we visited Havana Classic Cigar instead… Havana Classic Cigars in Little Havana Miami is actually a producer of Cuban cigars in Miami. They have been manufacturing Cuban cigars using top quality Cuban seed tobacco from Santo Domingo – 100% hand made by Cuban Master Rollers. Hence, when we entered, there was the fragrance of Cuban cigars – though we knew it was not good for us. Moreover, we were seated close to a couple that were probably having their first Cuban cigars and were taught by a staff on how to cut and light their newly-bought cigars. At some point, the smell became rather strong – a traits of Cuban cigars. Nonetheless, we were here for the Cuban coffee and this time, we settled on the Cuban Coffee ($3.5) as well as the Coffee con Leche (with milk – $6.5)… For the full review of Havana Classic, visit 2bearbear today!

I would love to give this place a great review but unfortuantely they have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to place an order online. They advertise 2 day, 3 day, and overnight shipping. However when you go to place your order the website does not give you an option to change your shipping speed. I called the store and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and that it what the post office fault for shipping, which makes no sense. If you're a business and you're going to advertise a service but do not actually provide it, you're lying to your customers. Horrible horrible customer service. They lady I spoke to on the phone did not even care that I was ordering these for our wedding.

A sensational place. A great atmosphere. I had the opportunity to visit with my daughter and enjoy a wonderful Cuban coffee made by Daniela. In addition, Lanny took the time to show us around and tell us more about the place, its products, history, and other topics. Thank you so much, ladies. We loved it and will be back many times. By the way, after the Cuban coffee, how will I ever enjoy coffee in Brazil again!?!? Simply delicious. ¡Simplemente delicioso!

I don’t smoke anymore but it’s very interesting to see how the cigars are rolled. If you like coffee, be sure to have a cup. Cuban coffee par excellence, tastes just awesome. 😎 super kind staff by the way.

My husband and I went in so he could experience the famous Havana Classic cigar and he totally enjoyed the experience. I meet a new friend Julia, yesterday (April 5th) was my birthday and her deceased father’s birthday. Today (April 6th) is her birthday and my deceased father’s birthday, to make it even more special my grandson and her granddaughter have the same birthday (April 3rd). What a wonderful experience!

My husband really enjoyed his cigar here. All the cigars are amazing quality. They even have cigars being hand rolled at the front of the store which was amazing to watch. Great place!

Havana Classic Cigar is a cool place for cigar and a cold drink. The atmosphere is classic, with an antique bar and paintings adding to its charm. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making your visit even more enjoyable. Watching a torcedor handcraft cigars right before your eyes adds a unique touch to the experience. Definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for a taste of Cuba's rich cigar culture. Visiting from Texas

We went today with our five kids. All under 8 years old. We were looking forward to Little Havana and the cigars especially but were nervous about our party. The lady who helped us was SO accommodating and amazing. She told us where to eat (which was delicious!) and helped us with all things cigar. I wish I knew her name to give her a shout out. She was so great!

One of my favorite spots in Miami. Lovely atmosphere with a mix of art culture, coffee sips and long cigar drags. People of course make the experience and their cigar craftsman and women are front and center making the experience as good as it is. If I could be a regular anywhere, it would be here.

I have been a long time customer of this wonderful cigar shop. I have been to many cigar shops all over the US and this has been my best experience for over 26 years!! I’ve had Montcristos and Cohibas in Europe before, but they don’t compare to the excellent consistent taste of my Churchill and other cigars that I have tried. They have a great draw and the ash is like almost 2 inches long ( the mark of a well constructed cigar) The owner-Lazaro is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful every time I call in my order. The prices for his cigars are very reasonable for the type of smoke you get. I’ve shared my cigars with my golf and poker buddies and they also love them. Jesse is fantastic with her very pleasant and helpful personality. She and I will converse and laugh every time I call my order in. Great people, excellent cigars and great prices! My wife and I live in Chicago and are planning to go visit them soon. I highly recommend this place. Thanks Mario

Cigar rolling is right in front of the door as you walk in the shop. They are open for the public and allow you to take pictures (good to tip them). We spoke to Ivan, really friendly and had good conversations with him.

Very friendly service and delicious Cuban coffee. When you find yourself out in the heat while exploring all that Little Havana has to offer, stop in for a few hand rolled cigars and enjoy a coffee while you cool off a bit. Strike up a conversation with the folks there, they're happy to share the hidden gems that yelp and Google sometimes miss.

Loved the feel of this place!!! I don't smoke, but I enjoyed seeing how cigars are traditionally made. The authentic Cuban style coffee was excellent! If I lived near here, I'd regularly come to this place that feels like a luxury club.

Very mellow place (in the middle of the day) to watch some cigars being rolled and some guy playing Cuban and reggae classics. Buy a cigar and smoke it with a drink after lunch. A guy was giving a tour or lesson on cigars and things Cuban which would have been great to have joined. Great place for a break while visiting the neighborhood.

We had a awesome time at Havana! From the time I hit the door the lovely yessenia put me on to the awesome cigars, then made my wife & kids great cappuccinos. Any time I'm in Miami I'll be checking in.

Walked in with a couple minutes to close. After what looked like amazing interaction with another customer while we patiently waited, the lady rudely told us she was closed, hurriedly sold some samplers and showed us out. Very disappointed ... she could've saved us time upfront (not to mention the bad aftertaste of their service).
